incapable dreams

That night, I had a weird dream it made no sense

Like it was actually happening.

I saw Emily in a misty place. It wasn't light nor dark. It was like before sunrise.

I was in the woods and saw mountain peaks.

The trees looked different. The trunk had frosty colors like ice blue and white. And the branches had light blue leafs like the trunks.

I looked at Emily thinking this was the most unusual but the beautiful place I've ever seen.

"What is this place?" I asked her my voice sounding like it was from afar.

"My universe. Or our universe." Emily replied.

"Our?" I asked.

"Yes there are more people like me here we all keep your dreams and past and protect you from danger." Emily explained.

"Okay, so is it like morning or...?" I trailer off.

"Oh, it stays like that. I t doesn't change." She said.

"Am I really dreaming?" I wondered aloud.

"No, this is real. It just doesn't feel like it. Your here because we don't want your father to harm you or us." She replied.

"Does... he really remember this place?"

"We are not sure but we are not taking any risks."

"Okay." I suddenly felt chills on my back. I mean, I was scared if my own dad.

" Let's start off by your past love life." Emily started.

oh no. Not that. It was the first and last because my hopes went down the drain. It didn't work out for me so I didn't try again.

"What does that have to do anything with this... place or my father?" I demanded.

"It is how your world got... dangerous." Emily explained. " It is how you got stressed and felt trapped."

I had no idea what she was saying I mean was my life a joke or something where everything was recorded and being watched?

I guess was because I really hated how my life was back then and I was glad I was in this place to prevent more destruction in my future.

" So just as you started your love life you felt like you were gonna have a happy life. But you were wrong it bought more pain in your life you had no idea what you were going through. So I did something to not have that kind of thing in your life. And then your dad left you and got dangerous. So we are here to protect you and ourselves. And we are going to meet the emperor first okay?" Emily described.

" Yeah. Let's go." I said and Emily lead the way to my incapable dreams. And to keep all of it from happening.
