"Hey no need to look at me like that I didn't do anything big, just clearing an S-rank quest and going to advance from A-rank to S-rank"

When they heard the first part they sighed a sigh of relief but when they heard the next part they coughed a mouthful of blood. Some of them fainted already and stronger ones looked at him in disbelief with big eyes.

Zed was very satisfied with this reaction if there weren't anybody he would long have laughed with tears.

And he just left like that and went to the guild master office to get his revenge. He knocked on the door.

The guild master thought it was Zed but he wouldn't knock on the door so he sighed a sigh of relief.

DUMCC... The door was opened by a kick.

"Hahaha getting tricked by a trick like this it seems like you're getting old."

The guild master spit out some blood he was evidently enraged but after he saw who it was he calmed down after all he was used to it now.

"DID YOU COMPLETE IT?!"

"YUP easy task bro"

"Where's the proof then?"

"Here!"

Zed opened his inventory and the corpse of the dragon appeared before them. In their eyes, the dragon corpse appeared out of thin air.

"HOLYYYYY SHITTTTT!!!!"

That was the reaction everybody made when the saw the corpse.

It was truly a dragon corpse there was no doubt about it.

"Lad how did you? ... nevermind you wouldn't tell us anyway so forget it"

"give me... your adventurer card... to make it an S-rank..."

Roger was a little indignant to make him an S-rank adventurer after all he was an A-rank, for him to see a kid that surpassed him was a humiliation but that was fate.

"Okie Dokie"

He used some chants and weird objects.

"Pour a little blood here to complete it"

Zed used the knife and just poured a blood drop on the new identity card (adventurer or identity card are the same just the name is different).

After that, a little glow appeared and disappeared from the card, a big S can be seen on the card.

'This shit looks good'

"Oh before I go give me the rewards for the quest. I think it was 3 gold coins."

"Here's the reward"

The adventurer made a greedy gaze towards that money but knew they couldn't do anything about it because he was an S-rank adventurer. He and the city lord were the only S-rank adventurers in this city.

"Bye, baldy!"

After Zed said that he just sprinted out.
