Harry doesn't want to be a wizard, he just wants to be a superhero
#15 - Otter Witch
Harry sat on the bed, waving his wand at the teacup in front of him. The teacup immediately twisted and transformed into a loaf of bread.
This level of Transfiguration seemed achievable for most wizards, but Harry knew there was a fundamental difference.
His Transfiguration could create permanent changes!
He relied on Transfiguration to leverage a large amount of magic that couldn't be mobilized otherwise, modifying the Transfiguration into a permanent one.
The transformed bread would exist permanently and possess all the characteristics of bread.
Therefore, the rule of not eating Transfigured food didn't apply to Harry.
He could now use anything to create food and water, which was of great significance.
When exploring unfamiliar dimensions alone in the future, he wouldn't need to carry large amounts of food and water.
Thus, Harry, having been in contact with the wizarding world for only a month, had already achieved one of the greatest achievements in alchemy.
He could transform any substance into gold, a power possessed only by the legendary Philosopher's Stone.
Harry planned to use Transfiguration to earn funds when he began to change the wizarding world, which also had strategic significance.
In this month, besides Transfiguration, Harry also tried to make his own wand.
But unlike the huge breakthrough in Transfiguration, there was almost no progress in wand-making.
Firstly, he found it difficult to integrate magical materials together without using Runic symbols, and the magic structure inside the wand was always chaotic.
Secondly, even if he occasionally integrated the magical materials, the wand produced was not suitable for him.
At this time, Harry finally understood why Ollivander's wand shop had so many wands. It seemed that wands choosing wizards made some sense.
Perhaps Mr. Ollivander couldn't accurately create a wand suitable for a wizard, and could only let the wand 'choose' itself.
Time passed quickly. On the first day of September, Aunt Petunia cautiously knocked on Harry's door:
"Harry, it's time to get up. Today is your first day of school."
After hearing movement inside the door, Aunt Petunia carefully left and went to the living room, saying 'I'm a fool,' and then used telekinesis to put the food on the table.
Harry got up. He had already put most of his luggage in his pocket dimension. The only things left outside were Hedwig and a shoulder bag containing his wizard robes.
While eating, Harry gave a final warning:
"Don't use magic in front of others, or I won't save you if the Ministry of Magic finds out and sends you to Azkaban."
The Dursleys nodded quickly.
After arriving at King's Cross Station in Uncle Vernon's car and saying goodbye to the Dursleys, Harry went to the center of Platform 9 and 10 alone.
The acceptance letter stated that he needed to board the train on Platform 9 3/4. Harry didn't doubt this; it must be some kind of magic.
Sure enough, he sensed the aura of magic on the stone pillar in the center of Platform 9 and 10 and quickly learned the specific function of this magic.
Just as he was about to enter Platform 9 3/4, he suddenly noticed a family of three standing aside, looking for something, appearing somewhat anxious.
Harry quickly noticed the magic within the little witch with bushy, otter-like hair and immediately guessed their confusion.
So, the kind Harry stepped forward, asking with a bright smile:
"I think you might need help. I'm also a new student at Hogwarts."
Mr. and Mrs. Granger were very anxious at this time. The Hogwarts Express was about to depart soon, and they still hadn't found the location of Platform 9 3/4.
At this moment, they suddenly heard a voice beside them. Looking over, they saw a tall, thin teenager standing there.
What did he say? He was also a new student at Hogwarts?
Heavens, they were saved!
Mr. Granger quickly bowed his head and said:
"Thank you, young wizard. I'm Granger. We really need your help.
We've been looking for a long time, but we can't find where Platform 9 3/4 is. Can you tell us?"
"Of course, please follow me." Harry led the Granger family to the stone pillar in the center of the two platforms and said to the little otter-like witch:
"Follow me. You need to jog through it to enter Platform 9 3/4, but your parents can't enter. This entrance only allows wizards with magic to enter."
Harry took the lead and jogged into the stone pillar. Amidst the exclamations of Mr. and Mrs. Granger, he didn't smash his head but disappeared the moment he touched the stone pillar.
Mr. Granger stroked his daughter's hair:
"Go on, Hermione. Take care of yourself at Hogwarts, and don't forget to thank that young wizard."
"Of course, I will."
After passing through the stone pillar and entering Platform 9 3/4, Harry turned around and found that the entrance had become a wrought-iron archway.
However, he could still sense the magic behind him; the passage was still there.
Harry looked forward, surveying this wizard-exclusive platform, and soon his brow furrowed slightly.
This platform was more dilapidated than the outside world. Even the Hogwarts Express parked there was an old model, still steam-powered.
Heavens, what antiques are these?
White smoke billowed from the front of the train, filling the inside of the platform. Chattering people walked back and forth, and cats of various colors lazily walked at people's feet.
The piercing cries of owls echoed each other overhead. At this time, most of the students had already entered the carriages, greeting their relatives outside.
The scene was very lively, but Harry was even more worried.
Could the wizarding world, so resistant to change, really resist the invasion of dimensional demons?
Just as Harry was in a daze, he suddenly felt something gently bump into his back, and then a crisp cry of pain came from behind him:
"Ouch!"
Turning around, he saw the little witch named Hermione fall to the ground, and the luggage on her trolley had scattered all over.
After thinking slightly, Harry knew what had just happened.
Because he hadn't immediately left the passage exit, Hermione, running in, had bumped into him.
And his body was being strengthened by magic every moment, so he was completely fine, but Hermione was knocked down by the reaction force.
Harry hurriedly stepped forward, using telekinesis to put the luggage back on the trolley and helped the poor little witch up.
The little witch was stronger than Harry had imagined. Even though she had fallen and her knees were even scraped, she still didn't cry, but instead looked at Harry with a curious expression:
"Wandless, wordless casting. You're not a new student, are you? I learned from 'The Book of Spells' that this is a very advanced casting technique, difficult even for adult wizards to do."
A golden magic circle appeared on Harry's palm, brushing over the little witch's scraped knee, and the bleeding knee immediately returned to its fair color.
He smiled and replied: "It's not very difficult. You can do it too if you practice hard. And yes, I am a first-year student."
