Another huge factory is the culture medium preparation plant.
If the annual production of 100,000 clones is 3 tons of culture medium per clone, this factory will consume 300,000 tons of culture medium per year.
This obviously requires a special factory that adopts a certain degree of automation and large-scale production model. Manual work as before will not work.
At the same time, this also makes it easier for Li Qingsong to control the quality of the culture medium and make production more stable.
Here in this factory, Li Qingsong built a huge storage tank, which is 30 meters high and 60 meters in diameter. It is a truly huge monster.
The culture medium from the preparation factory will first be stored here and then connected to the clone cultivation factory through pipes.
Once the cultivation season arrives, the used culture medium in the culture tank is drained, and then after the tank is cleaned, the culture medium will be automatically poured into the culture tank for a new round of cultivation.
At the core of a large number of supporting factories of various types is the core factory that Li Qingsong values the most, namely the clone breeding factory.
The main building of this clone breeding factory is 100 meters high and has 30 floors. Each floor has an area of 5,000 square meters and is divided into 200 separate breeding rooms.
Each culture room has 10 culture tanks, so one floor can cultivate 2,000 clones.
In addition to the 25-story cultivation floor, there are five floors used as equipment rooms, lounges, inspection rooms, exchange rooms, etc.
After the clone has completed its cultivation and is finally born, it will complete a series of procedures here, including physical examinations, intelligence tests, first meals, etc., before leaving.
Everything is produced on an assembly line.
In this building, Li Qingsong installed a total of 300,000 iron-shell chips, making it the building with the highest level of automation and informatization.
Even with Li Qingsong's super high efficiency, the construction of this huge factory cluster took a full year to complete.
The production of clone culture fluid has been completed, and the collected monster bird body fluids have also been filtered and purified, mixed into these culture fluids, and then transported to empty huge culture tanks.
The first batch of 50,000 sample cells have been collected and placed in culture tanks one by one by the clones.
