A boy strolled through the forest casually with A carefree look on his face, and a grin as he looked at two figures infront of him,There stood a girl full of energy chatting with a boy that seemed to lack energy and half decent speech, what both boys had in common was there similar outfit style both wore hoodies and jeans, but one had it cover part of his face the other just wore it with the hood down.

Then the boy who was strolling spoke.

Me:'I did some testing with my magic and I learned something when I looked into the mirror and found out one of the consequences of using dark magic, my eyes turn Crimson my teeth sharpen slightly and gain a bit of a point, but it's a cost I'm willing to pay its not even that bad of a side effect, the fear factor I gain will help win more fights due to how I look, and fear usually causes rationality to crumble, like all things everything has a breaking point the question is how will we bring that thing to that breaking point, Of course fear, anger, and hate all these dark emotions can be caused by numerous things and they're all good tools for reducing someones combat ability due to several emotions clouding there judgement they'll probably lose.

And so we reached a clearing and then he spoke Norman or should I say Jeff and friends.

And then Jeff spoke.

Jeff:"I have something to say to you...."

Mabel looked excited...

Me:'Shes probably hoping hes a vampire, the look she'll have when she finds out they're gnomes, it will be priceless.'

Jeff then drops his disguise...

Jeff:"We're gnomes, and my name's jeff...""

Then he elbows a gnome and then hes handed a small box for what is seemingly a ring.

Me:'I gotta give him props for presentation, even though it was lackluster, now I must wait for one breach in our deal...'

Jeff:"Would you join us in holy matrognomey, matronomey, silly me."

Then he face palmed.

Mabel:"As good ad that sounds,your a nice guy and all but I feel like I don't want to marry yet, or you for that matter we don't know each other that well and.."

Gnomes started surrounding her.

Me:'Finally!'

Then I appeared blood red eyes, I had my mana course through my eyes and my whole body.

And a group of whitr haired gnomes are trying to capture a young brown haired girl wearing a purple sweatshirt with a sparkly cat.

The boy stood there blood red eyes that started to seemingly glow out of nowhere his eyes lit a crimson his teeth sharpening slightly more his grin encroaching both of his ears.

Then first he sighed and then he spoke.

???:"It reminds me of our deal gnomes, you just couldn't of accepted it and made both of our lives easier, so now you will have to pay a price how about some pain."

Jeff:"We can talk about this right dipper."

Me:"Oh, you want to talk now, what happened to discussing our deal hmm, og no response good because the time for talking is over now its the time for action."

All the shadows were gathering near his hand and then he spoke again.

The boy the did a shopping motion towards a group of gnomes that were charging at him and then a pitch black blade object was hurling at the gnomes then it made contact with the gnomes and they were all knocked back and every one of them had a non fatal slash mark on them somewhere on they're bodies.

The boy then spoke again.

The boy the disappeared but if you looked in the shadows of the gnomes that all met up a face showed up in they're shadows almost impercetible, glowing red eyes stared at there backs a toothy grin on its face then, the bky appeared again and then he spoke.

Another slash of darkness appeared and. headed to the unsuspecting gnomes and it was in coming fast.

Then the brown haired gnome warned them..

???:"Run you idiots hes behind you , he sent another one of those weird slashes!!"

The gnome grit his teeth slightly.

The boy then spoke again with his grin growing even more.

???:"It's pointless Jeff, they won't be able to avoid it in time, now your fellow gnomes shall know pain for your mistake."

Jeff:"GNOMES LET'S SHOW HIM THE GNOMES ARE A POWERFUL RACE AND AVENGE THE INJURED!!!!!"

Then the gnoems ditched the girl named Mabel and started to come together stacking one each other amd grabbing each other all forming a giant gnome.

But the boy had something to say.

Then the boy chopped his left and right hand and them two shadow like slashes appeared and crossed and formed a x ,the x slash then started heading for the gnome, it appeared to be stronger amd more solid then all the previous slashes.

The boy then spoke...

???:"I was going to continue to go easy on you guys, but you still chose not to surrender, it's all ok because reeducating you seems to be more important before I move on to my next goals, oh and Mabel can you do me a favour and go back a bit because things are about to get a bit dangerous."

Me:'Ok , I can't underestimate these gnomes so far it appears they bought up my act, that's very good showing any weakness can be fatal but that last attack took alot of my mana if it doesn't do too much damage this situation may be worse than I thought, but if wuxia novels have taught me anything the more $hit you spout out and the more confident you are the more wary and scared you can make your opponent, or anger your opponent and get killed hopefully it's option one.'

Me:'If only my sister used her head more often, I really didn't want to but I'll have to fill Mabel in on some information I'll tell her about the journal but not my grimoire, I could tell her I gained instinctual knowledge on magic when I touched something next to the journal, she isn't that smart to figure out in lying hopefully.'
