Only need to test the EQE curve of the highest efficiency device under each condition, so only 6 pieces are tested.
Xu Qiu clamped a piece of device under test with tweezers, placed it on the platform with its back facing the quartz glass, and then pressed the lid on.
Then tighten the three hexagonal screws on the cover, there is almost no gap between the platform and the cover, and it is difficult for outside air to penetrate into the sample holder in a short time, which can provide a short-term oxygen-free environment.
