Hogwarts: Voldemort, don't stop me from studying
Chapter 317: Wade: Resurrect Peter
Ved slept until dawn, and when he woke up in the morning and saw the surrounding environment, he thought he had traveled through time again.
Later, the wand and pencil case beside him told him that this guess was absurd, and he was still Ved Grey.
But Ved couldn't remember how he fell asleep last night, and why he put the important pencil case so casually next to the pillow.
Holding his head and recalling for a moment, the hazy memory began to revive, and Ved slowly remembered Dumbledore's words-
"Is it the mead bought from the Three Broomsticks... Be sure to pour me a glass."
Ved: "..."
He groaned and covered his face.
Didn't he only pour wine for Dumbledore?
He thought he was drinking a honey-flavored drink!
At that time, Ved didn't think about it at all. After all, in his concept, adults generally don't pour a full glass of wine for minors.
Slowly, he even remembered what he did afterwards... No, it might just be that he had confused his memory with his dream...
Ved held on to a fluke mentality and unfolded the wardrobe space. After entering, several puppet pets ran over and followed him closely.
But... the bearded man... was gone.
Looking at the empty cell, Ved really felt a splitting headache now.
The bearded man had no loyalty to their group, only hatred for his life being destroyed.
Ved kept this man because he thought he could still use him. He did think about being honest with the headmaster and getting Dumbledore's help... but he didn't expect it to be so exposed!
Ved closed the space, sighed deeply, and lay down on the bed. He didn't even want to leave this room.
One night was enough for Dumbledore to dig out all the secrets in the bearded man's mind.
For example... how the eight-eyed giant spider raised by Ved bit the thick-browed man's head cruelly.
At this moment, in Dumbledore's mind, Wade felt that he was probably the same image as Voldemort, or even more cruel.
After all, when Voldemort was thirteen years old, he was still a good student with excellent academic performance. At most, he did some bad things such as bullying classmates and forming gangs.
He indirectly killed Myrtle and killed his uncle himself, both of which happened in the fifth and sixth grades.
Wade sighed deeply, frowned, played with the pencil case in his hand, and his thoughts were very confused.
He sat on the bed and thought, if Dumbledore began to regard himself as a criminal reserve, the current harmonious and tacit mode of getting along would disappear... But the principal would definitely wait and see first.
Dumbledore always seemed to have enough patience to wait and deal with changes in the future.
- He put the pencil case next to his pillow instead of dissecting the secrets in it and investigating Wade thoroughly.
Based on this, Wade believed that Dumbledore would not turn against him immediately... But he still felt suffocated.
When he first entered school, Wade didn't believe that Dumbledore was really selfless, kind and gentle as shown in the original book, and always speculated about the headmaster from a conspiracy theory perspective.
But after getting along gradually... thinking that there might be new and irreconcilable barriers in the future, Wade began to feel uncomfortable again.
With a "bang", the bedroom door was suddenly pushed open.
"You're awake, Wade."
Harry said happily: "Come down quickly, the school's books are here."
After he finished speaking, he went out immediately, and Wade heard the sound of Harry running downstairs. Wade: Harry came from the Dursleys early in the morning...
Come to think of it.
Although the Dursleys didn't dare to imprison Harry or drive him out of the house because Sirius and Lupin lived next door, they didn't think they would be willing to prepare a hearty breakfast for him.
When Wade went downstairs, he heard Harry sitting at the dining table and saying to Lupin:
"Aunt Marge is on the 10 o'clock train this morning, and she will stay for a week... I asked Dumbledore, and he said that since I have lived in the Dursleys for more than a month, the magic has taken effect, and I can stay here for the rest of the time."
There was an old suitcase at the door of the living room, and it was obviously Harry's luggage.
"Who is that Aunt Marge?" Sirius asked while spreading butter on the bread, "What did she do to you?"
"She is Uncle Vernon's sister, and she has a lot of dogs... You can imagine what kind of person she is by looking at Uncle Vernon and Dudley."
Harry said with lingering fear: "In short... I would rather grow bones in my arms again than spend even a second with her."
Sirius nodded and said, "I understand."
"Sirius, how is your investigation?"
Wade walked into the dining room and asked.
Sirius shook his head and said, "Nothing has been found... They said that the vampire named Troka has moved away for many years, and no one has looked for him recently except me."
There was deep fatigue under his eyes, as if he had not slept all night.
"Sirius, how can your investigation alone compare to the many Aurors in the Ministry of Magic?"
Harry persuaded: "I think you need to take a good rest for a while. I don't know about others, but with Lockhart's personality, he won't be able to hide for long and will be unable to resist signing on the wall."
"Yes, Sirius." Lupin also said: "If you don't give yourself some breathing space, I think you will die suddenly."
Sirius raised his lips and smiled, but said: "On the way back, I was thinking that even if Lockhart or that Gar was exposed, it would be difficult for us to catch Peter."
"Ah, why?" Harry asked.
"The three escaped from prison together, which does not mean that the three of them are tied together from now on."
Sirius said: "With Peter's caution, he can't stay with someone like Lockhart all the time."
Lupin nodded slightly, without refuting, obviously agreeing with his point of view.
Wade asked curiously: "Since you know this, why are you still tracking those two people?"
"Because Peter is likely to hide and follow them after they separated, observing the Ministry of Magic's pursuit of the three people."
Lupin said thoughtfully: "In his eyes, those two people are the bait he put out in the open."
"So finding them is equivalent to finding Peter. It's just that you have to be more hidden and more cautious."
Sirius concluded, and then bit a piece of barbecue with a ferocious expression.
As Wade cut the omelette, he thought - why not just let Peter Pettigrew "resurrect"?
Then die again in front of Sirius.
Otherwise, Sirius might never get over it.
Even Harry and Lupin... even if they rarely showed it, they certainly wouldn't tolerate Peter "getting away with it".
