Hearing this question, the assassin closed his eyes and contemplated for a while. He already did his best to see through this black castle and court that was surrounding it, so he could tell one thing to the husband.

Kyoya was rather in a rush as he spoke those words quickly. It felt like he used some technique to talk quickly which was somewhat understandable. He just lost to the black castle's powers and even lost his cat, so the assassin didn't have much to say here.

He already did his task, so his eyes closed as he began to scout the whole surroundings.

"Six families are on the move… Who should I protect the most?"

Kyoya's steps were unhalted as he looked for 'idiots' that the assassin described.

It was kinda hard to do so as those people equipped themselves in the strongest items and treasures they possibly could bring out.

This black castle just felt like a golden chance for many people.

And they were willing to risk everything to get close.

Though in most cases it wouldn't work, there were tales of the low born people getting accepted by the inheritance or any outside powers. It was just a golden chance, but those who were willing to bet everything went here.

Kyoya was so agitated to fight that he couldn't properly see through others. He was doing his best, but to no avail as his blood just kept getting hotter. When the adventurers heading to the black castle began losing their forms in the fog, Kyoya bit his lips and reckoned.

His killing count was rather high and so his inventory filled with the items.

Clenching his knife that had blood trickling down, Kyoya closed up distance silently then squatted behind the tree. The adventurers were cautious with their eyes going around them nonstop.

Their equipment was also top-notch.

"This is a bother… I can't take this mirror every time…"

Not only Kyoya had to give up on his knife thus exposing himself, Kyoya also had to point this mirror straight at the adventurers and slowly probe into each of them. It was a mundane task, but also way too annoying.
