At the moment when June had stood up from the front of fire, his strange body movements had suddenly forced him to realize that his mind was currently affected under the influence of that smell, since he had inhaled a huge amount of the smoke that came out from burning those purple leaves.

So, he took some quick deep breaths of the fresh air and steadied his heart rate and then once again started to figure out the working of his new 'SMELL INDICATOR'.

Before he could start working on his 'SMELL INDICATOR', June suddenly felt a very strong urge of thirst, and it was so strong that he had never ever felt in his whole life.

He urgently needed some fresh drinking water to quench this thirst or at least something to distract his mind from this feeling of thirst.

"This should have been the working side effects of those purple leaves alright", whispered June within his mind.

When June noticed his own movements when he tried to walk, he concluded that his method of walking was currently very unstable, so it was better for him that he should not be visiting the Soma village in this condition to ask for some water to drink, otherwise all his hard work that he had done in making the good first impression would simply go to waste.

So, instead of spending too much time in thinking, he started to walk in the direction of the river stream, directly towards the waterfall, which was the only available source of water that he could think of.

As he was walking on the way to the river stream, it was already very late at night. So, the path to the river stream was completely clear and empty at the moment, and no other villager or animal could be currently seen walking down that path.

Although he was feeling quite thirsty, he was still not in a hurry, after all June understood that walking slowly is still much better than tripping and falling which could lead to unnecessary physical injuries.

He was walking with a slow pace, along with his own comfortable and relaxed speed, but at the same moment his brain was also not sitting ideally but instead, just like his legs his mind was also working with its own relaxed and comfortable speed.

While June was having his comfortable late night walk on the way to the river, his brain was working nonstop in order to understand the method of working for the 'SMELL INDICATOR'.

For the first time when he had inhaled the smoke that had come out after throwing the bunch of purple leaves directly into the fire, the blue number that had popped up was minus sixty seven.

The minus sign that had appeared right before the number sixty seven meant that the smoke that was being absorbed would affect his body and health in a negative way.

And this was the main reason that he had gotten this thirsty. When the body need to purify the blood due to the presence of any kind of unwanted extra material that had entered the blood stream, the body would require a lot of water in order to filter the blood properly through the kidneys and purify it.

So, that was the main reason why the response stimulus that the June's body gave to him after he had inhaled the smoke from the purple leaves was the sudden urge for the drinking water.

In the second case when the June had only inhaled that normal smoke that came out after burning the firewood, the 'SMELL INDICATOR' had shown the number minus five.

This meant that the total amount of air and smoke that was inhaled, June could absorb at most five percent of the smoke, rest of the air would be exhaled or coughed out by his lungs, and obviously inhaling that smoke was still harmful for his body, so the minus sign had also appeared right before the blue number.
