I just wanted to see whether you will help me and fight that monster which was much more stronger than you or will you act like you haven't seen me and escape. "

Zarius- " You did that intentionally? That monster died for you. Whatever. So you mean you were testing me? But why? "

The man said- " Ohh. Let me introduce myself. I'm the True God of Darkness, the one who rules over death. The true immortal being among True Gods. The man was smiling as if he could already see Zarius accepting to be a guardian or the so called God of this world. Afterall everyone wants power.

Zarius- " No. I won't become a guardian. I just want enough power to protect my city and the people I care for. I would rather choose to die by fighting my enemies to protect people. I won't become a guardian, a godly beings because they never fight in real battles, they can't see and feel people's suffering, they do as they wish and doesn't care about others. True God of Darkness was surprised after hearing Zarius's unexpected answer.

Then he gave Zarius few scrolls, necklace and 2 rings. The necklace and one of the ring are the items that Zarius gave to her daughter and the other ring was still with him.
