Flower on the ash

As I stepped inside I saw the reception . It was really very beautiful . One should fall for this company only by seeing it for once .

"Hello . Good morning miss . May I help you ." the receptionist greeted politely.

"Yes. I'm here for interview for post of president's assistant . " I said giving her a charming smile.

" Oh. You can wait there in the waiting area . Someone will come to inform you . "She assured me and I went to one of the room indicating 'WAITING AREA'.

This room was also quite big that 50 people can sit here comfortably. After exactly fifteen minutes a man wearing a black suit came and stood in front of me .

" Hello ma'am. Boss has sent me here to bring you for the interview . Please follow me ." he said and started walking off. I hurriedly stood and followed him where ever he was going . After leaving the waiting area room he took a left and walked straight to the elevator. There was two elevator . Above one of the elevator was written public and anyone can guess by it that the other one was for the president.

The man in black suit took the second elevator and clicked on 28th floor. As the elevator's door opened my eyes went wide. This floor's wall was of glass . One can see the whole city standing here . Their was three cabin also made of glass but one can't see what's happening inside but I could surely tell that they can obviously see us unless they have put down their curtains .The man asked me to follow him . He took me to one of the cabin written vice-president. When the cabin's door opened Kelvin Wilson was sitting on the head chair.

"Good morning, Mr Wilson ." I greeted with a professional smile .

"Good morning , Miss Evans " he greeted back . " Please take a seat and let's start the interview. " he said .

"Thank you . " I said and sat on the chair opposite to him . He almost interviewed me for half an hour .

" Very Good Miss. Evans . I'm impressed . You are hired as the post of president's assistant . You can join our company from tomorrow. For anything else you can talk to HR department. " Mr. Wilson said with a polite smile .

"Thank you Mr. Wilson . " I said warmly and extended my hand for hand shake.

"Please call me Kelvin , Miss . " he said excepting my hand for handshake .

"Then please call me Anna ." I said and loosen my hand . I walked out of the company after doing some paper work which took another half an hour . After leaving the company I took a taxi and went back straight to home .

It was 12 noon. The day seemed short as it passed very quickly . I was in my room for most of the time and just went out just to grab something to eat. After eating dinner I was back to my bed and slept .

"See mom . I am a big girl now. Standing on my own feet . Now I don't need to relay on anyone . I'm working at a big company . I wish you were here to see me . I miss you. " I said seeing my mother's photo and a drop of tear fell down from my eyes . I safely put it back in the drawer and dried my eyes so that no one could see my tears.

After a few minutes I decided to meet Kelly in hospital. She will be curiously waiting for me to tell how my interview was. I left my house , took a taxi and went to the hospital.

" ANNA !! I'm very upset from you . How can you do that !" Kelly asked me furiously as I walked entered the ward.

" What did I do?" I asked cluelessly as I can't understand about what was she talking .

"You didn't call me the whole day . You know I worried I was? My curiosity that what happened at the interview was making me insane ."she said and pouted looking at me . Oh Silly...

" Okay. I'm sorry . I will call you from next time . "I said consoling her .

"Ok. ok. I get it . Now tell me what happened in your interview. How did it go?" she asked .Again a mischievous grin was formed on her face . I told her everything that happened at the company .

"Ok. I will get going now or I will be late for the first day of my work ."I said to Kelly and hugged her goodbye .

"Get well soon ."I said to her and left for the company .
