[IDLE Points: 28232/100000]

[Essence Storage: 2321/5500]

For the past few days, with the additional income from the Dungeons and bonus points from them, Aldrin not only progressed a lot in energy refining but also in everything IDLE Database-related.

First, there's the Idle Adventure.

Using his earnings, he leveled up the four Dimensional Clones equipment and made it uniform.

For weapons, everything was leveled up to 5. And for the armor pieces, everything was leveled up to 4 except for Backguard that remained Level 3 due to how costly it was.

Weapons and a Spear Skill for Poker alone were already 30,000 IDLE Points. But seeing their weapons changed from stone-made to copper one was enough accomplishment and that raised their efficiency in killing the insects.

Furthermore, the armor pieces also cost a lot, 25,000 to raise everything to Level 4 and 15,000 for the backguards.

Just for the clones' equipment, 70,000 points were burned. The multiplier boosts that they always used weren't even counted there since Aldrin treated that as a necessity for higher efficiency.

Next on his agenda in Idle Adventure is to Level up their footguards that would unlock a Movement Skill for dodging purposes. He planned on doing that during the next reset. Once that's done, he listed the fifth Dimensional Clone which will cost him 100,000 IDLE Points as his next objective for Idle Adventure.

For Idle Shopping, Aldrin finally spared 38,200 IDLE Points to purchase 100 Small Merchants to unlock the next IDLE Points generator.

[Hire a Hunter to kill Monsters for their Blood Essences or Cores

Current number of Hunters: 0

Costs: 100,000 Federation Credits

Duration: 24 hours

Production: Blood Essence will be converted to 1 IDLE Point/piece, Monster Cores will be converted to 10 IDLE Points/piece

Hunting Efficiency: 1 Monster/minute

Drop Chance: Blood Essence 95%, Monster Core 5%

Price Scale: Additional 1000 Credits/Hunter

Next Bonus: x1.5 Income at 10 Hunters]

Although the idea was kind of the same, the IDLE Point generation was a little different. It's a Hunter killing monsters and looting it of either Blood Essence or Core.

Whether they're real people or not, Aldrin had no idea. However, since there's a clear stat on how efficient the hunter is, they're most likely not real. The same for the Small Merchants. Either way, Aldrin being a realist wouldn't believe that they're real unless he saw them with his own eyes.

Going by that efficiency, he already secured a profit of 440 IDLE Points for 1 Hunter even if a Monster Core didn't show up. But if he accounted for the 5% chance, close to an additional 650 IDLE Points income would be added.

And by spending enough IDLE points to buy 10 of them, his Idle Shopping income increased to almost more than 20,000 points per day.

His next objective for that feature was to reach the threshold of 25 Hunters. The first increase in Scale Price increment would start at that point so… he hadn't planned on buying more than that unless he desperately needed more passive IDLE Points.

As for the Idle Storage, by making it a habit to use the booster 18 hours a day, he successfully expanded the Essence Storage to 5500. However, that became his current limit.

With the dwindling number of insects due to the sealed lairs and cradles, the corpses he could acquire for Essences also dwindled. If kept using the booster, he'd be left with no more insects to burn.

Nonetheless, because of how he focused on clearing the Dungeons, he kept on crafting Essence Grenades and Allcure Elixir earning him a stack of more than 25 pieces for each of them.

Aldrin didn't touch the unlocked Upgrades yet for the bonus he'd receive from that was too minimal.

There's the Essence Furnace Efficiency that adds 1% more efficiency while costing 1000 Essences right off the bat and the Unit Core Experience Boost that also adds 1% more experience points while costing 1000 Essences.

Upon clearing 12 Dungeons, he didn't turn all the Monster Cores into units yet. Two Guardian Ants and two Spider Sentinel were enough for him. That way, he could alternately use them. Guardian Ant on Broodmother's Cradle and Spider Sentinel on Ant Queen Lair.

Consequently, he received a Broodmother Egg after clearing the first cradle through the hidden mechanic and an Ant Queen Egg after clearing the first lair through the same hidden mechanic; by killing the Ant Queen that was hidden in one of the passages before the Ant Champions showed themselves.

