With an even bigger shockwave, that eradicated everything nearby, I broke through...again.

At this point, I'm numb due to the shock.

How can one have so much spiritual power that with a simple touch I can advance a little more than a full rank?

I'm...speechless.

This is something completely unheard of.

It's not something that should be allowed to happen.

But then again, it's happening right before my eyes isn't it?

However, this isn't even the most joyful thing for me.

After opening my eyes that's filled with shock, I notice something.

It's my youth...it's been restored completely.

No wrinkles, impurities or the like can be found on my skin.

It's jade white and completely smooth leaving me gaping in awe.

Not only is she able to transfer massive amounts of spiritual energy, stop my meridians from exploding, but also restoring youth?

Just what is her real identity?

Even if you break through to the next stage or rank, normally your outside appearance wouldn't change one bit.

It's something that everyone knows.

Let's say if you're an old hag (like I was), and you break through to Senior Immortal.

Yes, your life expectancy will double, but your youth would never return again.

You'll have to live in a healthy and strong body that looks extremely old and haggard on the outside.

Which at times can be pretty frustrating.

But this woman before me has the power to restore youth.

How can that be possible?

The power she wields would probably be able to freely control, destroy, or create countless heavens.

If other people saw this, instead of showing respect, they'd more likely show envy and greed.

Who wouldn't want to have such a massive amount of spiritual energy and power?

But, I feel only respect.

Respect for her choice in helping me breakthrough.

Respect for her strength.

Respect for everything that has to do with her being.

The shocked look on her face is priceless.

She looks like a little kid that just got a present that they wished for.

That look simply melts my heart.

It's nothing but pure cuteness.

Without noticing I'm pinching her cheeks.

A look of confusion's plastered on her face, which in turn makes her look even cuter.

「Well, I got to get going now. I'll see you at some point in the future.」

I give her a quick hug, and turn around and walk through a crack in space, leaving her with a quite flustered expression.

That was the first hug I had received in an extremely long time.

It reminds me of my mom.

A warm embrace really helped clear my mind.

But it also created a longing.

A longing for more hugs like the one she gave me.

Even though it was short, it was still good enough for me to be embraced.
