If you know anything about writers on Qidian, you should know that generally speaking, from publishing a book to receiving the first payment, it generally takes at least two months and twelve days.

Because now new books generally have a free period of about half a month, but the settlement of payments has to wait until the 12th of the next month.

For example, if you publish a book on January 1 and put it on the shelves on February 15, the earliest you will receive the first subscription payment for this book is March 12.

This means that during the more than 70 days in between, you basically have no income, except for rewards, of course.

However, unless you are an old author, the rewards for new authors and new books are generally not very high. Anyway, the current reward income for this book is only more than 200 yuan.

So I really can't afford to delay it for a day, even if it is only two or three days away from February 1st.

I even thought about whether to wait until after the Chinese New Year to publish it, so that I can spend the Chinese New Year at home, but my wallet really doesn't allow it!

To be honest, God knows how tiring it is to write a new book during the Chinese New Year. And I am a clumsy person. Basically, I can only write two chapters a day, and I can't save the manuscript at all.

So basically every day's update is written now. After eating the reunion dinner at noon on New Year's Eve, I was typing from the afternoon to the evening after the dinner table. I didn't even watch the Spring Festival Gala with my parents for a second.

During the ten days of the first month of the year, I visited relatives everywhere during the day, and then I had to stay up late to write manuscripts when I came back at night. Therefore, I really didn't drink a drop of alcohol in the first month of this year.

Sometimes I was even typing on my mobile phone when I was free at other people's homes to pay New Year's greetings!

What I remember most vividly is that when I went to my grandpa's house to pay New Year's greetings, I stayed there for one night because the journey was quite far, more than 200 kilometers.

And my grandpa's house is in the kind of valley, and even the signal is quite unstable, sometimes there is no signal.

Basically, only outside his house can the mobile phone have two bars of signal. If you stay in the house, the mobile phone will have no signal at all.

In order to keep updating, I could only type with my mobile phone outside in the freezing cold for two days, and typed close to the wall for at least five or six hours.

I should say that I am still quite proud. Even during the Chinese New Year, basically from the first day I published the book, I have been stable for two updates every day, never interrupted, and even never updated alone.

Fortunately, in order to write "Traffic King", I checked a lot of information, so relatively speaking, Chinese entertainment is a category that I am more familiar with!

Moreover, I like to read novels about Chinese entertainment, so this is also my interest, and I have made some achievements in the past, so naturally I will continue to write about Chinese entertainment in my new book.

Anyway, I should continue to write about Chinese entertainment, and when no one reads it, or when I can no longer grasp the audience's taste, I will consider changing the genre!
