I Will Leisurely Become Healer in Another World
The right to be unhappy
"We'll sweat, too, and gather in our room upstairs."
That's what Leon told me, so Shaw and Hal nodded. A lot happened today, but it's not over yet. Shaw in particular is supposed to heal Slime's injuries with his mentor this evening. I honestly appreciated being able to refresh myself once.
After bathing up, assembling in Falco's room upstairs, each sitting on a chair or bed, Shaw was finally relieved. Hal also looks a little relaxed.
The hardest part of the day was Falco, so I shouldn't have thought I was having a hard time, but when Shaw was exhaling heavily, Hal stood up and started making tea. Leon also takes his seat, not at all, but he's on Hull's side.
"Yes, Shaw, you're annoying today"
Hal served Shaw tea first.
"Isn't your biggest annoyance of the day Falco?
"Me? Why?
I opened my eyes slightly as Falco was surprised. It looks like both Hal and Leon got away with this.
"Falco, you. I haven't seen my father in a long time. He asked me why I had left the plain, and it would be enough to fall in shock if I were normal."
"Even if they say so"
Falco looked like he was in deep trouble.
"I don't remember the little things, and, well, I barely remember"
I realize something I just remembered, and I'm purposefully re-saying it.
"I didn't have any grudges against my father because I thought they must have taken me out of Lyla's selfishness anyway."
He said, "I did."
"I didn't even wish I could see you. Because I already have a family."
Falco looked at Shaw with tender eyes and spread his hands.
"That's not the case."
I'm glad, but that's not really the case.
"That doesn't mean me and Leon are tired with little hunting either"
"Me too."
Leon laughs bitterly.
"Well, fine. If that's what he says. Nice to see your father by chance, Falco."
"Well. I'm glad you found out I had a father."
"Right."
That is the end. It was light.
"What worries me more than that is you, Shaw"
It was Shaw that Leon looked worried.
"What, me?
Shaw was surprised. When I look at Hal, Hal is also nodding.
"Sure, I'm worried about the situation in this town, but why are you letting me in so much?
"Yeah, 'cause I got a request."
"That's from Canaan."
"But"
Shaw thought a lot about what we could all do last night.
"The mentor is looking for someone with healing qualities, we've been checking for demons."
"We've found a place where the herbs grow"
To what Leon said, Hal added.
"Until Hal..."
"I think that's enough. Once we gather the information, it's up to this town to decide what to do next."
Sure it is. Shaw was unwittingly annoyed. Falco sits next to it. The bed sank a little at that weight. Falco gently turned his hand around Shaw's waist, attracting him to himself and letting Shaw lean over. It's kind of a relief to have you do that when you're tired.
"Was that him, Robin? Why are you working so hard on the one who's not even aware of his responsibilities?
"Why, I don't know"
Sure, I'm the one who angered, encouraged, and made Robin do what he didn't even seem to want to do.
"I don't have the in-laws to do that. I am, Shaw."
Shaw looked up and saw Falco.
"I met my dad today, but my dad, the kid named Rick,"
Falco said he was my brother.
"I didn't know there were more demons, I knew right away that I wasn't ready."
Shaw was a little surprised that he was thinking about that at the time of the touching reunion.
"Your father's story just seems selfish at first glance. It's selfish, actually."
Falco is laughing bitterly when he says it himself.
"But as an adult, I know when I have something that really matters. Dad was always after me, and he was able to find me."
"Falco......"
"But my father was scared. If I catch him again, he'll slip something important out of his hand again. Maybe that's the sex of a man in the plains."
What Falco was saying, Shaw wasn't sure.
"Doesn't that make Falco hard?
Shaw looked up anxiously at Falco.
"If it was at fifteen, it might have been hard. Not only did my mother dump me, but I might have thought my father wouldn't even come after me."
Falco smiled all the time. Shaw thinks I'm about to laugh.
"I'm an adult, I'm an adult. If my dad was really there and he was doing well and living his own life, that would be fine by now."
"Right. Even I have a mother and a father, but I haven't seen most of them lately. We'll both be fine, and if we had a full life, that would be enough."
That's what Leon says. Soon it was a family story.
"So it's okay. Good to see you, but apart from this and that. Shaw."
Falco attached his hand to his cheek, causing Shaw's face to rise.
"We don't have a mission. You must have died once and been reborn here to live in freedom and relaxation. Why are you so desperate?"
"Desperate, that's what"
Hal crouched in front of such a show and placed his hand on his knee.
"Hey, Shaw, aren't you being mean?
"Are you being mean?
"Shaw, it's me, the fact that the goddess dropped me in the wrong place, it was so hard, but, you know, I'm not sorry I was born again."
"Hal......"
"For my sake, you don't have to be angry with the goddess. Shaw would have been happy to come to Falco, wouldn't he?
I was happy. Every day is fun and I enjoy being on Falco's side.
"Even now, we're all having fun together, right?
"Yeah."
"You don't have to think that the goddess seems to be doing what she thinks. No, that's why you resist."
"Yeah."
Leon put his hand on Shaw's head and squirted. Falco pays for that hand.
Don't touch it.
"You're as narrow as ever."
"Leave me alone."
The usual four. Shaw felt like he was brighter in front of him.
Yes, I saw people in a town without a crisis, pathetic healers and pharmacists, and I had to do something to narrow my horizons.
And I finally realized that I knew it was probably the goddess who had more demons, and that was what made me mean.
"That's what you think. You're being swept up by a goddess."
"Yeah. I think so."
Hal grinned.
What I suffer from is that I can control whatever I want. I can get over it even if it's hard.
But when a loved one is being tormented, that anger feels rather out of control.
Just as one's suffering has to be overcome by oneself, the suffering of a person belongs to that person, something that the person himself has to overcome. If Hal gets over it properly, Shaw shouldn't be dragging him around till hours.
"I don't think about the goddess anymore. I can make suggestions for this town, I can do things, but this town thing is about this town. Is that okay?
Everyone nodded.
