Only after receiving the command from the computer, will it rotate the specified angle according to this command, and the computer can confirm the current angle of the servo motor in real time.
Servo motors have been developed for decades. The pursuit of their performance is mainly reflected in accuracy and ruthlessness, that is, precision and strength. In addition, they require high stability and long-term work without errors, and vibration is small, but the speed is A second indicator.
The servo motor achieves precise control at low speeds, so the robotic arm can appear.
In addition, the so-called steering gear used in the model aircraft is actually a low-end servo motor, and it is also the most common servo motor system.
Larger servo motors are widely used in modern fully automatic factories and are also regarded as the core components of future humanoid robots.
However, the development of humanoid robots tends to stagnate. This is because so far, the servo motors that can be placed at the joints of humanoid robots have lost to humans of the same weight level in terms of power.

If you want a servo motor with very good properties, high strength and high accuracy, you must use a larger and heavier servo motor, but there is no problem with a mechanical arm fixed on a stand alone in a factory.
Just judging from the current situation, it is difficult for a servo motor to drive its own weight.
Of course, even if the enlarged version of the giant robot is made, it will basically fall down at the first touch, and can't stand up.
In spite of this, the servo motor is still the best core part of the manipulator arm currently available to humans. Although it can be produced in China, the large-scale ultra-high precision and high stability used for assembling cars rely on imports .
Not only that, but the matching gear and bearing parts still need to be imported. The more joints of the robot arm, the greater the error accumulation, and the higher the accuracy requirements for each part.
