Chapter 106 Good News

"Fan?" Seeing Zheng Fan's reaction, Hina tilted her head in confusion.

"This workshop is more interesting than you think, Hina."

Zheng Fan took out her wand and pointed it at the wall. "Split!" Hina looked at Zheng Fan with a strange expression.

Stepping on the broken wall, Zheng Fan smiled and looked at the hidden room.

Hina followed him in surprise.

"A room without a door?

Why is it like this?

Did the ancestors seal something here? "This was the biggest possibility she could think of. She couldn't help but feel a little nervous.

Zheng Fan's eagle vision quickly scanned the room. First, he put all the murals and words on the wall into the memory module. Then, he checked everything in the warehouse.

"Hey, be careful. There may be dangerous traps here!"

Zheng Fan looked around and began to walk inside. Hina was shocked and hurried to stop him. Zheng Fan shook his head. "Don't worry. There is no such thing."

He walked to the only table in the room and picked up a book left on it. This book might have been protected by magic. It had been 100 years, but there was no change.

Seeing Zheng Fan pick up the book, Hina suddenly showed a complicated expression.

The next second, Zheng Fan suddenly began to flip the book quickly. He stopped at each page for less than a second. In just a little more than a minute, he finished the book and threw it to her.

Hina had a feeling of collapse. "Dear ancestors, Fan, what did you see?"

"I wrote it all down. Do you want to test it?"

Zheng Fan looked at her with a funny smile. He thought of the staff in Lihen Bookstore. Fortunately, Hina was not as free as the staff. Since Zheng Fan said that he had memorized it, she didn't have to worry.

She flipped through the book casually and found that it was about the logs of people who participated in the construction of Hogwarts Castle, and some common magic of the elves. She lost her curiosity and put the book into the portal bag.

While Hina was flipping the book, Zheng Fan casually threw a piece of gray paper on the table into the portal bag. When he first entered the room, he used his eagle vision to look at it. The book was filled with unimportant things. The real valuable discoveries were on this piece of paper.

It was not that he didn't want to share it with Hina, but he didn't want others to find out that he got the legacy of the elves. Otherwise, it might cause trouble in the future.

After returning to the dormitory, Zheng Fan made sure that there was no one around. He took out the long paper from the portal bag again.

"In the process of building Hogwarts, the elven engineers and the four great human sorcerers had many in-depth exchanges. After integrating human magic, the elven engineers were inspired and discovered several new types of magic. Two of them were too powerful and harmful to the spellcaster's body, so they did not bring them back to the tribe. Instead, they were recorded here for future generations to discover …"

After reading the elven language at the top, Zheng Fan shook his head in amusement. The thinking of these ancient races was so strange. How could they leave powerful magic here?

Even if these magic spells were harmful to the body, they should bring them back to the tribe and use them in a life-and-death situation. No wonder their territory was getting smaller and smaller, and they were driven into the forest by humans. It was all because they didn't have enough vision.

Below was the introduction of the two types of magic.

The first one surprised Zheng Fan. It was a kind of magic that manipulated life force. It was the product of combining the traditional elven magic and the Avada Death Curse of the humans. Through this magic, it could selectively extract or replenish the opponent's life force, but the cost was the spellcaster's life force. Whether it was extraction or replenishment, the spellcaster had to use double the amount of life force!

Zheng Fan was speechless. No wonder the elves didn't bring this stupid thing back. If it were him, he wouldn't have spread this kind of deceptive magic.

The second one was pretty good. It was a rare type of area-of-effect magic. By shooting out mana, it would cause a small explosion of mana in a distance. The spell's flight was similar to Snape's "Shadowless Blade of God". It was silent, and was especially good for tricking people. However, this spell used up a lot of mana, and if one wasn't careful with the number of times they used it, they could overdraft their mana and hurt their body …

After reading these two spells, Zheng Fan suddenly felt that these elven ancestors were very much like the Spartans. All the spells they invented were spells that hurt both the enemy and the user. When he had time, he really wanted to see what kind of person had invented these two spells.

These two spells were supposed to be used by elves, but Zheng Fan didn't have to worry about that. With the advanced energy module, he could simulate any kind of power, and it wasn't limited to the magic of human wizards.

After checking that there was nothing fishy about the paper, Zheng Fan burned it. It wouldn't do him any good to leave it in his portal bag.

The next night, Snape told Zheng Fan some excellent news.

The Dragon Strength Potion was about to be made!

For Zheng Fan, one of the things that he was most concerned about was the Dragon Power Potion that was brewing in the Magic Potion Workshop. After returning from Christmas, the first thing he asked Snape about was the potion. After such a long time, the potion was finally about to be brewed!

Zheng Fan was so excited that she went straight to Snape's office after dinner that day.

Snape was also very enthusiastic about this pot of magic potion, even though he appeared to be very annoyed. Zheng Fan wondered what Snape's expression would be if he told him that he would soon have a dragon that could produce unlimited amounts of dragon blood with 2.6 Mana Points.

After sleeping for a whole day, I seemed to have completely recovered. The only thing left was my cough. That was normal, as coughing wasn't easy to get rid of.

Then … I courted death and went to watch a live broadcast of a horror game. I was so scared that I still haven't recovered from it. My entire face was filled with confusion. While I was typing this chapter, I kept feeling that this abandoned workshop was really f * cking scary. I had to leave quickly.

That was why I couldn't write down the few points that I wanted to write.
