Fated to Love You

Isabella really liked Ben. So, she is thinking hard on what to say without hurting the boy.

At this time, Isabella heard a voice behind her.

" Girl, do you want to part time here?"

Isabella was given a fright and immediately turned around to see that the old man was walking towards her.

" Are you talking to me?" Isabella pointed a finger at herself..

" Other than you, who else is there here?" the old man was amused on seeing her reaction.

" Of course, it's a yes.. Thank you so much, old man.. Then what are the timings?" Isabella looked at the old man as if he is her life saver.

"Don't you want to know the pay?"

" Pay?" Isabella's mouth twitched. Yes, in the happiness of getting a job she clearly forgot to ask about her salary..

" Grandpa, I am an orphan. So, do you still want to employ me?"

Isabella didn't notice the reaction on Ben's face when he heard the word 'orphan'.

" What does you being an orphan has to do with me employing you?" the old man was flabbergasted when he saw the huge grin on the girl's face after hearing his words.

" Girl, I can pay you 10 dollars per hour.. If the sales increase, I will increase the pay. You can rest on Sunday."

" Grandpa, don't worry. I will work even on Sundays. Money is very important to me. Can I come to work from tomorrow?"

" Alright, you can join tomorrow. I am Adam Walker.." the old man smiled on seeing her excitement. He observed her from the moment she entered his shop. He saw her happily interact with the kid. He needed someone like her, who can be free and happily interact with others.

So, he approached her with his offer. But, he never expected that she would accept so easily. He sighed when he remembered that she is an orphan.

" Do you live alone?" Adam asked the girl.

" No, grandpa Adam. I have a younger brother, Eric. I am called Isabella." Isabella talked while eating the pastry.

" Ok.. The shop opens at 9:00 AM." Adam left from the place after placing the parcel in her hands.

Isabella looked at Ben " Ben, if you can come here everyday, I will teach you."

Ben really liked this big sister from the moment he saw her. For the first time, someone came near him without knowing who he was. Also, this big sis is the first one to point out his mistakes. He liked talking to her. Also, she is very pretty ah!

So, he immediately nodded. Isabella smiled and kissed his forehead before leaving " Alright then, let's meet tomorrow.. Bye-bye.."

Ben looked at her back till she disappeared from his sight. He smiled happily as he got a big sis.

After half-an-hour, a man in black suit entered the bakery. He went near the young boy and spoke respectfully " Young master, it's time we return."

" Alright, uncle Paul.." Ben nodded and happily walked out towards the car.

Paul was shocked on seeing Ben acting so obedient. 'Didn't he create a fuss every time when he is asked to return? What happened today that he is smiling so happily..' Paul wondered.

He shrugged his shoulders helplessly on seeing the naive smile on the little boy's face and drove the car towards the Harris mansion.

On the other hand, Isabella cheerfully returned to her room with a victorious smile..

" What is it?" Eric rolled his eyes on seeing the smug smile on his sister's face.

" I got a part-time in a bakery.."

" Are you sure that you are going to work? Or are you going there to eat.." Eric was really suspicious of his sister as he knew that she had a sweet tooth. Cakes, macaronis, truffles and what not.. the list is quite long that Eric did not remember.

" You damn brat! Of course it's to work..." Isabella flicked his forehead and went towards her room after placing a parcel in hands.

" It's your favorite.. blueberry cheese cake.." Isabella's spoke without turning back.

Eric smiled and ate the cake as a sweet feeling filled his heart at that moment.
