Ahh ... this must be Aeron's signature move every time he performed, Emma thought. She was still amazed to see Aeron's ability to create thousands of flower petals like that for quite a long time. He made the atmosphere turn into a fantasy world.

Emma got carried away by the beauty she saw around her. She raised her hand and created a small, swirling wind that made hundreds of flower petals dance together.

The hall was then filled with music and the melodious singing of a man. His voice was still as beautiful as Emma remembered. The sound of hysterical screams resumed, and before long, the owner of the voice appeared.

He descended from the previously dark ceiling on a beautiful swing. The swing strap was adorned by so many flowers. He looked like a romantic prince charming surrounded by flowers.

The first song he sang was about Princess Arreya and General Stardust and the lyrics immediately touched Emma's heart. Apparently, since Emma's parents's names were restored, Aeron had changed the lyrics and was now blatantly mentioning that the song he composed actually told the love story of Arreya and Kaoshin.

The lyrics, which were originally about a princess and a farmer, had now turned into a princess and a general. Unknowingly, emotional tears rolled down Emma's cheeks. She was reminded again of the events of five months ago when she met her father and mother in the past. 

Their great love for each other really touched her and made her happy.

Ahh .. if only these people knew the reason why Kaoshin and Arreya eloped back then, maybe they would be able to better understand what happened. 

Arreya and Kaoshin did it not because they were selfish with their love, but it was the opposite, because they really loved Emma, ​​their daughter.

Unfortunately, she could not possibly tell others about it. This was a secret that only she could keep to herself. She never even told Aran about it.

Therius raised his hand and wiped the tears on his wife's cheeks. His heart always became sad whenever he saw Emma's tears. In the past, the girl had cried so much that tear stain on her face didn't disappear for weeks.

He would do everything in his power to make sure Emma would not experience any more sadness. Ahh ... he didn't know inviting Aeron would make Emma cry again. Now he regret asking Avato to get Aeron to come. He and Emma had been living peacefully and happily together for months. This was the first time that Emma shed tears again.

Therius gave Emma a deep look and then nodded. "Thank goodness you just feel touched. I was worried you're sad again. My heart hurts to see you sad."

Emma rolled her eyes at Therius' words. Even though she knew that her husband meant what he said, it still felt strange to hear Therius speak these words that sounded like a pickup line.

"I'm all right," Emma repeated her words. At that time, Aeron had just finished singing his first song and raised his hand to greet his fans. Flower petals fell from the ceiling again.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I am very pleased and happy to have the opportunity to entertain you all tonight. Of course, I would like to thank our great king, His Majesty King Licht Wolfland." He turned to the table where Therius and Emma were sitting together.

Due to his close position, Aeron could now see the king's face more clearly. For a few seconds, he seemed to be frowning and then a shocked expression appeared on his face. Ah, the realization set in a little bit late!

'Gosh... wait, is that who I thought that is?' he thought in amazement. Aeron looked at the beautiful woman sitting beside the king and immediately remembered that he had seen her. It was a few months ago at the plaza when he was performing at the Three Moon Fire festival.

'Wait ... isn't this the girl from that time ...?'

'Didn't Xion say she is Therius's future wife?'

'Then, what is she doing here?'

'Uh ... but, if I'm not wrong, the man beside her IS Therius. Then, why are they sitting at the table of honor?'

Aeron's eyes suddenly widened when he realized who Therius really was.

Aeron glanced back at the king to make sure that he was not delusional. When his eyes wandered to the table of honor, they suddenly met Therius' eyes. The king raised his wine glass and nodded at Aeron. The singer bowed respectfully, but awkwardly. His heart skipped a beat.

"Thank you, Your Majesty, for inviting me to the palace to celebrate your birthday," said Aeron with a sweet smile. 

He glanced at Emma and let out a disappointed sigh. Ahh .. apparently, that beautiful girl already belonged to another man. And the man who became her husband was not just anyone .. he was the ruler of the Akkadia kingdom himself. Even if Aeron was the most popular man in Akkadia, he couldn't win against birthright.

Therius nodded towards Aeron and to the audience that packed the hall. Only the two of them knew that the King of Akkadia and the handsome singer were schoolmates at the academy in their younger days.

Emma, ​​who could read Aeron's mind because the man's energy level was not too far above her, unlike Therius and Xion who were both at level ten, only chuckled when she found out what Aeron was thinking.

She touched Therius' hand and asked him, "Aren't you going to talk to him? Looks like your schoolmate is a little confused."

Therius shrugged. "I think it's about time he found out who I really am. I plan to often invite him to the palace to perform if you really like his singing."

"Good idea," said Emma. Inwardly, she also hoped Therius would open up and reconnect with his old friends from the academy so that he would not be too lonely. She knew Therius had no friends but Xion and that Xion's departure left a big hole in his heart.

"You can invite him some time to have tea together, or later after the party is over, you can also drink wine while chatting with him. You both can catch up on each other's news or reminisce abot the time when you were together in school."

Therius smiled at Emma's words. He could more or less understand what Emma wanted. Just as he wanted Emma to go to the academy so that she could make friends, Emma, ​​too, wanted Therius to have friends. The girl understood what it was like to live alone.

But I'll never be lonely, as long as you are in my life, Therius thought, looking closely at Emma. He didn't need any other friends. He was only close to Xion, and they had experienced so many ups and downs together. He didn't need a new friend ... he just needed Xion.

This thought made him sad again.

Aeron's singing that mesmerized anyone who heard him couldn't get rid of the turmoil in Therius' heart. 

The king was thinking. Ah, even though he and Xion were no longer friends, he still wanted to know how Xion was doing. Was Xion okay now on the mountain?

He would send Avato or his other trusted men to find out. He must make sure Xion was okay. Finally, having made such a decision, Therius calmed down.

After Aeron's show ended with tears of the women who felt so touched by his performance, the handsome singer disappeared behind the stage. Soon he came with Avato, whom Therius had ordered to bring the man to the table of honor where the king and queen were sitting.
