While Xaya went to gather the wood for the campfire, Kyoya took out the book with the information about the world pillar, then glanced at his wife for the last time. She only skipped around a little yet there were already a few beads of sweat on her forehead.

Overwhelmed by her mood and reunion, Xaya just answered brightly and briefly, then her eyes continued to linger on Kyoya's face that was eating wagyu as if there was no tomorrow at all! She was so happy that her fluffy wolf ears popped out.

Seeing her elated face combined with the fluffy ears, Kyoya had to stop eating! He stared at the blinking cutely wife, then using his free hand, he stroked his wife all to her contentment. The lady closed her eyes, gently got her head down a little, then enjoyed her turn to be stroked.
