Hogwarts: My Plants Have Billions Of Evil Points

Chapter 23 Combat Review, Leonard's Shortcomings

Back at the Leaky Cauldron, this somewhat old bar and hotel actually gave Leonard a sense of peace of mind.

At least here, he doesn't need to worry about someone abducting and selling him all the time.

Back in his room, Leonard didn't rush to turn on the system and light up the enhancements, but lay down on the bed and started replaying today's battle.

Although everything went well in today's battle, especially when Fenrir was slain at the end, just a trivial trick crippled the mighty Fenrir.

But that was in the presence of Midgard, if only Leonard himself, even if Fenrir fell into the trap, he could easily strangle him to death.

And this is when the opponent is Fenrir.

Leonard, who is familiar with the plot, knows that Fenrir is a werewolf wizard who doesn't like to use magic wands. He believes in his claws and teeth more when facing enemies, so he will take the initiative to approach and step into the trap by himself.

For other wizards, this method is very tasteless. Wizards must choose long-range attacks instead of running to step on traps.

Moreover, the biting cabbage that was easily torn apart by Fenrir also reminded Leonard that it is easy to become passive when encountering different types of enemies with a single method.

For example, if the biting cabbage meets a werewolf wizard, it will not be an opponent of the werewolf wizard even if it bites again.

It would be nice to have a remote output plant.

Of course, Leonard can also learn magic on his own. Judging by the performance of the wand in his hand, a disarming spell can probably knock people down.

But the wizard's body is too weak, Leonard is a bit reluctant to use magic to compete with others.

Especially when facing a dark wizard, if he gnawed a big melon on the opposite side, he would really be ruthless and kill him directly.

"Magic still needs to be learned. Life-saving skills such as the Illusion Curse and the Iron Armor Curse cannot be ignored, and then you need to find suitable magical plants as thugs." Leonard thought to himself.

But where to get the plants for long-range attacks?

"I don't want to, let's look at the enhancement first, maybe there is a solution to the system enhancement." Leonard turned on the system, intending to light up his long-awaited [Swallowing] first.

If you want to light up [Swallow], you must first light up one of the basic enhancements of offense and defense.

A damage amplification and a basic resistance, both of which are not bad, and they are the basic prerequisites for lighting up the two lines, so Leonard lights up them all.

The last remaining reinforcement point was naturally placed on [Swallow].

Except for engulfment, the other two enhancements are passive, while engulfment needs to be used actively with materials.

Due to the lack of venues and plants, Leonard has no way to try these enhanced effects now, so he can only lie on the bed and count sheep to sleep.

He was a little insomnia, mainly because what he saw today was a bit too exciting, bloody and violent pornography came over and over again.

Although this body has not yet developed, Leonard's soul is an adult, and this strange feeling makes it difficult for him to sleep.

"Go to bed early, I will learn magic from Mr. Ollivander tomorrow." Leonard rubbed his face, said firmly to himself, and lay down on the bed.

Early the next morning, Ollivander's Wand Shop

"Wilhelm, did you not sleep well last night? Why is your face so bad?" Ollivander was startled when he saw Leonard.

Leonard yawned, waved his hands and said, "I had a nightmare last night, but it's okay, let's start studying if we can."

"Are you really okay?" Ollivander was skeptical of Leonard's "it's okay." "I have a bottle of vitality tonic potion here, you should drink it quickly."

As he spoke, he took out a bottle of light yellow potion and handed it to Leonard.

"Ah, thank you, this is exactly what I need." Leonard finished the potion, forced himself not to think about the strange ingredients in it, and drank it all in one gulp, feeling a continuous burst of vitality in his body.

"I feel much better." Leonard sighed, "How much is this bottle of potion, I'll give you the money."

"No need, after all, it's my job to ask you to test the wand. You're welcome, I'm not short of money." Ollivander waved his hand, "Let's start, did you use the wand to practice magic yesterday?"

"Yes." Leonard nodded.

"How does it feel?"

"It's a bit too exaggerated. I learned the fluorescent spell and almost blinded myself." Leonard told the truth, but concealed the occasion and reason for his release of magic.

"Oh? That's good news. It proves that this wand does have the effect of augmenting magic." Ollivander was very happy when he heard it. "Let's use it first."

"Here? Not too good?" Leonard hesitated.

"It doesn't matter, I can still stand it if it's just light." Ollivander said indifferently, "I want to really feel its amplification effect."

"Okay then, but I advise you to close your eyes." Leonard kindly reminded him, deliberately not facing Ollivander, but waving his wand sideways.

"Fluorescent flickering!"

Dazzling light flows out of Ollivander's wand shop like a stream of water.
