The Whitebeard Pirates and Carl decided to join forces to fight against the Blackbeard Pirates. Together they unleash a series of stunning attacks in an attempt to defeat Blackbeard.

Carl's occult artifact was in use to great effect, giving them some advantage. Whitebeard and Newgate were responsible for launching a fierce attack, trying to destroy Blackbeard's ships.

They came to a place called "Revolutionary Army", which is an organization against the World government. They found a man named Bell-mère, one of the leaders of the Revolutionary Army and an old friend of Whitebeard's.

"Bell-mère, we need your help," Whitebeard said. "We found a chest, but we need a combination to open it."

"I can help you decipher the code." Bell-mère replied, "But you must promise me one thing."

Newgate, Allen, Robin and Usopp were amazed, they knew that Bell-mère was a very powerful figure and his request would certainly not be simple.

"Please speak out, we will try our best to meet." Whitebeard said.

"I need you to do me a favor," said Bell-mère, "I need you to liberate a country called Scarborough.

"The country of Scarborough?" asked Newgate. Where is the country?"
