From Dusk till Dawn!

Tang Li and Mo Yuhan were seating next to each other as they were having their breakfast.

She raised her head as she glanced at the newspaper and something caught her attention. She snatched the newspaper from him within a split second.

Mo Yuhan: "_" Since when did his wife start reading daily newspaper?

Tang Li read the headlines and her eyes widened.

"Vice President Su Feng hospitalized?"

"Vice-President of Su Corporations in a vegetative state"

"The renowned playboy, Su Feng severely paralyzed"

"How will the prominent womanizer deal with lifetime impotency?"

All the headlines in the frontpage were regarding Su Feng being hospitalized. There was a picture of him lying lifelessly on the hospital bed. His left hand has been ruthlessly cut off. And a brief description of his current condition was also given. He was in a vegetative state and the doctors said that 'a certain part' of his body will never work again.

Tang Li glanced at Mo Yuhan as she raised an eyebrow.

Mo Yuhan's reaction was expressionless as ever as if he has nothing to do with anything in the world. He was sitting like a harmless innocent creature.

"Yuhan, your mother will dislike me if she knows what you did to her nephew," she said.

Mo Yuhan glanced at her as he casually replied "Distant nephew."

She pursed her lips "Whatever, but she will be displeased."

"The hand that he raised to touch you deserved to be cut off," he replied nonchalantly.

She sighed "Why?"

The instant she said so, the temperature in the room dropped. Mo Yuhan was displeased as he thought she pities Su Feng. His face turned so dark within a moment.

But Tang Li was not the one to be afraid. She stood up from her chair as she walked towards him and sat down on his laps.

He remained expressionless.

She hooked her arms around his neck as she continued "Why did you only cut his hand? You should have split him in to parts and fed him to fishes."

She spoke seriously. She knew that the hand he raised to touch her was cut off by Mo Yuhan's men.

Just as she completed her sentence, the temperature went back to normal.

Mo Yuhan was pleased as he said "You are right, Mrs. Mo."

With that he leaned forward and pecked her lips.He restrained himself because he knew if he continued kissing her, they will end up in the bed and he didn't want to tire her out because she was already sore.

Tang Li pouted as she did not want a peck but a deep kiss. But then she quickly shook her head to get such thoughts out of her mind. She has decided that she will try not to be a pervert infront of this beauty.

Ring..Ring..Ring

Tang Li's phone started ringing suddenly. She snapped out of her thoughts as she got up from his lap and quickly answered the phone.

"Kara, we have got some leads regarding that matter. Will you come to office to check them?" asked Mo Zihan from the other side of the phone.

Tang Li pursed her lips and her expression turned serious as she replied "Alright"

She hung up and turned to look at Mo Yuhan with puppy eyes. They had decided to enjoy the day together. But she definitely cannot avoid this matter.

She wanted to know about everything like how Tang Corps became so hollow all of a sudden and where did all the money go. She wanted to know if the car accident was the real cause of her mother's death. And somewhere, in her heart, she also wanted to find out about her real father.

Mo Yuhan knew that look. He knew that she wanted something that he will not approve and that's why she is making such face.

Tang Li coughed and said "Yuhan...you know I have to go to office right now."

Mo Yuhan pursed his lips but didn't say anything.

She knew that her coaxing was not upto the standards. She walked towards him as she caressed his hair and said "My hubby is the best..."

Before she could finish her sentence, he interrupted "No."

His one word was like a mini lightning that struck her because she could see that he has seen through her coaxing tricks.

She massaged his shoulder and said "Yuhan, we will go on a holiday once we both are free. Why don't you clear up your schedules for next week? I will also do the same and then we will spend a lot of time together."

Mo Yuhan's face brightened as he said "Alright. Then, let's go to office. I will drop you."

"Weren't you taking a day off?" she asked.

"That was because I wanted to stay with you. But now that you are going to office, I will also do my work."

Tang Li lowered her head as she felt immense sense of guilt. It was all because of her that they can't spend the day together like how they decided.

Mo Yuhan's eyes softened when he saw the guilt flashing in her eyes. He immediately stood up and hugged her tightly as he said "It's alright, we have all the time in the world."

She unconsciously smiled when she heard what he said. He always knew what she was thinking about.

Mo Yuhan was sitting in his office as he estimated the profit values in his laptop when his phone started ringing.

He glanced at the caller ID and he knew why his mother is calling him.

He answered the call as he waited for the person on the other side to speak.

"Mo Yuhan, do you know what happened to your cousin?" asked Su Yahui in a serious voice.

''Yes," Mo Yuhan replied in an instant.

"My dear son, tell me, do you have anything to do with it?" asked Su Yahui sternly.

"Yes mom, it was done by my order," replied Mo Yuhan without an ounce of hesitation.

Su Yahui sighed and seriously spoke "I have made a decision."

"Yes?" Mo Yuhan asked. He couldn't recall the last time when his mother has spoke in a serious manner to him.
