Believe it or not, after getting off the airplane, they were led straight to a helicopter. Yoona widened her eyes when she noticed the large vehicle ready for take off.

She turned to Minhyun. "We're flying again?"

He let out a laugh. "We're going to a private island. The fastest way is by helicopter."

Yet again, she felt totally out of touch with the lavishing life the rich lived. Private island? Just hearing that made her insides tingle, especially since she had been struggling to pay rent throughout most of her life. But that didn't mean she was going to complain. In fact, she couldn't wait to see the beautiful waters from above.

"Amazing," she exclaimed. Her hands were pressed against the helicoptor's window.

Minhyun watched her with a light smile on his face. Her excited, child-like behaviour made him remember the times when they were young: innocent, happy, and carefree.

Perhaps, being with Yoona and this feeling called happiness was all an illusion. But at the moment, he wanted to hold onto it tight and wished for it to last forever.

"Hey Yoona?"

She turned around to meet eyes with him. "Yes?"

At that moment, he was mesmerized by her beauty. The soft hair cascading down her body, the ringing happiness in her eyes, and that smile that made his heart flutter.

"Nothing," he said. "I forgot what I was going to say. Go back to what you were doing."

Yoona furrowed her eyebrows, but decided to heed to look back out the window.

Minhyun leaned his head against the glass and watched her yet again.

Luckily, their villa was near the helicopter pad. The couple quickly got off and didn't need to walk far to reach Minhyun's villa. With a mixture of modern and this culture's traditional architecture, the building stood tall in front of the water. It resembled a miniature hotel, except for the fact that they were the only people there.

When she took a step into the building, Yoona let out a grand smile. "I think I've saying this for the millionth time today but its so beautiful!"

She turned around to face him. "How many places do you even own?"

"For my personal use? From what I remember around 128 different rooms and buildings. This includes my personal rooms from the hotels in the MH line."

By now, she wasn't even surprised. She shook her head. "You guys live a different life, spending it on homes and expensive objects. I'm not shocked anymore."

"You do know that now you are also part of this life? Have you seen your assets? You are a rich woman."

Yoona shrugged. "I guess so." Then a small laugh escaped her lips. Her financial status was still hard to believe. "With Ji-ho's bank account, I'm basically a millionaire."


Minhyun cocked his head. "So have you been spending the money well?"

Yoona thought back to shopping with Eunha. "Well, I spent it on some questionable stuff…"

"Is it of use?"

Redness flushed on her cheeks. "Whether or not it will be helpful will be proven later on." She bit her lip and there was a playful glint in her eye. "You'll see."

Somehow, it almost seemed like Minhyun knew what she was talking about. The left corner of his lips were slightly raised into a smirk. "Then I will stay excited."

"You might not like it."

He took a step closer and whispered in her ear. "I doubt it."

Yoona stared at him with her eyes widened. She knew that Minhyun was good at reading people. Did he find out about what she bought? Or was he playing with her?

There was no way to find out until later ont. Maybe tonight.

While Yoona went to her room to unpack her things, Minhyun stood by the window looking at the view of the sea. His hands were crossed as he stood tall in front of the glass.

The conversation earlier… He had played around with her, pretending that he knew what she was talking about. It was only a small tease but the shocked expression on her face made his heart pound.

What was this girl planning?

The mischievous look in her eyes and the blush on her cheeks made him all the more curious.

It was clear that whatever she had was for his benefit. He just couldn't decipher what it was.

He pursed his lips. Should he think about it more and solve this puzzle or let Yoona surprise him? If he were to think more, he was sure that he would be able to solve the puzzle. After all, Yoona was an easy girl to read.

But, he decided to change his attention to something else. He wanted Yoona to have her fun surprising him while it lasted.
