Immortal Cosplayers' Chat Group

'I only got around four new followers on my SNS account... Looks like I have some improvement to do...'

Honoka lets out a sigh with the chat group's members walking around the event together with her.

They stopped at the open space of Tokyo Big Sight's grounds where cosplayers just stand around along with photographers that wanted to take pictures of them.

The cosplays range from characters from video games to anime...

"Click! Click!"

The sounds of the photographers' DSLR cameras were clearly being heard by everyone nearby as they took photos of the cosplayers standing around the vicinity.

'I don't know why but there's that guy that always asks me if he can take a picture of me everytime at this event.... He just gives me way too much attention, but it's not like I mind it but it gets kind of annoying when I need to go somewhere else...'

Honoka had this thought looking around her surroundings trying to spot the guy.

And ofcourse Yuuki who was standing beside her notices and taps her on the shoulder before asking: "Are you looking for someone?"

"N-Not really" Honoka stuttered as she tried to answer her question whilst trying to look around like a cat trying to catch its prey.

"Come on~ You're obviously lying..." The same cat-like smile emerged once again on Yuuki's face as she attempted to make Honoka tell the truth as to why she's looking around the area.

Honoka just sighs and gives up on trying to keep what she's trying to lie about.

"Ok fine I'll tell you..."

"Seriously...?"

"I-It's not funny!"

"Sorry but it is... haha"

"Geez... This is why I didn't want to tell you..." Honoka pouted.

"Excuse me, Can I take a picture of you two?"

A man holding a expensive looking camera- the kind that pros use asked the both of them whilst Yuuki was still laughing hard at Honoka's reactions.

'Oh here we go... Although I'm not gonna complain about it this time...'

Honoka g.r.o.a.n.e.d internally trying to stop Yuuki from laughing so that the photographer could finally take the picture of the two of them.

"Snap!"

'I only got five new followers...'

Honoka frowned after a few minutes of having a few photographers take pictures of her and Yuuki, which at this time is currently talking to the other people in the group.

'This is dumb, I need to stop checking every few minutes... It's not like it'll make a lot of peple follow me...'

"Honoka? Are you ok? Are getting dizzy?"

"Yeah, I'm fine..."

"Ok then, just making sure..."

Azuki gave a nod toward Honoka who has just put her phone away right after she set it to silent mode with beads of sweat on her teenage-like face.

They looked like a group of misfits that people weren't really interested in...

*bzzt* *bzzt*

Honoka's phone vibrated as a text message had just arrived...

Subject: none

Are you at home right now?

I'm gonna be dropping by your apartment to talk about something important later.

[End of Message] ]

As she read this aforementioned message; the rest of her group had started to talk about something...

'Wait... What? Why does she have to drop by my place? I'm pretty sure I've finished my manuscript already... But wait... Something Important...?'

"Hello~? Honoka? Are you even listening~?"

A hand was being waved in front of Honoka's face to in attempt to get her attention.

"Oh sorry... My editor sent me a message, sorry about that. What were we talking about again?"

Yuuki pouted as she heard Honoka's apology for not listening to what they were talking about.

"Geez... Wait, Editor? Like an editor from a publishing company?"

"Yeah, I'm a light novel author."

Azuki stayed silent for a few seconds making Honoka regret admiting what she does as a job immediatley.

'Oh crap... I accidentally told her about what I do as a job....'

"That's so cool! What's the title of your light novel?"

Yuuki who was quite a little bit ago now has the look of interest in her eyes.

"Well..."

"Well?"

"It's called... The Immortal Being..."

Honoka replied reluctantly still worried about what other people would think if they found out that she was a novel author.

"That sounds familiar... Like i heard it from somewhere..."

Yuuki took out her smartphone started doing internet searches on it with the typing speed of a office worker that has a upcoming deadline.

"I knew it, It's this one isn't it?"

"I-I'm surprised that you know it..."

Honoka gave a nervous smile toward the half angel.

"Sell, to be honest... I found it by random the other week and just bought it to see if i wanted all of its volumes in collection~"

'So she's a collector...'

"Hey, what are you to girls talking about?"

Azuki ran towards us with the skirt part of her costume just flowing freely as if its made from really soft materials.
