I came home early. I wanted to leave early so I could work on my science experiment. Despite being quite athletic on the outside, I was still a nerd on the inside. When I got home, I immediately smelled alcohol. I sighed. My fiance. He must have had a real tough day to have to drink this much, I thought. He was on the couch passed out. I helped him to the room and went to my lab AKA the second bathroom. It was a little uncomfortable but I adjusted. It was the biggest room I could use that was almost completely soundproof. Mostly for the explosions.That never happened if anyone should ask. So when I was 10 minutes into the chemical reaction of potassium, sodium, and house cleaning materials my fiance walked in. With his words slurred he came in and said "Why Em.Why are you cheating on me." Me not completely focused on him said "You are drunk go back to sleep, my love."Then all of a sudden the table behind me goes flying."WHY ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME WITH SOME SMART SCIENTIST?.IS IT BECAUSE HE CAN UNDERSTAND YOU BETTER.HUH.WHY." he screamed. That got my full attention. I took his hands and said calmly, "I love you. You are the guy i'm going to marry.There is no one else." He snatched his hands away and smacked me full strength. He said "If you are going to lie than you don't deserve to live". While I was knocked out, he tried to hide the evidence and put me in the bathtub with all of the radioactive chemicals I created. That was the night the particle accelerator exploded and it changed everything.@@
