Getting the event prepared was easy. Zac made calls for the top press and media outlets to attend and set everything up for the event. Naomi received all the information ever gathered by the team and went back to the company to finish helping Zac with things.

Knowing that things would get messy, Zac hired extra security and made sure to have the police present as well. Later that night, Zac packed up his things to go home. There was nothing more to do for now. So he was going to go home and sleep, but first, he had to stop by Alex and Kaia's to pick up some clothes for them.

Naomi was in the printing room, faxing some papers over to the hospital for Alex.She placed the paper in the slot and pressed the faxing number in before hitting send. She let out a yawn as she stretched, not noticing a set of eyes on her.

Zac silently moved over to Naomi. He carefully leaned in his face near her shoulder when she finally felt a presence. Naomi jumped with a light scream, instinctively hitting Zac in the face. When she noticed it was Zac her eyes widened, "OH! I'm so sorry!" Naomi stepped closer touching his face."I get jumpy at night," She said looking over him to make sure she didn't hurt him.

Glancing down to her, Zac tilted his head in question."Why do you get jumpy?"He asked looking around almost protectively. Naomi blushed lightly scratching the back of her head, "I can't tell you. You will laugh at me." Zac's attention went back to her, and he just smirked shaking his head."I won't laugh, I promise, "He declared holding up his pinky.

Naomi looked at him squinting her eyes lightly and then sighed looking around."The company is haunted! I swear! Things move, and there are weird noises," She explained giving in to him. Hearing this, Zac froze in place. His lips began to twitch as if he was keeping himself from laughing. Naomi glared at him smacking his arm which made him blurt out his laughter."You said you wouldn't laugh!" She exclaimed, pouting.

Zac smiled as he calmed himself down. He set his things to the side and wrapped his arms around her tightly."If you ever get scared. I'm always around, besides isn't that what boyfriends are for?"He grinned proudly. Naomi blushed at the word looking up at him her head close to his chest, "Boyfriend?" Blinking, Zac nodded pulling back lightly, "Of course."

Naomi pulled away from him tilting her head up with a side glance."You never asked me out. How can you be my boyfriend?" She asked teasingly, wanting to see what he would do. This made Zac grimace lightly. He turned for a second taking a deep breath thinking of something to say before quickly turning back around."Forgive me; I haven't done this in… "He stopped and held up his fingers counting. Naomi sneered, "I get it. You don't have to."

Zac skillfully moved forward pinning Naomi between him and the printer. He leaned in his face so close to hers, making her lose her breath. Zac touched her nose to his their lips only centimeters apart. "Naomi, Goddess of my world and secret love for years. Will you do me the honors of being my girlfriend?" His voice was low and seductive, even sexy.

Naomi's heart began to beat with every word that came out of his mouth. With a blush, she leaned up, her lips gently touching his."Why wouldn't I? You're more then I could ever ask for."She said with a smile. Zac grinned and kissed her again before pulling away. "Now come with me, I have to take stuff to Alex so just bring the papers. Then after we deliver them. I'll cook you dinner; It'll be our first official date," he grinned holding out his hand. Naomi smiled and quickly gathered her things and the papers before leaving with Zac.

At the hospital, Kaia and Alex were snuggled up on the couch. Kaia was asleep with her head on Alex's chest as Alex was typing out things to say the next day.

The monitor Alexa was hooked to began to go off which made Alex jump up. Kaia was quickly awake and on her feet as well, "Alexa?!?" A team of nurses came in along with the doctor and began prepping to take her out. Kaia was frantic. She grabbed the Doctors arm, "What is going on!?" The doctor looked at her. "It sounds like there is some fluid build up in Alexa's lung. We are going to take her and get some films. We will take good care of her. Please don't worry ma'am," He said before quickly leaving behind the nurse's who were pushing Alexa's bed.

Kaia whimpered lightly before turning and hiding her face in Alex's chest. Alex wrapped his arms around her, stroking her hair to soothe her. "I'm sorry love," He mumbled kissing her forehead."She's in good hands…"She whispered lightly wiping her cheeks. "We are going to make him pay," She declared her voice coming out harsh from her sobs.

Once they made it outside Kaia walked over to a bench that was in front of the hospital sitting down. She took a deep breath looking up when Alex sat next to her. "What if they bring her back?" She questioned Alex. Alex smiled rubbing her back, "The nurses have my number, they will call us when she is returned to her room or if there are any more details on her." Kaia nodded and leaned into Alex taking a deep breath.

"Kaia?" A voice called out from across the pavement. Kaia opened her eyes and glanced over, freezing."Mom?!" She called out. She stood up but stopped quickly turning. She ran over to the nearest brush, hurling.
