"Then, since we are now dating, let's date tomorrow!" Aiden said spontaneously. He said it very casually while sipping the tea.

"Eh? Dating?" Anya looked at Aiden in surprise, thinking that she had heard wrong. She was lucky she didn't spill the tea in her hand.

"What should we do tomorrow?" Aiden asked, ignoring Anya who was still confused. He was already busy thinking about what they should do for their date tomorrow.

Anya's face immediately looked serious as if she was in deep thought. She didn't know what to do when dating. She didn't have the experience to plan dating beforehand. Shouldn't this be a man's job? Weren't men usually the ones who decide where they'd go on a date?

"I have no dating experience. How about we take a walk by the lake? I've never seen the lake in your house's yard." Anya asked.

She didn't know what to suggest. They couldn't go shopping and they couldn't watch the cinema either because Aiden couldn't see. Then what could they do?

Aiden frowned. It was clear that he seemed dissatisfied with Anya's suggestion. He was not even interested in taking a walk on the lake. Was that even a date if they didn't come out of the house?

Silence enveloped them as they both searched for ideas for their date plans. The wind suddenly blew, entering Aiden's study from the open window. Luckily there weren't any files on Aiden's desk, otherwise things would have fallen apart.

Anya felt the wind fill with a faint floral fragrance. Because of their sensitive smell, she could recognize the flowers. Anya's eyes lit up!

"Do you smell the Osmanthus flower? Shall we go pick flowers tomorrow? After that I will make Osmanthus cake for you." Anya said excitedly.

Aiden smiled when he heard Anya's plan. It didn't matter what they did, at least they would get out of the house. Anya would also make a cake for him, so how could he refuse?

"Alright, tomorrow we will pick flowers." Aiden replied.

While they were chatting, someone knocked on the door. Aiden immediately told the man to come in. He knew that the person was most likely Harris because he asked him to meet him as soon as he came back.

Harris entered with two of Aiden's ointments. One was an ointment that Aiden used and the other was a drug Harris had just taken from the pharmacy.

"Sir, I have brought your medicine." Harris said. He felt a little doubtful because Anya was there.

But earlier his master ordered him to go straight to him.

"It's okay, just go in." Aiden didn't mind if Anya listened to their problems. After all, this wasn't something that should be kept secret.

Harris put the two drugs on the table. The drugs were the same color so it was difficult to tell them apart at a glance. They also couldn't see the ingredients at all.

"What's with these two drugs?" asked Anya.

"Mr. Aiden wants to know if there is a difference between these two drugs. We have to be careful because someone has just hurt the doctor." Harris explained to Anya.

Hearing that explanation, Anya nodded. The person who intended to harm Aiden dared to do something extreme to kill someone. He must also have other ways to harm Aiden. They must therefore be on guard.

The three of them looked at the two drugs, but they didn't feel there was any difference.

Anya couldn't tell the difference between the two drugs by looking, but maybe she could tell by smelling their scents. She took the two drugs and smelled the aroma in turn.

Harris asked when he saw Anya do that, "Madame, can you tell the difference?"

Anya bit her lower lip and hesitated for a moment, "I don't know if I can tell the difference. But maybe I can try it with my kiss!" She returned to smell the two drugs alternately for a few moments.

She felt the two drugs were the same, 'There was no significant difference…'

Seeing Anya's confused face, Harris asked anxiously, "How is it, Madame?"

"I smell the same, but the new ointment has a stronger smell. Or maybe it's because the other medicine is so old that the aroma is a little lost?" her face looked suspicious as he continued to smell the drug in turn.

When Harris was about to ask again, Aiden gave him a signal not to disturb Anya, letting her do her job first.

After a while, Anya tilted her head, "There is something wrong. The new ointment had a different aroma, a slightly stronger aroma. The scent is very faint, but I can feel it." Anya said.

She said it while thinking aloud. She might know there was a difference between the two, but she couldn't remember what scent they were.

"Are you sure?" Aiden asked, looking at her.

"I really smelled it. There is a different smell." Anya said with confidence. Frustration started to grow in her mind as she tried to remember the scent.

'What's this smell?'

Seeing Anya's frustrated face, Aiden sighed. "Never mind, forget it. We better have dinner first." He said, rising to his feet.

Anya followed Aiden out of the workroom, staring at the two ointments left on the table. Even when she closed the door, her eyes could not escape from the two drugs.

...

At the dining table, Hana had prepared various dishes for them. Today, Anya didn't have the chance to help her because she spent her time chatting with Aiden, planning their date.

As soon as she sat at the dining table, she saw one of the servants immediately approached Aiden and gave him a wet towel to clean his hands. Anya frowned when she saw that. Every day the servants always cleaned this house until it was really clean.

'Is this house dusty?'

Anya held her hand and could feel the dust on her fingertips. She sniffed his finger and looked very surprised, 'The same smell!'

She immediately got up from her chair suddenly, making everyone around her shocked.

However, Anya didn't care. She immediately left the table and ran upstairs.

She hurried towards one of the walls she always held when she descended the stairs. She used to hold the wall when she turned down the stairs, so she must have done it today without realizing it. In fact, she could see finger marks on the wall.

She placed her hand on the wall and white powder stuck to her palm.

She brought the white powder to her nose, smelled the same odor as Aiden's ointment.

Aiden, Harris, Hana and several servants rushed to follow Anya to the second floor. They saw Anya was pensive and noticing the white powder on her hands.

"This ... smells the same." Anya mumbled.

Anya was a student majoring in chemistry, of course she understood chemicals. The white powder on her hands was a chemical. If the material got into Aiden's eyes, his eyes would be completely damaged!

"Harris, check the drug. Find out if there really are other chemicals in it!" Aiden ordered. The atmosphere immediately felt cold.

It turned out that someone really wanted to harm him.

Hana felt so angry that her whole body was shaking. She had heard all the stories from Harris. "That person not only killed your doctor, but also deliberately added dangerous substances to your medicine. How outrageous!"

Fortunately, Aiden had not had time to use the drug. He was saved because this time Anya was able to find the difference between the two drugs.

Otherwise, who knew what would have happened.
