"Who is it?" Lord Marthen ask,

"Is Aloit?"

"Aloit?" He mentions,

"Yes," Sir Aloit respond,

"Come in," He permits,

"What's wrong? Did something happen?" He stood up to his chair and went over to him.

"Tell me everything about what happened to your daughter," Sir Aloit mention.

"Vendia?" Lord Marthen asks, wondering what's wrong.

"How come you didn't protect your daughter?" Sir Aloit asks as he looks at Lord Marthen, serious.

"What?" he showed an anxious look on his face,

"Can we take a seat for a minute?" Sir Aloit mention,

"Ah, yes, sorry, have a seat," Lord Marthen went on his desk then ring the small size bell, and not for long a knock on his door ring inside his office.

Knock

"Yes, come in," he notifies.

"You, call my lord?" Sir Sebi asks,

"Yes, can you bring us some snacks and tea, Sir Sebi?" Lord Marthen order,

"Right away, my lord," Sir Sebi reply bowing, then leave the room,

"So where were we?" Lord Marthen asks as he sits back into his office chair,

"About your daughter, tell me what happened when I was away," Sir Aloit's reply, serious.

"Right, okay, it all starts from the crown prince of Astrod," Lord Marthen tells and explains everything to Sir Aloit, and after their conversation, Sir Aloit felt a wave of anger rise upon him.

"And when she woke up is like a dream. The physician and I then continue our false presumptions about my daughter only having a high fever. Tell the actual result, appear that she lost all her memories and everything changes since then," Lord Marthen, done his story.

*Vendia Chamber*

Knock

"Mary, someone is knocking at my door," Vendia speaks. She is taking a bath with Mary helping her out.

"Don't worry, miss. I got it. Enjoy your bath," Mary responded, leaving her to check who knock on the door.

"Yes, who is it?" Mary ask,

"What is Vendia doing?" Sir Aloit asks,

"Oh, Sir Aloit, the young miss is just taking her bath," Mary answer.

"I see, then maybe I will come back later," Sir Aloit mention.

"Mary, who is it?" Vendia shout inside her bathroom,

"Is Sir Aloit young miss," Mary answer shouting back,

"Okay, tell him to wait in my guest room," she instructs her.

"Yes, miss, I will," Mary answer.

"Is it okay?" Sir Aloit asks again,

"Yes, Sir Aloit, the miss said, so please follow me, Sir," Mary respond as she guides Sir Aloit into Vendia guest room.

"Thank you for guiding me," Sir Aloit mention.

"Oh, no worries, Sir Aloit. What do you need?" Mary asks,

"Oh, just coffee will do," He answered,

"Okay, I will get it for you. Wait here for a while," Mary replied.

"Okay, I will," Sir Aloit respond, then Mary leave.

*Vendia Bathroom*

"Young miss, is me," Mary asks, permission.

"Yes, come in," she responds,

"Are you doing just fine, miss?" Mary asks,

"Yes, I am. What about Sir Aloit? Did he mention his reason, why he's here?" She asks, wondering.

"Oh, sorry. Miss I didn't ask," Mary answer,

"Well, did he request something from you?" She asks,

"Yes, he requests for some coffee," Mary answer,

"Okay, go get it for him. I will be all right," Vendia responds,

"Are you sure, miss?" Mary asks, concern.

"Yes, I am, go on, serve him, I'm almost done, so don't worry, okay?" She mentioned,

"Okay, miss, I'll be right back then," Mary reply, then dash out and get coffee for Sir.

*Vendia Guest Room*

"Sorry Sir Aloit I take long, I was also helping the young miss," Mary speak her reasoned to him,

"Oh, no, don't worry about it, I understand, and I can wait," Sir Aloit reply, smiling at her. Mary then nods.

"Thank you, Sir Aloit, for your understanding," Mary reply,

"Your welcome, go on, go back to her. I'll be here enjoying my coffee," Sir Aloit tell,

"Okay, Sir Aloit, enjoy," Mary responds, then leave.

"Young miss, let me help you dress," Mary saw her already dried up and struggled to find a dress,

"Oh, Mary, how is Sir Aloit doing?" She asks, curious.

"His fine young miss, his enjoying his coffee," Mary replied,

"Thank you for your help," Vendia thank her,

"Oh, don't mention it, miss. You're always welcome to me," she reminds her.

"Yeah, I know," Vendia reply, smiling.

"So you already found a dress you want to wear for the festival, miss?" Mary mentions, and Vendia shakes her head as a no.

"Oh, how about this black dress?" She suggests, and Mary looks at her in dread.

"No! That is for funeral dress," Mary snatch away the black dress to her fast,

"But the design is pretty, and besides is already night. No one will notice if I wear a black dress," She replies, insisting on wearing the black dress.

"No, I won't let you is a bad omen to wear a black dress," Mary mention, and Venida got shocked.

"Your kidding, right?" She asks,

"Of course not. Why would I be joking?" Mary responds, and Vendia gulp,

"Okay, I choose this brown dress with white flowers design instead. This one is good, right?" She asks,

"Of course," Mary's smile agrees to her choices.

"Okay, come on, let us go,"

"Done, next is your hair," Mary mentions, done helping Vendia dressing up.

"Oh, okay, but do it fast, okay? I don't want to make Sir Aloit wait for long," She demand,

"Yes, miss, don't worry," Mary respond,

"Thanks," She replies, smiling.
