Then turning to face Scarlett, “This is all your fault!”

“How?”

“We’re here because Nilly Willy has the hots for you!”

“What rubbish if anything I am stuck in detention because of you. You are always getting us detentions and bad situations thanks to the fact that all men fall all over you. No would notice me if you are there. So, if this is actually about that then I have you to blame! Besides be nice to me! I am depressed!”

“Oh yeah! I saw your depression eye balling Mr. Gardner! Not that I blame you. He is a prime piece of male meat. All fuċk and growling accents. Also, that’s not true. I am not pretty but we are always debating about this shit. Our own insecurities and stuff so let’s not… I am too horny for that!”

“Horny?”

“Yeah, thanks to a fuċkɨnġ meeting he had to leave before he could take care of me and thanks to you. I got no action last night! I am all but starved!”

“Ouch!” Aiyana pretended to be offended.

The door to their classroom gave away as William entered the classroom with a notebook and a pen.

“Well, I expect you two to remain quite… I think…”

“Sir, is this your first detention?” Aiyana teased.

“I… yeah…” William wasn’t sure why he accepted that or why he allowed Aiyana to talk to him like that. Probably, because Sky talked so much about her and Chris that he had started to forget that he wasn’t really friends with either of them.

Aiyana walked to William’s desk, leaned in and whispered, “Did you give us detention because we were talking or because you have a thing for my friend?”

“Excuse me!” William gasped at Aiyana bold accusation.

“Don’t worry I can keep secret. Fuck … I can do you better I can help you!”

“Miss. Grey Sky was not wrong. You completely disregard my authority!” William snapped.

“Yeah yeah. I’ll leave you two kids alone while I go to the washroom! And don’t worry. I think you’ll be good for here. She already wants to bone you!”

“The fuċk!” Both William and Scarlett cursed in unison.

“I apologize; Aiyana has no regard for boundaries. She is not a bad person nor does she mean to be disrespectful. Please don’t be cross with her.”

“I know. Sky talks so much about her that I think it sort of feels like I know her. This is stupid because well I hadn’t really seen her until today. And he was also correct her lack boundaries somehow have a charm about them…” William said as he chuckled.

“Sir, can I say something if you promise not to be offended?”

“Yes”

“I am sure you gave us detention because of our lack of conduct in class but if under any circumstance that wasn’t the case… well it’s just that Aiyana is currently in a relationship. And well I don’t want anything to cause a misunderstanding between her and Chris. I know she loves him and will not cheat. I also know that Chris is not an insecure person and completes trust her but I don’t want jealousy to fracture them. I mean Chris is very handsome but even he would feel threatened were you to make a move on his girlfriend.”

William walked to where Scarlett sat, bending down to whisper in her ear, “but you misunderstand me miss. As attractive as your friend might be she is not the reason you are in detention. You have only yourself to blame for this. Your charm has what enthralled me. Rendered me to act irrationally. You can’t expect a man to not respond to something so beautiful now, can you?”

A shiver of arousal creped up Scarlett’s spine with the brush of Williams words.

“I don’t sleep with promiscuous men.”

“Then it’s a good thing that I am not.”

“All lies… I promise. But, don’t worry. I will court you into believing me and only then will taste you.”

With that William left, leaving behind a piece of paper on her desk.

Scarlett opened it and read,
