In this match, Sam acted as a cannon fodder prince who was killed off by the FL.

"You want ME to plead for forgiveness? This prince only bumped into the esteemed empress once! Our esteemed empress has been oppressing this lowly prince ever since! Ever since that accident, this prince as always tried to mend relations, but our esteemed empress cares not for this lowly prince."

The audience could envision the Emperor and Empress turning away from Sam as he sunk to his knees. He looked as if many swords were surrounding him. He closed his eyes, and his arrogant mask slid off his face, knowing that there was no hope.

"So it shall be..." He stiffened as an imaginary sword ran through his heart. He looked down at the wound and clutched it and while falling to the floor, his body angled so the audience couldn't see the fatal wound. There was no blood, which would give the act away.

"I love tournaments. It's free and the acts are so good!"

"What are you talking about? The only acts in this tournament that are good are Jupiter's and some of Daniel's."

"There were also those guys. What were their names again?"

"I think it was Donovan, Eric, and Ryan."

"Ryan is so cute."

"I agree."

"Aww, Donovan lost to Eric..."

"So the people left are Jupiter, Daniel, Ryan, and Eric."

Daniel and Eric were both odds while Sam and Ryan were both even. Eric lost narrowly to Daniel in acting. Sam and Ryan decided to act together in a short skit. They put up a perfect performance, but Sam outshone Ryan. 4:1.

The last match was between Daniel and Sam. The final decisive battle of the tournament.

"This is like a karaoke battle, only more intense, " joked Daniel.

"I always win, don't I?" Sam smirked playfully.

"That's because Alex always takes your side," Daniel pouted.

"Well then, now we have real judges."

"May the best man win." They high fived each other.

Daniel went first. He sang a current catchy pop song but changed it up so that is showcased his husky low voice.

When he finished, the crowd burst into passionate cheers and clapping. Sam went up right after, all of the pressure and eyes on him. The crowd quickly calmed down as the watched Sam with expectant gazes.

Sam took a slow and calm before singing a low note that created a melancholic mood.

"My heart beat fast when I walked past you

His voice was slow and sad, packed with emotion.

"But now it's over, now it's too late

His voice rose and fell.

It seemed like the song was over too soon, even though it was the length of a regular song. The audience was in a trance before a slow clap set off an eruption of cheers and clapping.

"I'm crying! I've never cried form a song before, and I thought that it would never happen."

"Ahhh. This reminds me of my old crush from last year."

"I'm going to confess to her today. I don't want her to go on unaware of my feelings. I should take the chance."

That week, the number of confessions reached a shocking number.
