Gravity Falls: The Lord Of Darkness

Once Again I watched the meek version of myself; but this time I watched as he ran off into the woods clearly distressed.

"I'll show them all that I'm manly."

He spoke out with venom something that was the polar opposite of he acted previously.

Then he bumped into a masculine ripped figure, but it had animalistic features reminiscent of a bull. It seemed so surreal seeing a possible mythical creature, yet I couldn't speak I found the dream rather fascinating. Could this be my fears showing once more or could it be a vision or maybe everything was just a fever dream and I've been asleep the whole time perhaps only time will tell.

Everything made so much sense yet at the same time made none it was just unreal how the one thing I wanted more than anything was given to me within one night.

I felt my self being shaken as my mind began to try to comprehend what's happening.

"Dip... Wa.. Up!"

I could bȧrėly make out what the voice uttered, yet it was loud enough to make out the conversation unfolding before me.

I watched myself following these minotaurs? yes they must be minotaurs lead the way for myself to wherever their destination may be.

"Dipper Wake UP!"

I was being shaken violently everything was just a blur all I knew was Mable was shaking me.

I spoke out somewhat groggily no matter how much I was shook I was simply going to feel mentally tired regardless.

"Hehe sorry Dipper."

Mable Nervously Laughed out.

"Couldn't I have slept for a few minutes longer."

"Of course not because today we're having mc guffins, your just being silly dippy."

I looked at Mabel with a deadpanned face then I spoke.

"Mabel, what you're telling me is you woke me up for a mc Guffin as good as they are sleep is way better,next time I'd rather sleep in."

'Especially after using magic the mental exhaustion I recieve is just simply atrocious but eating is important it hopefully helps my mana recovery; but at the very least it keeps me mentally and physically healthy.'

"Fine it just means more for me next time, now let's go eat dipper."

'This whole situation is such a drag, but in the end family is all I have. All my life everyone treated me as if I was never there, my teachers always treated me like I never existed everyone simply focused on Mabel, there's no point in getting down right now my life is at an all time high I have my family, I have my magic, and most of all I will show everyone how great I am they may ignore me with all the robotics I did but they can't ignore magic right? Even if they do I'll get through it like always.'

And then I started to getting dressed after that was done I hastily brushed my teeth. Finally I began to head down the stairs to eat what was rightfully mine the mc Guffin just laying there on the table for me and me alone.

'Being at home could be boring at times but it's not always bad and it's definitely not as bad as it could get; I don't think I could've handled my family not even acknowledging my existence .'

I tiredly moved the chait and then I sat down preparing to dig in.

"Dippy you can go back to bed after you eat, ok~?"

"Thanks, Mom I just feel so tired ."

"Your welcome my little Dippy, you need your rest afterall the research you do."

'My nick name is so embarrassing if people outside my family even knew about it let alone knew that I exist.'

"Oh and Dipper don't forget me and your father are going on that sweet stakes soon so you'll be going up to gravity falls to see your Uncle Stan."

'I will probably practice some more magic first before going back to sleep to ensure I get a bit more training in before tonight, then I'll try the spell sound of shadows since shadow rend must be an offensive spell from the name alone as far as I can tell, then my skeleton animal spell is a no go until night because it's raising the dead, and logically it would probably cause some commotion to be it the actual act or if someone saw a corpse moving again, perhaps I should wait until I get to gravity falls to lessen the likely hood of getting caught.'

'But I should learn as much as I can before gravity falls who knows when I'll be able to practice magic next.'

I continue to eat my mc Guffin while imagining the magic I could do later

'I'm not telling my sister about my grimoire, knowing her she'll tell everyone, plus the gum incident I had to make her feel better by shaving my head, as much as I would do a lot of things for her I won't sacrifice constantly for her, as I've done in the past, the gum incident is a prime example of me sacrificing something for her happiness, but it's not like anybody cared about that eventually I was ignored and I have never been made fun of after that incident. Funnily enough everybody ignores me so even then chances are I'd be fine if I told her, but I hate taking chances.'

And so I started heading upstairs to my room to practice magic.

"Ok, there is a decent amount of shadows so I can practice, let's see this sound of shadows spell."

Then I started turning to the page after I opened my grimoire, then I started reading the spell.

Now that you learned the basics of concealment through shadow magic you will now contain one of the five sense and the one thing which allows that sense to work you shall use the shadows to hide sound would be a good way of putting it you're making a shadow dome of sorts that covers the target that's creating sound it also can reduce the sight or vision of the target temporarily.

This magic is best used at night since it perfectly camouflages with all other shades.

Then it shows the way the mana is used it is mixed with the shadows and you control your magic into a dome usually but it shows it's possible to make other shapes it just has more steps.

Notes: "This spell has a duration unlike most other spells you've learned so it works until its time is up but you can extend this by adding more mana to keep it going, also keep in mind this spell will not work on every living creature it will not work on anything too much stronger than a gnome magical creature wise it should work on any human magic-user as long as they also don't use shadow magic because they could cancel your spell.

Side Note: This is harder than basic spells which are spells with no difficulty in the beginning pages and ones with no difficulty in the later pages means their difficulty is impossible to measure due to the uniqueness of the spell some may have an easier time than others.

'Perfect just the spell I needed , I knew this grimoire would have the right spell if it didn't, well it would probably be on one of the pages further in my grimoire, but this difficulty is nice to know. So this spell is of the second-lowest difficulty.'

'Oh, how useful this spell could be, especially if I don't want eavesdroppers.'

"Let's try this and if it works Ialready know what I'm doing, learning new magic of course!'

'Hmm so I have to do another action, it makes sense that I failed, it is a higher difficulty spell and I was bound to not be able to first try everything .'

'Ok let's try this again, hopefully, it will work this time if not I'll keep trying until it does or until lunchtime.'

"Ήχος σκιών."

Then I tried adding more mana and then I controlled it to be a dime and it started to conform to my will when it was starting to fail I add some more mana and it worked so I put it over my head and then I prepared to yell.

I breathed in and then.

"MABEL!!!"

But I heard nothing it was like I never said a thing but I know I tried and my sister never yelled back.

"Yes!, it finally worked, perfectly aswell now I just need to practice it for another hour or so, and then I should have this spell down so I can practice the spell I skipped previously.'

'Magic will be so useful once I learn enough offensive magic I can safely say I'll be able to protect myself from some creatures for once I start looking for them eventually.'
