He knew that new magic could form from combining 2 or more elements. He hasn't been able to actually apply what he had learned lately, but he had quite a few things he wanted to test out, but hadn't gotten the time for it.

For example, what if he mixed the fire and water? What about fire and air? He remembered in an anime called Naruto that these elements could form new types of jutsu, but would this apply in this magical world? They are using a different type of energy after all, but he felt that it might work as the concepts and properties of the elements are the same unless there's something about the elements in this world that are different. He'll know when the time comes.

Yue dropped Robert to a certain spot, and made him wear the exoskeleton. The exoskeleton's bands had their resistance increased a bit into around 30 kilograms on each arm and leg. Yue walked around 5 meters away from Robert. As she stood there, she began to draw a small circle around herself. The circle barely had any room for moving. Seeing this, Robert could already guess what that circle was for.

"Right, so this is what's going to happen. Attack me, and if you can get me to move even single inch out of this circle, you'll get a prize." Yue said with a grin.

"I see. May I ask what this is for exactly? Weren't we going to train basics?" asked Robert.

"We are, but we aren't doing things like repetitions of basic punches or other boring things like that. I need you to attack, and hit me with your sharpest move. If I see a problem with your technique, I'll tell you the problem, and hit you until you get it right. When your attacks reach a certain level, you'll be able to get me to move from here. Bear in mind, I'll be more serious compared to when we fought before. "Yue responded.

Robert could already see what's going to happen to him. His body has already started feeling some phantom pain already, but he had to do this to get stronger. Yue turned silent, and Robert took a Jeet Kune Do stance, and dashed forward. When got to around 1 meter of Yue, he punched forward with his right fist with momentum.

Yue lifted her right hand, and pushed the punch to the side before slapping Robert's face with the back of her hand. Robert flew to the side. This was a literal slap in the face for Robert, and he was already tearing up deep inside.

"You know that's an amateur move. You know you're nowhere near as fast I am, and yet you persist on such a straightforward approach. Plus, your momentum makes it easier for you to be countered." Yue said.

Robert stood back up, and said nothing. Instead of dashing forward, he walked slowly towards Yue while rubbing the side of his face. He stood before Yue, and the distance was only an arm's length away. His eyes turned calm. He was going all out with his martial skills, and he'll use Yue to refine every skill he had until they reached at least expert level.
