There used to be two people, Bi and An, who have guarded Wangchuan, the underworld for generations, but they came out one by one, Bi came out of Ye Sheng, and bank out flowers. The two maintained the only two cycles of life in the underworld and never met. But the two broke the rules of the sky, and one year they met on the other side, and that year in Wangchuan was full of red blood-like flowers on the other side. But this kind of flower is no longer the life of the underworld. Because it has flowers and leaves.

The anger of the underworld suddenly flourished, causing ghost riots in the ghost world. After the flowers on the other side were merged and uprooted, the ghost world fell into boundless death. It is difficult for ghosts to enter for a while. The order of the two worlds of humans and ghosts was in chaos. It took a long time for the two worlds of humans and ghosts to readjust this disorderly order.

The ghost emperor was furious and turned him and the bank into a flower, the flowers bloomed and the leaves fell, the flowers faded and the leaves appeared, and the flowers and leaves never met. Thousands of years after such a reincarnation, one day the Buddha passed by here and was attracted by the demon red flowers on the ground at a glance. When the Buddha descended, he saw a blood-red flower growing on the ground. The bright red was more like jealous blood.

The Buddha took a look at it and understood the cause and effect. He said: "The ghost emperor casts on you such a curse. The fate will not be scattered, and the fate will not be separated. Forever suffer such pain. I can't break this curse, but I can take you to the other side, where it blooms beautifully. Let the ghosts who come here can see you and understand you. So as to save all beings."

The Buddha hugged the flower in the skirt of his clothes, but passing by the Santuhe River in Wangchuan, the Buddha accidentally wetted the skirt of his clothes. When the Buddha opened it, he saw that the bright red flowers had become pure white, and all the red flowers were floating in the river. A layer of red yarn floated.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva heard Manzhushahua’s cry and came to the three-way riverside. He looked at the bright red that was full of the river and sighed: "Life is alive, but in a flash. But God has given you endless life. This endless life is also endless pain for you.” The Earth Store Bodhisattva threw a seed into the river. A brighter red flower soon appeared.

The Jizo Bodhisattva said: "Now that there is a Manzhushahua, you can call it Mandalahua. You mean remembering, and it means forgetting. When the deceased see you, do they appreciate remembering, or appreciate forgetting? Their own decision. There is nothing wrong in remembering, and there is no regret if you forget it."

From then on, in the Wangchuan River area, all the red mandala flowers grew, and in the other bank area, all the mandala flowers grew.
