Flower on the ash

Their was a moment of silence after I greeted them and it made the moment more awkward for me. After a few seconds Mrs. Wilson replied , "Oh daughter , you don't have to be so polite .Just call us mom and dad like Alex do. " she said sweetly and I smiled looking at her.

They sit their and talked about different topics . Alex and Mr. Wilson talked about their bussiness and all where as Mrs. Wilson was talking about my hobby and my family. She was really a very nice lady , giving me a sense of familiarity. Alex ordered some snacks and beverages and we all spent our time like that.

"Okay . Now that you have full filled your promise , we won't disturb you two. " Alex's father finally said and stood up. Later her wife followed him . After reaching the door Mrs. Wilson turned around and looked at me .

"Don't forgot to come at the party on time . " she said . Oh yeah , party now. "and Anna ~ " she continued while seeing me , " This is a gift for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law. "she said and took my hand . She put on a jade ring around my middle finger and kissed on my forehead .

It was the first time someone kissed me with a feeling of motherhood . I was so touched . If only my mother was still with me , she would kiss me daily like this . My eyes got a little moist from this moment and I hugged Mrs. Wilson but I was also feeling sorry for her as we both , Alex and me were lying about our relation.

After they left the hotel room I checked the time . It was four p.m.

"When will the party start ?" I asked to Alex .

"8 o'clock ."he said looking towards me .

"Oh my god . I have to go now . "I said walking towards my room to grab my purse .

"To where?"Alex asked while walking towards me .

"To buy a dress for the party . "I quickly answered and opened the door to step out when suddenly a hand grabbed me and pull me backwards .

It was Alex but when he pulled me I lost my balance and we both fell on the floor , me above and Alex below .

"Stand up , you are heavy . "Alex said and got me angry .

"Who said you to pull me . You can also say stop. And by the way , I. am. not. heavy. "I said giving more attention on my last sentence .

"Okay , Okay . I'm sorry . Now stand up. "he said and I started to stand up but felt my top loosening. I looked down and saw that my top's string was stuck with his shirt's button . We were in between half a way to stand but I pressed him and myself down again to the floor.

"What are you doing Anna ?"he said confused and angry with my action . He tried to move and again I could feel my top loosening.

"Don't move . " I said sternly and he did stop moving .

"Are you trying to seduce me in this way?" he said with an evil smile .

"Of course not . "I said and looked down . Both of our chest was touching each other and I flushed .

"Anna , can you tell me what are you doing . " he said in a calm voice and I just answered a straight 'NO'.

"Now enough of this . Stand up now. " he said and again started to move .

"No , no , no. Don't move . " I said shouting and closing my eyes shut. I could feel that my top will fall off any minute . He again froze in one place .

"Did something happen to you ? Are you uncomfortable?" he asked softly.

I opened my eyes slowly hearing his soft voice . Thanks to God that he didn't move .

"Yes. Actually m-my top's string has t-tangled to yours shirt's button. "I said looking down , embarrassed.

"Then just untangle it. "he said as a matter of fact .

"I tried but if I move only a little bit now it will fall off . "I said face palming myself.

We both laid down there for a few seconds in silence .

"Don't stare at me . Do it. "he again asked and I did what I was told to do. He hugged me and stood up . After standing he first closed the door and said, "I'm closing my eyes now. You can untangle your string ."he said and closed his eyes. I was taken aback a little bit. 'His brain really works. 'I said to myself.

My hands reached his shirt's button and I started untangling it and finally it untangled.

"Can I open my eyes now. "he asked impatiently.

"No . Not now. " I said and quickly wore my top back. "Yeah , you can open it now. "I said as I finished . He opened his eyes and our eyes met each other . It was very embarrassing seeing him after what just happened.

"W-What do you wanted to say ?" I asked him, trying to change the awkward atmosphere .
