Chapter 149 Meeting Diagon Alley

Whenever the first two days of school start, it is the busiest time in Diagon Alley.

The little wizards shuttled among the shops, with excited smiles on their faces.

Ulysses was walking down the cobblestone street in Diagon Alley, and Draco said loudly behind him:

“Hey, Ulysses, I got a big news.”

Ulysses glanced back at him, and Draco didn’t sell it anymore, and smiled sarcastically, “Three weeks ago, the famous Mr. Potter lived in the Broken Cauldron Bar. He took his Muggles. My aunt blew it into a balloon… It’s amazing, and he can only play majestic against Muggles.”

“But what does this have to do with you?”

Ulysses tilted his head.

Draco vaguely said:

“I just feel weird… he used magic on Muggles, but the Ministry of Magic had no intention of expelling him…”

“I think you should observe your surroundings first when you say bad things about others.”

Ulysses pointed helplessly in a certain direction.

Draco followed his fingers and saw a boy with a lightning scar on his forehead sitting outside the Florin Fosco ice cream shop, beside him was a brown-haired girl and a red-haired boy. Counting far away, at this moment he was glaring at him.

On the table are three ice creams, and a long thin box with a brand new magic wand inside.

“Aha.”

Draco was not at all embarrassed to be found speaking badly behind his back. Instead, he raised his brows and walked over triumphantly. He said in a tone that Harry and the three were very disgusted with.

“Isn’t this a boy who survived a catastrophe? I haven’t seen him for a few days. It doesn’t seem to have grown tall at all. Isn’t your kind-hearted uncle’s family unable to support you?”

He fixed his gaze on the wand on the table and sneered, “And you, Weasley, is your family finally willing to buy you a new wand? So they must have to tighten their belts in two months. Day?”

Finally, he glanced at Hermione and said with a smile, “And you, Granger. Did you just come back from a vacation in Africa?”

Good guys.

Ulysses froze for a moment.

He only remembered that he had taught Draco some spells, so how did he learn such a skillful mouth-cannoning skill?

Harry’s mood at seeing the beauty of the two friends suddenly became gloomy. He curled his lips and said to Ron:

“It’s really bad luck. When did Diagon Alley have such a big fly?”

“It’s still a fly with light golden hair.”

Ron said grimly. A mouse jumped out of the inner pocket of his clothes. It looked like it had been abused. It had a torn in its left ear and a toe on its foot, making it particularly shabby.

After Draco saw it, he nodded and said:

“Weasley, this mouse is worthy of your identity…”

“Enough, Draco.”

Ulysses felt that if he let him go on, it would soon evolve into a diagonal alley fight, just like last year, so he stopped talking.

Hermione glanced at Draco in disgust, looked away quickly as if seeing something dirty, and said to Ulysses:

“Good noon, Mr. Lestrange. Why are you with him?”

“Stayed at Draco’s house for a few days, and came to Diagon Alley to buy things by the way.”

Ulysses said concisely and bowed slightly to the three of Harry, “Draco was a bit awkward. I apologize to you for him.”

“Ulysses! What qualifications do they have to let you…”

Draco was anxious, speaking in a hurry, but was stopped by a look from Ulysses.

“excuse me.”

Ulysses said softly, looked at the mouse on Ron’s shoulder, turned and left, and said to Draco.

“go.”

Seeing Draco following Ulysses aggrievedly, Harry blinked and said in confusion:

“Malfoy… when did you listen to others like that?”

“Look! That Lestrange has mixed up with Malfoy!”

Ron lifted his chin and said angrily, “Still staying at his house for a few days! Sure enough, he is not a good thing in nature, otherwise, how could he get involved with Malfoy…”

“Oh, Ron, don’t say that!”

Hermione frowned and interrupted him.

“Alright alright.”

Ron said angrily, putting the mouse on the table, his eyes rolling around, “Just as I didn’t meet them, I have to check it out with specks. It seems a bit uncomfortable in Egypt.”

They paid for the ice cream and walked across the road towards the magical animal store.

On the other hand, after Ulysses took Draco away, Draco was still complaining dissatisfied:

“Seriously, Ulysses, they don’t deserve your apology…”

Ulysses stared at him quietly, without speaking.

It wasn’t until Draco’s voice became smaller and smaller and his head lowered unconsciously that he said:

“Draco, you helped me a lot, so I don’t want to see you become a domineering boy who can only bully classmates. Although most of those noble spirits are nonsense, there are some that are commendable.”

“Nobility means not only a status and title, but also a code of conduct and values. Integrity, courage, respect for women, unbiased, undaunted, honorable and conscientious. Tell me, what did you do?”

Draco hesitated, a little dazed on his face.

Ulysses sighed, “It seems that Mr. Malfoy didn’t teach you this. I’m curious, why do they have such a bad intention every time you see Potter?”

“He despises me!”

Speaking of this, Draco had the energy, gritted his teeth and said, “Potter refused to shake my hand when he was in the first grade. He refused my kindness and turned his head to mix with the Weasleys. Wess. The Lai family is a traitor to the pure-blood family, and that Granger, she is a mud…”

He didn’t dare to say the last word, and shut his mouth angrily.

“You are the heir of the Malfoy family, a little more energetic.”

Ulysses said quietly, “Now, you have two choices. One is to stay away from me, I won’t care about what you do. The other is to maintain the status quo, and I will continue to teach you some spells. But at the same time, some behavioral constraints will be imposed on you.”

Draco’s eyes blinked wildly, tangled. He learned a few useful spells from Ulysses in just over ten days, and he really didn’t want to give up.

He gritted his teeth and said:

“I choose the second one.”

“very good.”

Ulysses smiled contentedly, took out his wand, and muttered a spell lightly.

A pool of black sleep flowed from the tip of the wand and piled up on the back of Draco’s hand, gradually forming a spike-like mark.

“This mark will remind you when you say something wrong or do something wrong… Trust me, you won’t like that feeling.”

Ulysses patted Draco on the shoulder, said with a smile, and turned to the bookstore.

Draco stared at the mark on his hand, suddenly regretting the decision he had just made.
