I'm The Boss's Secretary?!

Chapter 83 - Delicious Lips-II

Jung Hwa was confused by the girl he pinned to the door car. He knew that she had went through a time where romance didn't matter to her after seeing how stubborn she was not to fall for him even after what he had done. He had heard a little of her background, that she had a younger brother who she had to pay tuition fee for which was why she would focus herself to work and forget everything a woman of her age would. He didn't hear the rest because he hope to her everything about her directly from her lips.

But when he heard her question asking whether he was serious had him in a maze. Was everything he did all this time seemed like something he would do just to anyone?

Seoyeon panicked in her mind when he had reiterated the word kiss. She thought he was joking to kiss her but his eyes were telling that he wasn't.

"Please no," she whispered when their lips were just in a strand distance. If something had shook her or him, their lips were touch.

Her words did the opposite to his ears. He had only wanted to show her his seriousness and teach her of his feeling but with the way she had spoke and looked at him with a quivering eyes, she had just riled something she shouldn't have. Jung Hwa managed to pull himself, taking a step back, he let her to have the space she needed.

Seoyeon let go of her breaths she had held and stared at him for a good one minute with her hands against her loud beating chest.

"I'm serious Seoyeon and if you still think otherwise I will not accept your question again. Do you think I would do this just to everyone?" His eyes staring at her when he crossed his hands. "You are the first person I have done this to. First and the only one."

There was a sense of speciality he gave for her and frankly, it had made her felt prioritized to his eyes which made her heart elevated. She had people who cared for her but not love in a romantic sense. There were time where she was, in highschool but this was different. He was different.

"Come in." Seoyeon saw him opening the door for her when she was supposed to but she had said no words. The impact of his words had her cheeks blushed red and her mind thrown to chaos. She stood silently beside him for the entire ride with her ears busy with the drumming sound of her heartbeats.

Seoyeon now was in her room, in the call with her brother when her head was at lost in the middle of the conversation.

"Do you have someone you love, sister?" Seojun asked through phone, surprising Seoyeon. She shook her head since the afternoon where Jung Hwa had confessed to her, she had nothing but thoughts of him to her mind. It was as if he had taken her mind along with him as he had left her.

"Why are you asking that question?" Seoyeon questioned somewhat impatiently.

"Well, because, you were the one who asked me what's the meaning of heart beating fast when you sees a certain person, right?" which reminds her she had asked the question half mindedly a moment ago. "Isn't that love? I don't know much but I'm sure it's love!" Seojun excitedly declared. Since his childhood there was nothing that made him happier than hearing of his sister's love story. "So who is this person you fell for? I want to meet him!"

"There's no one! It's just a question." Seoyeon said as she felt the redness creeping from her neck to her cheeks again. Pinching her earlobes, she then took a change of their conversation. "Anyways, Seojun did uncle and aunty called you?"

"Uncle and Aunty?" Seojun questioned back through the phone. "Since the day we left their house, I haven't met or contact them." Seojun knew why his aunt and uncle had never bothered him and it was all because of his older sister.

"That's great." Seoyeon whispered heartily. After she heard her aunt and uncle's debt, Seoyeon was worried they would push their way to ask Seojun for money. It was a good idea for her to arrange a new house for him that they didn't know by using her name.

She then heard Seojun speaking, "Sister, I'm free this Saturday, can we meet?"

Being the doting sister she was, Seoyeon agreed immediately, "Of course!"

Once the phone call ended, Seoyeon took out the documents she had from her bag with her laptop to the desk. As she pulled out her book, she then saw the dolphin doll rolled out of her bag and crouched to take the dolphin doll. She leaned her head to desk, bending her back and hang the dolphin above her eyes. 'You are the first person I have done this to. First and the only one.' The words echoed again to her mind. It was as if he was still there beside her with his lips beside her ears.

She shuddered, her mind began to wonder and when it bumped to the desk, Seoyeon finally snapped out of herself and sat properly again to take all the books she had on her hand to resume her work.

That same night, a woman jumped from one roof to another and stopped when she reached the building where it had been ransacked by the Associates. Jumping inside the building she found everything had been wiped out including her books, her potions, and her hard work. To see everything she had work hard for was taken away in a second riled the anger again. But far from all the books and potions, she had gone back for one book she had been treasuring for.

She walked inside the building finding the hidden place she made had been broken and stormed inside to the desk where she had left one book to see how it had disappeared. Her eyes widened, her beautiful face began to crack and showed a hideous burning face beneath her face. Her nails which was once white in color turned black and grew thicker like claws.

A loud crash echoed in the room when she slammed her hands on it. Distort anger filled her face.. "ASSOCIATES!!" she yelled her voice rang hoarse with a deep resentment.
