Late at night, the entire hospital was enveloped in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Lin Yun chatted with Feng Ke until the wee hours and finally reluctantly exited Skynet. He lay on his bed and recalled Feng Ke’s cute smiling face, feeling invigorated, and did not have any intention to sleep.

A fly flew in from nowhere, making a slight noise that was especially noticeable in the silent hospital ward. The fly circled in front of Lin Yun and stopped on the white ceiling.

The sound of heels clicking on the floor echoed in the corridor as if a nurse was checking on the ward.

Under the young man’s command, three burly men arrived at the hospital entrance to intercept Lin Yun’s way out. The other three who had guns in hand rushed towards Lin Yun’s hospital ward.

After receiving the young man’s order, a bearded man stayed in the room, while the other two walked out of the ward.

When the bearded man looked around and saw a bag of fruit by the bedside, he was overjoyed. He took out a large apple and bit it into.

“Ugh, what a bummer. Killing a student takes so much work.”

The big man sat down on the bed, nibbled on the apple, and complained in a low voice.

A hand then slowly reached from behind the burly man’s defenseless head and his mouth was suddenly covered with force. A second later, his neck was quickly slashed by a sharp fruit knife. The burly man struggled a few times, kicked his feet, and then went silent. The apple that had been halfway gnawed fell from his hand to the ground.

Lin Yun’s figure appeared from behind the burly man. He wiped the blood on his hands on the bedsheet and picked up the long gun in this burly man’s hand.
