From Dusk till Dawn!

Chapter 230: You've been talkative lately

"Dismiss," Mo Yuhan stood up before walking out of the conference room, leaving the executives in a state of shock.

Qin Jingze chased after the man, "Why are you taking so many important decisions these days?"

It was as if the man had made a list of everything he was going to do. The entire company was undergoing countless big changes in the past week.

Such decisions were capable of overturning the entire company.

Mo Yuhan narrowed his eyes but he did not bother to reply as he walked towards the private elevator.

Just as he was about to enter inside, Secretary Yu ran towards him as he hurriedly called out to him, "President…Wait.."

Mo Yuhan turned around to look at him while Qin Jingze also glanced over at curiously.

"That…Mr. Ye Jie has been trying to contact you over and over again. But since you were in a meeting, I did not interrupt you," He handed over the cellphone to the man before bowing his head waiting for the man's orders.

"Alright, you can go," Mo Yuhan said, to which Secretary Yu immediately obeyed his orders as he bowed before leaving.

Qin Jingze pursed his lips as he made an annoyed face, "That rascal…I've been trying to contact him since last month but he has been busy in some mission all along. It seems like he has got some time from the military affairs but he did not even call me back."

Mo Yuhan's gaze darkened before he dialed his number but it went to voicemail.

"Call Li Yu over to my office," He said without raising his head from his phone.

Qin Jingze, at this point finally felt something amiss with his friend. His aura was giving him a sense of dread, there was a chill surrounding the man.

"Alright, President," He did not dare to probe into things further. Although he was Mo Yuhan's best friend, but the man knew it when to switch over and act as the COO.

Mo Yuhan closed his eyes in an order to calm himself down.

Things might be serious, they might not be. There was no guarantee in all these things.

He has faced many dangers before, he never feared them not until she came into his life. She brought over the strength to him but what could he do when she also was a weakness to him?

He feared that things might go wrong…what if he would never see her again?

"So, my sister, did you get my point or not?"

Tang Li glanced at the man with a raised eyebrow.

"Aye~ You didn't? No worries, let me conclude it for you," Tang Yichen said as he smiled, a foxy light gleaming in his eyes, "Love is a complicated thing and we humans are pretty simple, right? You should not dwell on such uncertain feelings. Since you like Mo Yuhan, I won't stop you from keeping him but don't pamper him too much. Don't get too attached…."

The Black Bentley pulled off in front of Grace Villa as the man alighted from the car before walking towards the other side to open the door for Tang Li.

"Understood or not?"

"Mm, I understand," she replied while blinking her hazel eyes twice.

"You should..."

Tang Li interrupted the man, "Brother, don't you think you've been so talkative lately?"

"Silly, it's just that I care too much about you," He said, as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders pulling her into a half-hug, "And yes, don't care about every little thing happening in his life. It will make you seem clingy," he continued

"Uh-huh."

"Don't do everything he wants you to.."

"Yichen…"

Before Tang Li could respond to him, a sweet voice was heard behind them which made them stop in their tracks."

Mo Jia waved at them.

Tang Yichen looked at her car parked beside the huge tree, he did not notice it when he parked his car.

He furrowed his brows when he noticed her pale face and apparent dark circles.

"Are you not feeling well?" He immediately walked towards her before placing the back of his hand on her forehead.

"I don't have a fever, I'm just a little tired."

"Tired? Why would come here, then? You could have called me, I would have picked you up after dropping Xiao Li off,'' Tang Yichen said, concern written all over his face.

"I'm fine. We're going out for a dinner," she said before looking at Tang Li, "Hello, sister-in-law," she greeted her, feeling a little fidgety.

It was the first time she was meeting Tang Li after getting married to her brother.

Tang Li waved her hand, "Yes, my dear sister-in-law," she greeted as she enunciated the term, her lips slightly tilting up in a meaningful smile, it made Mo Jia go red in the face.

"How did you know I was here?" Tang Yichen asked as he glanced at her.

"Brother told me," Mo Jia shrugged.

Tang Yichen nodded his head. After the photoshoot, Mo Yuhan said he had an important meeting. The man even left when his sister was in the changing room, without talking to her.

So, knowing Tang Yichen's character, it would not be a big deal for Mo Yuhan to guess that he would never let Tang Li go home alone.

"Are you really fine? Shall we go to see the doctor?" Tang Yichen asked as Mo Jia rubbed her brows.

"Shhh…Don't fret, I'm fine," Mo Jia shook her head at him. She just feeling a little dizzy since she slept late last night.

"You both should leave now since you have plans," Tang Li said as she smiled at Mo Jia.

The duo nodded but just as Mo Jia turned around to walk towards her car, Tang Yichen grabbed her wrist, "Wait, let me carry you…"

"Brother," Tang Li who heard her brother's suggestions, called out to him.

The man turned around when Tang Li hugged him, without giving him a chance to react, "How could I not know you were so good at eating your own words?" she whispered in his ears before breaking the hug.
