: Dungeons and Dragons Advanced Profession Netheril Arcanist

   The ancient Netheril archmages are considered to be the greatest human spellcasters in Faerun’s history, although the elves claim that everything the Netheril people have learned comes from elven wizards. But even so, Netheril’s spellcasters are still famous for the powerful magic they control—a spell that can cut off the top of a mountain and make it float in the sky as a floating city.

   Netheril arcanist is a pioneer in casting legendary spells, dedicated to mastering the mysteries of those extraordinary spells. Most people with this advanced level fell from the sky in a floating city, and their powerful empire was destroyed in the Anauroch desert (Anauroch), but at least one still survived as a lich. But today's mages and sorcerers can get in touch with ancient Netheril's skills in two ways. They can explore the lost Netheril ruins, find the records of arcanists' ancient mysteries, or visit the existing descendants of those powerful spellcasters—shades.    Race: human (including human undead) or shadow.

   Skills: knowledge (mystery) 25 levels, observation spells 25 levels.

  Specialty: Advanced Metamagic (ImprovedMetamagic),

   Advanced Spellcasting (ImprovedSpellcasting).

   Spells: Can cast 13-level secret spells.

  Special: Netheril Ceremony: Advanced players must be familiar with the ancient magic of Netheril

   Code of rituals. Liches or shadow figures from the Shadow Empire fit this

  Requirement, or (according to DM's judgment) discover ancient Netheril studies

  Netheril Arcanist’s professional skills (and individual key attributes) are

  Focus (physique), document interpretation (intelligence), knowledge (all, individual calculation) (intelligence), language (none) and observation spells (intelligence). For detailed skills, please refer to Chapter 4 of the Player's Manual.

   Skill points for each level up: 2 + intelligence adjustment value.

  Professional characteristics

   The following are the class characteristics of Netheril Arcanist.

   Good at weapons and armors (Weapon&ArmorProficiency):

   Netheril Arcanist is not good at any weapon, armor or shield. For armor that is heavier than leather armor, its armor check penalties affect balance, climbing, escape, hiding, jumping, stealth, dexterity (SleightofHand), and acrobatics. On the swimming check, a general check is required. The penalty is doubled.

  EpicSpellcasting:

   At the 1st level, if the Netheril Arcanist does not have it yet, he can obtain the legendary spellcasting ability as an additional specialty.

  Field Specialization (Field):

   Each Netheril arcanist can choose one of the three magic fields: creation (), mind (mentalism), and transformation () as the main specialization area. At the same time, he chose one of the remaining two fields as a secondary field. He cannot cast spells based on the seeds of the third realm.
