I will be The Monkey God!

The battle style wasn't created in one night and battle.

Michu's first monsters usually were small or around his height. They rushed at him with similar strength and so Michu could sweep and thrust his staff to his heart's content, engaging with each monster into an exciting confrontation.

The first dungeon boss forced Michu to jump around. It was taller and required more strength and means to reach its head, so Michu flew and bonked everything on its way within the dungeon!

He didn't need to parry or block, his staff had to reach the monster and inflict as much damage as possible.

The mine monster, Rhino, and its environment forced Michu to find new ways of reaching the skies. He also became more nimble after continuous jumps and repetitions. The ceiling was Michu's ally and it didn't hurt him at all!

"Stop hitting the wall. Doesn't it hurt? Are you a…. uhhh… masochist?" Michu held his staff up in the ceiling. He wasn't flying nor using a new skill to float. Instead, he extended his staff from both sides and continued to use his skill so that his staff would fight against the wall, not Rhino.

Faint sparks conjured by attrition flashed on both sides of the staff as Michu held himself up in the air.

Not only his mana was getting lower, but his staff's durability!

UUUUUUUUUUU!

Rhino's body didn't stop hitting the wall… It had been repeating the same action for at least ten minutes and its eyes kept shining with anger and hate toward Michu! His actions were superfluous as Michu had a hard time keeping himself up in the air.

He needed to drink potions and doing it while flying was impossible.

Why? Because Michu sucked at using the system.

Even though he had been sending good nights to Yumi each night even with his photo, it still took him a few minutes… Michu needed to use his finger to operate the system's window which was different for stronger and more prominent players.

They used their eyes alone for that!

"Oh no!" Michu's staff suddenly shifted below. It broke his balance and Michu felt himself going down rapidly.

After he landed on the ground, Rhino's horn was already above him! It drew a thick shadow line on his face and body which felt like a raw desire to split him apart!

Monke hurriedly turned around, but the horn, unfortunately, hit his back! "Ahhh! It hurts, you gangster!"

UUUUUUUU!

"I am not a gangster!" Michu responded to the cry, then kicked the ground with his staff. Using the newly nimble technique, he escaped Rhino's legs that were about to fall on him! However, several statuses had been applied to his body.

[Your stamina has fallen below 35% - You are slower and your defenses are lowered by 20%]

[Bleeding has been inflicted by Rhino! - You lose stamina faster and your HP falls off by 100 every ten seconds!]

[A severe exhaustion has wrapped your body - Your reactions, eyesight, and sense of smell have been lowered.]

It was really hard to focus on with all those messages before him. But each represented what had been happening to Michu's body! He had blood on his clothes and sweat profusely trickled down from his face.

The meeting point was close, however.

Michu clung to this hope. Each time his staff shrunk and expanded, Michu felt his destination closer, but still unreachable.

Soon, his eyes spotted Carlos and two other soldiers rushing their way toward him.

They grasped his body together and roughly began to escape, "You can die, Michu! But your resolution can not! At least not today when we are around!" The soldiers shouted, then stomped on the ground like never before!

When the light became bigger and the elevator could be seen, the veins bulged on their arms. Those even crept up onto their faces, then they hurled Michu up to other soldiers who would take care of him.

But Rhino was here!

Carlos was the first one to get stung by its horn. His armor wasn't weak, but it still lost against that thick weapon and welcomed the sharp tip inside. He felt like his back got opened by the surgeon!

"Fucking Rhino and his big, thick horn! I wish someone would stuff your ass up with this shit! Oh, how I fucking pray for that to happen!" He wailed in pain and anger on the ground, but his lips never closed.

Other soldiers fell around him and reacted similarly.

Michu looked at the soldier wall and Rhino's horn towering above them, "He is about to run away, isn't he? Will we fail today?" Though it would fill Michu's heart with sourness, he would raise his face proudly for the hard work he did so far.

Nonetheless, Michu really didn't want to lose. He didn't want to fail because it was the first proper quest without Yumi. He raised his body, then took out Monkey God's Banana. It was a weaker version named after his class, Inheritor.

"..." Michu hadn't eaten this banana yet. His sister told him that the banana could also bring a negative effect, so Venomous probably didn't say anything because she shared the same thoughts.

It was all up to him to get that random stat!

However, if it could help…

UUUUUUUU!

After Rhino's cries rang out, Michu didn't wait. He took the treasure he had spent one thousand bananas on and threw it straight into Rhino's mouth! The golden banana flew unbridled and in a perfect line as if the monkey god's will was behind it.

It landed in Rhino's mouth perfectly, then the monster unknowingly ate the banana.

