Forever Destined To The Silver Shadow
Chapter 4 - Future Is Bright....
Theodore/Silver Shadow's POV:
Now I understand why Daviana has imprisoned Celestia in this realm. This place is unbelievably beautiful. I never knew that the mortal realm is this pretty. This place was absolutely magical. Rivers and mountains encircling the little town, and the weather beyond perfect. The cool breeze of the night air was giving me a blissful sensation. And clear waters reflecting the full moonlight.
Celestia had argued with her aunt, and now she was wandering down the streets searching for me. Poor girl. I had whispered in her mind and lured her to the swamp, which was in the backside of her house. She followed my lead like a lamb following the shepherd.
I stood under the berry tree, the citrus smell was singing sweet songs to me as l waited for her to arrive. Her fragrance arrived before she could, making her heart tingle with excitement. When my eyes met her blue eyes, they sparkled. She was wearing baggy clothes, which did no justice to her beauty. But still, she looked stunningly elegant with her golden blond hair flying over her face.
She walked over, staring at me in complete awe the whole time. I put my arms around her waist and stared back at her sapphire blue eyes. I felt more powerful than I had ever felt when she touched my arm. When she is with me, I become the most powerful being. Even the almighty can't defeat me if I have her by my side.
I gently brushed away her luscious golden blonde hair which was covering her face and pressed her lips with mine. While I was imprisoned in the deep abyss for thousands of years, my only wish was to feel her lips again. And today, I got to fulfill my desire twice.
My hands wanted her even more. I ripped off the outer rag which she was wearing.
"Why do you hide your beauty with these rags?' I said and gently caressed her face. She winced while I started to plant kisses on her neck. I missed this so much!
Suddenly, an arrow appeared out of nowhere and hit her shoulder. She trembled for a second and fell unconscious in my arms.
"Celestia," I roared and pulled the arrow away from her shoulder. "Who dares to do this?"
There was no answer. I placed her on the ground and kissed her forehead. She wasn't bleeding at all. So this one is a spellbound arrow.
I was able to sense another arrow coming towards me and I extended my arm and caught the arrow even before it could hit me. I got up from the ground and broke the wooden arrow into two. I know who is doing this. And there is no way they are going to win a battle with me.
A portal appeared out of nowhere, and the four Fathomless Fae warriors Edwin, Ember, Laris, and Vivian appeared out of it. I always loathed them. Their only job is to separate Celestia from me.
Edwin was still aiming his arrow at me. I despise him the most. He behaves as if he is the savior of the entire universe. And also, he is like a loyal dog to the lame Fae King Oberon. Perhaps that's why I find him the most annoying.
Ember is fierce and tough as nails, and I like that in a woman. Laris is worth nothing. He is just a clown who carries a spear. But Vivian is strong.
"Silver Shadow, we command you to step aside from her," Edwin announced.
I wasn't able to control my laughter. "I admire your courage. But you four dupes are not capable of defeating me. And the only person who can do that is lying unconscious on the ground. Even she can't defeat me now. I have her completely under my spell," I declared.
Edwin smirked. "Not for so long. I have hit her with the 'arrow of truth.' Now she is free from your enchantment."
I knew it! The arrow is spellbound, after all.
"Fine," I said. "But I am not used to accepting defeat. So you all get ready to be crushed by my wrath."
A silver blinding light erupted from my palm. I was about to attack Edwin with it, but suddenly an invisible shield formed in front of us. Only one person can create a shield this strong. It was her, Ivory. Ivory forced her way and stood in between Edwin and me.
She faced me and said, "You should yield now."
"But Celestia belongs to me," I asserted.
Ivory placed her hand on my face. "No, she isn't. Just let her go."
She has the power of taming me. She makes me feel things in a way no one can. I do not have the courage to let her go and never be able to feel the way she makes me. I won't let her away from me. I was standing motions and numb, while Edwin carried my unconscious Celestia in his arms and took her away through the portal. Soon, the gateway closed, and they all were gone.
The heinous laughter that came out of my mouth bellowed above heaven. "Fools. They fell in my trap," I yelled out. "Poor little Oberon thought that he could hide Celestia forever in this mortal realm, but now he is obligated to take her back."
I have fulfilled my deed flawlessly. If I had not pulled this act, then they would have never taken her back to the place where she actually belongs.
I thought that Ivory would applaud me, but she wasn't even smiling. Her big almond eyes stared at me in damned pity.
"Theo, why can't you just forget her?" Ivory crossed her arms and raised her eyebrows.
Why js she still playing the act. "Ivory, They are gone. You can stop the play."
She rolled her eyes and shook her head. "I am serious! Why can't you just let her go? It is evident that you both are not meant to be together."
My eyes flare up in rage and my blood started yo boil. Ivory got intimidated and moved a step back from me. She knew that my anger could destroy her within a matter of seconds.
"Don't say that ever again. Celestia and I are bound together for all eternity," I pulled my fingers in a fist and punched the air.
Ivory's eyes got watery. "What if they throw you down in the abyss of torment again?"
'That is not going to happen this time," I replied instantaneously. "Oberon did me a favor by throwing me down there. I am so much more powerful now than I was a thousand years ago."
She still wasn't convinced. I think that she is just envious. She always gets hurt that I choose Celestia over her.
"Theo, I can't lose you again," she confessed. "Thousand years without you were like hell. Cynthia was even more miserable than me. No one in Selene was able to smile after you left."
I smirked at her knowing I am pretty cool. "That was all in the past. Our future is going to be different and bright, just like our Selene realm.. I will eliminate Oberon and fulfill my desire of ruling the Celestial realm."
