Hidden Wife: Best Husband

Repeated alarms echoed through the room.  But Soo Yin just grabbed it then turned it off again. Her body felt very tired and lackluster.  The girl could only sleep after one o'clock this morning.

If Dae Hyun was around, there was no need to set an alarm as someone patiently wakes her up.

Soo Yin blinked her eyes while covering her eyes with her hands. Felt the glare of the morning sun.  Immediately remembered that this morning she had to attend Dae Hyun's meeting with Peter Anderson to discuss cooperation.

Soo Yin immediately sat up but lay back on the bed.  Today was really lackluster and didn't want to go anywhere.

Suddenly smiling to herself remembering the romantic dinner with her husband last night.  Feeling for the necklace that was wrapped around her neck then kissing the pendant.

She did not want to rush off to work because there was no way that her husband would be angry if he heard the reason.  After all, Dae Hyun didn't force her to do work either.  No need to do anything the most important was to be beside him.  That's what Dae Hyun always said.

Soo Yin immediately took her cell phone which was on the nightstand.  Checked messages and calls but there was no call from Dae Hyun.  There was a desire to contact him but Soo Yin held back.  Maybe Dae Hyun was busy.

'How's Jo Yeon Ho? I hope he's fine,' Soo Yin thought as she bite the end of her phone.

But her feeling was restless.  Afraid something might happen to Jo Yeon Ho.  But there were also thoughts that it was just Aeri's excuse for Dae Hyun to came home soon.

The thought of them spending the night together made her heart feel hot.  The girl threw away the blanket covering her body to the floor.  immediately get up and went straight to the bathroom because it's eight o'clock in the morning.

She chose clothes that are a little fashionable so that she can balance out Aeri's appearance.  Wearing a brown skirt above the knee and a white shirt that made her look sexy.  Who used to only wear thin lipstick, Soo Yin now applied it a little thicker as taught by Doo Jin.  Tried to wear eyeliner and mascara too.  Made her appearance a little different from usual.

After getting ready Soo Yin immediately went downstairs to say goodbye to Auntie Xia first.

"Ahjumma, I will go now," Soo Yin said with a cheerful face while wearing the prepared sunglasses.

"Miss."  Aunt Xia gasped.  Looked Soo Yin up and down.  it was unusual for that girl to look like that.  Auntie Xia rubbed her eyes, afraid to see wrong.  Mistakes Soo Yin but it wasn't.

"Ahjumma!"  Soo Yin moved her palm up and down right in front of Aunt Xia's face because the middle-aged woman was pensive as if she was unconscious.

"Are you sick, Miss?"  Aunt Xia immediately regained consciousness then touched Soo Yin's forehead.  Who knows took the wrong medicine to made her like that.

"Ahjumma, do I look strange?"  Soo Yin pursed her lips.

"No, you are very beautiful, Miss. But why did you suddenly change your appearance?" Aunt Xia asked.  Wanted to say that her makeup was a little too much but afraid to made her sad.  Yesterday Soo Yin told Auntie Xia to change the clothes in the wardrobe with a more polite one. But why wear the sexy clothes today?

"I want to be like Aeri. I'll go now, Ahjumma."  Soo Yin immediately walked waddle like a model.  Slowly disappearing behind the door.

Auntie Xia who witnessed Soo Yin's new appearance just shook her head.  Even though it was a little exaggerated, it was a sign that the girl didn't want to lose to Aeri.

The Silla Seoul Hotel. 

Soo Yin got out of the car.  The sunglasses perched on her nose made everyone pique.  The wind that blew made her wavy hair fly. Her hand was waving to everyone she met.

"Soo Yin, what's wrong with you today? I nearly asked to take a photo with you. I thought you were an artist." Jean chuckled with amusement at her friend.

"Do I look weird?" Soo Yin asked. Get annoyed with Jean who laughed at her appearance.

"You're beautiful, it's just a little too much," Jean said, trying not to smile.

"What do you mean?" Soo Yin asked, did not understand what was too much in her body.

"You deserve more to go to parties than to work."  Jean took out a mirror from her bag.  Shoved it into Soo Yin's face.

Soo Yin looked at her face in the mirror.  It's a little weird and messy. The lipstick is too thick too.

"Okay, I'll go now."  Soo Yin immediately stepped into the elevator leaving Jean. Her intention to change actually made her look weird. She took the tissue from her bag.  Immediately rubbed her lips roughly. Today was truly embarrassing.

Soo Yin went straight into her room.  Lied her face down on the table. She just wanted to get away from this world.

Dae Hyun approached Soo Yin.  Worried that the girl was angry because last night he had left her.

"Honey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to leave you. Jo Yeon Ho does have a fever."  Dae Hyun stood in front of Soo Yin.  Tried to pull the hand that covering her face.

"I'm not angry, but you better go!" Soo Yin shouted while sobbing.

"Honey, what's wrong with you?"  Dae Hyun stroked his wife's hair gently.

Soo Yin shook her head while raising her face with her palms covering it.

Dae Hyun smoothed the messy hair over the girl's face.  Put it behind the ear.

"What's the matter? Did something happen?"  Dae Hyun said softly while holding Soo Yin's hand so it didn't cover her face.

Slowly Soo Yin lowered her hand from her face.  So that Dae Hyun can see her messy face.  The lipstick was smudged past the lip line.  Her eyelids were also black with a mascara stain.

"Come on, I'll clean your face."  Dae Hyun leads Soo Yin into the room in his office.