Unfortunately, Aldrin had no idea when they would hatch. The two eggs were placed in a Special Zone inside the Idle Storage and through the IDLE Database, he was informed that they'll be different from the Units he could summon. Those two breeders of their race would be bound to him as soon as they hatched and they'd become a tool for him to use for his further conquest.

Doubt naturally filled his mind upon reading that. However, with no other avenue to get an explanation, he chose to just wait for the time of their hatching before confirming. If they would be a threat to him, he wouldn't hesitate to cut them down himself.

Lastly, there are also the rewards that he received from each dungeon. The first two gave him the Winterthorn and Obsidian Blaster. The next four dungeons gave him four different Grade 2 Weapons that correspond to his four Dimensional Clones, a Saber for Striker, a Shield for Tank, a Bow for Hitter and a Spear for Poker. For the last six, they're also different kinds of Grade 2 Weapons. There's a hammer that Tank could use readily and a dagger for Hitter in case an enemy managed to creep closer to it. The other four, Aldrin stored them for future use. Either for his Shadow Clones or new Dimensional Clones.

And with all of that out of the way, Aldrin's converted IDLE Points had passed the 100,000-mark after converting 60,000 points for the past 4 days.

[Total IDLE Points converted: 114,690]

Upon reaching that, the number of Shadow Clones he could summon simultaneously reached four. However, he's still a few IDLE Points away from reaching the late Stage 1 Energy Refiner.

From how he felt his body, he had yet to expand the Energy Channels from his neck up.

Only after completely expanding them would result in him reaching the late Stage.

As for reaching peak Stage 1, It would involve him filling up his Energy Quintessence as well as his Energy Channels with refined energy to the brim.

Aldrin could only estimate the total cost for doing that after reaching late Stage 1.

Truthfully, his qualitative change that couldn't deny his current progress of being a middle Stage 1 Energy Refiner had already been noticed by Irina and Janet.

Irina only managed to catch on to that change because of how she's always sticking close to him.

Janet, however, called him out in secret and tested him herself as part of her goal to make him the number 1 Trainee.

The reason that no one could find him out easily was because of his spherical Energy Quintessence. Just like how it was easy for him to be enlightened with a Concept, his control over the leak of his refined energy was also being aided by it.

"This is the last day of your Metadome Lessons. I have watched your progress in it and suffice to say, I'm satisfied with the results you've shown." Janet stood before them once more inside Block J. "Satisfied is the lowest evaluation in my vocabulary though. And today is your last chance to change that. If you're successful in changing this evaluation I just gave you, expect something good for the next part of this Training Camp."

With a wide grin on her lips, Janet successfully stirred the hearts of her trainees, except Aldrin, of course.

He was already informed by Janet last night about everything after all.

Compared to the past few days, the white Training Metadomes were already nowhere in sight, in place of it, five large metal containers the size of a Metadome were standing behind Janet.

With the metal containers showing different emblems of the organizations that they joined in, Aldrin and the other four easily guessed what's inside those containers.

"Alright, stop jumping in place, you're not kids that's being handed down an ice cream. Caroline, you first."

Janet calmed them down before calling to the glasses girl who immediately stepped forward, her shoulders moving up and down from excitement.

Aldrin found that rather amusing. For the past week that they spent as part of the group, Caroline could be considered a quiet girl who seldom gets excited over things. Most of the time she'd just listen to them talking.

'That's the magic of being given a Metadome, huh? Even if their families can buy them one, given that most of them had already amassed some fortune, it's still a different feeling if it's from their own efforts.' Aldrin concluded as he watched the girl receive some kind of key from Janet.

After pushing a button from it, the left-most container slowly opened, revealing a standard model of a Federation's Metadome. It still had the emblem of the organization she joined but apart from that, Caroline was more than happy to see that the five-meter tall yellow-painted Metadome was already equipped with a large round shield.

Being assessed as a Defense-type, that's what she picked as an additional module for her Metadome according to her contract benefits.

"Alright. Stop ogling something that's not yours, here, Frederic. Don't be too excited, you'll all get your turn."

Amused by her trainees' reactions, Janet reminded them as she called for the next one to be granted his Metadome.
