I'm relieved to stay in this village for the first time and not wandering to cities under those kingdoms. if I'm going there, I don't know what kind of fate that I will meet there. Maybe I also become one of those slaves as well. Imagining me become slave already make my hair stands.

I also should be thinking about the chance I'm not able to return to my world. Although this village is peaceful, can they hold on if one of those vassal lords suddenly attack here? Can I do something to make this village stronger and prosper? I can't rely on what I bring from my world, it's limited and soon or later will be gone. What can I do if the basic spices like salt and sugar not able to get? The only answer is to make it by own self. Didn't chief Harvard tell me there's sea in here? Maybe we can make salt from there since I know how to make a salt farm. And if the salt's price is really high, the salt I produce can be used to get other ingredient and materials. But that's if I can't return to my own world. For now, I still hope that I can find that cave and return to my own world.

Yesterday chief Harvard himself send me the water basin to wash my face, I don't want trouble him too much. So I go to well in the back to get the water myself. In the back, I see Mrs. Harvard and Silvie already there. Mrs. Harvard is busy peeling some corn while Silvie busy washing some clothes and last night dinner plates.

"Good morning Auntie, Good morning Silvie"

"Good morning"

"Good morning master Ikki, you wake up early today. Do you sleep well?"

"I have enough rest last night, and I feel fresh today. Is that 'jagung' in auntie's hands?"

I remember they call corn as jagung in this world

"Good to hear that master Ikki, and yes this is jagung that we will use for lunch and dinner tonight"

"Ah, too bad I have to go to forest until dusk auntie, I can't taste your lunch cooking. Where's Chief Harvard? I haven't seen him"

"He goes out to check the field. If last night there's wild boar come to destroy crops, he can inform the hunter to hunt them down"

"Ah, he really responsible person, no wonder people in this village choose him as the leader"

"He will be glad if he hears that master Ikki. Do you want to take some water to wash your face? Please go ahead"

"Ah, you want to take some water right? Let me fetch some for you"

She only nodded with her face still blushing and he hand hold her dress neck tightly.

After fetching some water for her and some for myself, I wash my face quickly and leave the scene. Luckily Mrs. Harvard didn't know about this incident. I don't know what should I said if she scolds me because peeping her daughter.