A few seconds later, the whole mine shook.

Michu's heaving chest stopped moving and he looked at the monster with big eyes, "What was what? A fart?"

Rhino farted.

It farted so loudly that the mine cried in the earthquake.

The soldiers looked into each other's eyes, then Carlos burst out laughing, "Not a horn, but this should suffice! Haha! What was that fart? Did you give him poisoned banana under the cover, Michu?"

Rhino farted for the second time.

"Hey…" One of the soldiers recoiled, "Look at that wall…" The wall had a hole around stretching to three meters. It was also deep as if a bomb had been planted before. Strangely, this wall had Rhino's bottom close to it…

Carlos stopped laughing, "No…"

Rhino farted for the third time.

Carlos and Michu's eyes stretched to dangerous limits after they noticed the results of the golden banana. The monster got blessed with the powerful weapon disguised as farts! This power was even more threatening than that horn!

"I wanted… the best… for us… Um… Unlucky!"

"Unlucky!" The soldiers answered in unison!

However, Rhino didn't turn away. It wanted to, but it couldn't. Its unusual state was a mystery to its low intelligence and it couldn't properly control it. Bomb after bomb escaped his ass and it was scared that shit trail would be left after his escape.

If that really happened, the monster's treasure lair would be found!

It flashed a deep red glitter from its eyes, then locked those on Michu! Roar escaped its sharp mouth, demanding an explanation!

Soon, it swept through the ground and rushed after Michu!

"I wanted the best!" Michu repeated, then threw the tubes emptied of liquid onto the ground! He clenched his staff, then positioned himself for the bonk! The soldiers also formed a formation to stop the beast at any cost, "But if it farts with us close, then we are done." The soldiers nodded, but still pressed forward.

Michu felt like they were pushing themselves too much, so his face distorted in pain, "Immediately return if Rhino becomes too strong! Please." There was no respawn point for them!

After the crash happened, Michu kicked the ground.

It was time for the last bonk.

It was time for the surprise plan as well!

Michu flew up and his whole flight had been followed by Rhino's eyes. Those were dilated widely and deep hate and anger concealed within. Even if the whole world fell onto it, it wouldn't close those eyes as long as Michu was in the background!

The monke's staff suddenly shifted position.

From the bonk, Michu went for the thrust! He also shouted, "EXPAND!" Like Lazy Bum's arrow, Michu's spear stretched itself as quickly as possible. It was often silent, but the expanding force strangely was loud this time, like a train.

It burst open the red eyes like a bubble, then dug deeper into Rhino's eye socket with all heavy force behind Michu's fall! For the first time in the mine's history, someone managed to break one of its weak points!

Michu roared, "EXPAND! SHRINK! EXPAND! SHRINK!"

[-880 HP! Critical Strike!]

The continuous combo roared in succession! He dug deeper and battered Rhino's insides with everything he got! The blood splattered around Rhino's face, tainting Michu's clothes as well.

It cried out loudly, then farted.

A fart pushed Michu and Rhino to the elevator area where a deep hole remained unexplored. A wrong move and one would fall into pitch darkness and probably die from the fall!

Michu instantly wanted to save himself.

He opened his game system with a sweep of his hand, then glanced at the inventory. His eyes dilated and a message suddenly appeared even before he could touch it.

[You can not put your weapon into inventory, because it is within the monster's body.]

He clenched the staff with everything he got, then took out his staff with a loud splash. The initial desire was to quickly take out the staff with this system, then escape by expanding his staff.

Unfortunately, though Michu's wits allowed him to think of that in a spur of the moment, the system's settings didn't allow him to do it.

Because of that, Michu and Rhino were already close to the darkness' hands. He glanced at the falling Rhino and bonked him. The powerful force behind the bonk hurled Michu up and he managed to safely land around the soldiers.

All of them looked at the falling Rhino with big eyes and shock on their faces.

[Cave Frenzy Rhino has been killed!]

"We did it!" The exhaustion couldn't stop Michu from declaring the victory! He raised his hand, made a V-sign then flashed his white teeth at every soldier! As if pecked by these shining teeth, the soldiers woke up from their disbelief and spread their arms.

Everyone wanted to hug Michu, but only one could!

So they hugged him one by one and he shared joy with every soldier!

"Let's take a photo! I will send it to my sister!" Michu said.

"Sister? Of course, don't forget about Venomous and Sandra! Haha! Be a part of their lives, Michu!" Carlos snickered and then flashed his smile to the player's system.

But Michu whispered, "You lost a few teeth."

"This fucking RHINO!"
