"Anya," Aiden answered the call, calling out Anya's name softly.

It didn't take long for him to pick up Anya's call. This was the call he had been waiting for a long time ago.

Anya heard Aiden's voice that seemed to drown her from the end of the phone. She thought back to all the things Aiden did for her without her knowledge and took a deep breath. "Your sister-in-law came to the house."

"If you don't want to see her, I'll call Nico and tell him to come home." Aiden said calmly.

Even at times like this, Aiden was still thinking about her feelings.

"Sis Maria told me something. Is there nothing you want to tell me?" Anya asked.

"I don't know what Sister Maria told you, but I only want to tell you one thing. Anya, you are the only person I care about and I will never do anything that can hurt your heart," Aiden said in a deep voice.

Anya took a deep breath when she heard Aiden's words.

"I already know that you have nothing to do with Imel and I also know you are keeping my mother's garden for me. But Aiden, when you married me and asked me to sign that land guarantee paper, did you really not want it at all?" Anya's voice was trembling a little.

She was afraid to hear the truth. She was afraid to hear that Aiden had married her just for the garden. She was afraid Aiden would say that he didn't love her…

Aiden chuckled and said in a firm voice. "All I want is you."

"Your sister-in-law didn't know we were fighting. Hurry home so we can talk." Anya said before hanging up the phone.

Anya thought what Tara said was right. She must discuss this matter carefully with Aiden.

Half an hour later, Aiden's car arrived in front of the house. When he entered, Anya and Maria were sitting on the living room sofa on the first floor, chatting over tea. On the small table opposite them, there were two forks and baked sweet potatoes.

Hanging on the wall were two paintings that looked exactly the same. Aiden stared at it in confusion.

Meanwhile, Anya stared at Aiden. Her husband's tall body stood in the middle of the living room. The sunlight from the window shone on his body, making him look radiant.

"Sis," Aiden called. "What's with these two paintings?"

"Aiden, you came back on time! Guess which one is the real one?" Maria asked.

"Is there anything fake in this painting?" Aiden stepped forward and looked at it carefully. Then, he stretched out his hand and touched the paint on the paper. "Both are genuine. Did you copy your own painting?"

"You can see everything?" Maria asked in disbelief. Aiden could see!

"The painting on the left is newer. The paint smell was very strong and it still smelled clearly. The painting on the right is your old work, so it has its own peculiarities. At that time, nothing bothered you in creating a masterpiece," Aiden could see the difference between the two paintings with just one look.

"You really understand me. Anya doesn't know which one I had brought," said Maria. "I give this painting to you."

"Thank you, Sis." Aiden called one of the servants to save the painting.

"Your eyes are really sharp. When did your eyes recover and why didn't you tell me?" Maria sat up straight and looked up slightly. She was like a mother scolding her son.

Anya looked at Aiden silently. He also wanted to know when Aiden's eyes recovered.

"The last time I went abroad for treatment in secret, the doctor also said that it took time to recover. I never thought there would be a miracle," Aiden looked at Anya. "Anya also helped me to see again."

"How do you heal him?" Maria asked curiously. She looked at Anya when she asked the question.

Anya's face immediately blushed. Why did Aiden have to say her name?

Did Aiden want her to tell Maria that she took the initiative to make Aiden happy and satisfy him so he could see again? How could she tell her sex life to her sister-in-law?

"I… I didn't do anything. Maybe Aiden is taking good care of his eyes so they can recover," Anya stuttered to answer that question.

Maria did not realize Anya's panic because she was too excited.

"I will tell dad. He will definitely be very happy," Maria took out her cell phone, but Anya immediately stopped her.

"Sis, there are people who are trying to harm Aiden. Don't tell anyone about his condition until his eyes have fully recovered," she said.

"Aiden, do you intend to hide all this from father?" Maria asked.

"I want to hide it from Imel, so I won't be able to tell dad for a while." Aiden's cold and stiff face didn't show any expression, but his eyes looked deep as if he was planning something.

"Well then, I'll hide it for your safety," Maria held Anya's hand excitedly. "You have to be careful. Don't let anything happen to you two. I am old and my heart is not strong anymore. Don't make me panic."

"Don't worry, Sis. We're okay." Aiden walked over to the sofa and his hand gently grabbed Maria's shoulder.

If only Nico had been there at times like this, he would have hugged Maria.

But Aiden could only do this.

Anya hugged Maria without thinking. "Sis, everything is fine. Aiden is well and will recover soon."

"Very well," Maria nodded while wiping away the tears that rolled down the corners of her eyes. "The last time we met at the Atmajaya Family house, you came home without eating. Today I will cook!"

"I'm lucky to be able to taste your cooking!" Anya replied.

"Aiden, your wife is very cheerful. I like her so much. I really want a daughter like her," Maria said, half joking.

"Sis, if Anya is your daughter, what about my fate?" Aiden looked at Anya. His eyes also showed that he was joking.

"Ha ha ha… I'm just kidding. I'll cook in the kitchen and make you good dishes tonight. Take Harris, Nico and Tara to the house." Maria got up and went to the kitchen.

On the sofa in the living room, only Aiden and Anya were alone.

"Anya, I..."

"Go back to the room. We'll talk there," Anya got up and went upstairs, followed by Aiden.

When she just passed through the door to their room, Aiden suddenly hugged her waist from behind and closed the door with his feet.

Anya was surprised and immediately turned around. Her hand landed on Aiden's chest, trying to break free from his embrace.

"Aiden, I want to talk to you. Don't do anything else!" Anya was annoyed.

"Anya, there is only you in my heart. Is that not enough?" Aiden lowered his head and suddenly kissed Anya's lips.

One of his hands held the back of Anya's head and the other was hugging her waist. His lips kissed Anya deeply, as if he really missed his wife's warmth.

This sudden kiss left Anya feeling helpless.

Aiden said that there was only her in his heart. Was this a declaration of love?

Anya felt dizzy. Her body felt limp, like she was floating as Aiden chewed on her lips.

When Aiden let her go, she felt a little confused and couldn't react.

Her small face was bright pink, making her look even more charming.

Aiden pulled her to sit on the edge of the bed and placed Anya on his lap.

When Anya struggled, Aiden hugged his wife even tighter.

Anya's face became redder. Her beautiful eyes stared at Aiden. "What do you want?"
