They never had Human Blood and the Seventh Vampire is the newest one and still unable to control her new form and that was why she attacked and being stopped by the leader.

Seeing on the globe a Fight is happening at a small town, Specter left HQ and teleported with Snow in hand and arrived at the battle, Spells flying and one landing beside him when he arrived the heat passed over him and seeing that the spell made a small crater, looking up Specter seen The Demons send a Mage flying back and was about to kill him before getting hit by the new spell But the Mage Hunters are smart as soon as one Demon charged leaving the other Demons behind the Mage Hunters Send Powerful Wind Spell Rank 4 and sent the other Demons back further Isolated the Charging Demon. As the Mage that was thrown back was looking weak he was making a Spell, Specter seen the spell is the new one he made to kill demons the spell was sent when the Demon put his Alert down giving how close he was and the spell hit him as he is Dying, Specter took a step but was sent flying a Demon seen him arrive and attacked before He was able to, Specter took No damage when he was slammed against a Wall, the wall broke and made a Egg shaped indention on the wall as the Ward protected him the Ward is what made the Egg shape.

Specter was being pinned by the Demon Force ability and unable to move his hands to send a Spell.

As he is walking Specter seen a Reaper and knowing that Death is soon to follow walked closer, Specter seen a Man aiming a Pistol at a Young Woman.

Even though Specter will not care not doing anything is not his thing. Specter froze man and walked behind him, the Young Woman noticed Specter and seen him hit the Man in the back of the head as soon as he unfroze time if not his head would be detached from his body, as time was stopped anything can kill the person as its not flowing in the right time. The man was thrown to the ground and the Young Woman Grabbed the Gun and placed it on the Mans back who stopped fighting.

It all happened quickly, if not The Frozen man would look Suspicious.

As the man aimed the pistol at Specter, the Young Woman spoke.

The mans eyes turned black and shot the pistol the bullet hit the Ward and smashed against it making the bullet fall. Snow sent a Demon Killer Spell and hit the Man, Sparks and Lightning with Red Flames and Black Smoke.

The Young Woman was shocked at what just happened, as the Man fell Dead, And the Reaper took the Demon away.

Specter just lifted his left hand up and Blue Flame appeared and spread out everywhere as Shapes and Animals appeared.

The Young Woman that was messing with her phone just froze in place seeing the Flame that is beautiful Blue and how it done no damage to anything as it moved around the area.

With a snap the flame turned into snow and fell and before it got the ground it defied gravity and Floated upward and then orbiting around the young Woman then with a snap it all vanished like it never even happen.

Specter pulled a Teleportation Rune Lock out and placed it on the Young Woman hand and smiled.

Specter exited the Portal and walking through another part of the city as he was still just enjoying his time to himself, Specter seeing the Nice City Structures.

Eating some food, Specter left and went back to what he is doing, the portal opened and Specter walked out, seeing the Tower, Specter walked in and HQ appeared, Moving to his Office and seeing that their is more paperwork on who can be left alive and those who should not.

Going through it and most of them are to be killed. After settling that, Specter went went to the Forbidden Books and seeing that only one was unlocked.

Blood Manipulation, all blood in a Mile Radius will be manipulated even the one casting it, all the blood will be brought to the caster before the caster is next, the Blood ball will stay in place even after the caster is dead.
