Preparing for Easter ② - Unexpected Reunion

"Hello! I'm totally late!

It wasn't until half an hour after we opened the store that Mim came to Cebu Town.

The customers who had packed it since before the opening of the store were not judged safely, and the hunters were served snacks, so that the guests' feet were settled.

"It's more exciting in the dining room. Didn't all the seats have been filled with so much space?"

"Thanks to you, you have an excellent customer. I'm sure Mim's cuisine will sell well as customers will grow again from now on."

"Yes! I can't waste my ingredients, so I'd like to somehow sell them out by two moments"

Behind the mime, which is described as such, is the figure of Barsha pulling the reins of Zidula. To carry the food from Turan's house, Mim was supposed to hire a luggage car as well as an escort.

Since this is a tototos and a luggage truck purchased by the Luu family for the family's buyout, it seems that Barsha will return to the settlement after completing his escort duties.

By the way, he also takes out a luggage truck with Totos he bought for his nearby family from Fa's house. With twelve Kamado numbers and five or six escorts, Gilru and Lulu's luggage wasn't enough.

To make matters worse, this tototoss was named "Fafa" by the consultation of the nearest clans. It was a gift from Fa's house, so he honored me.

Considering that Gill and Fafa in Fa's house, Lulu and Zidula in Lu's house, Mim Char in Rutim's house, and whether or not they had a name, Ray, Zaza and Satti also had one head at a time, there would now be as many as eight tototosses living by the woods.

"Then I'm going to rent a stall, too. See you soon."

"Yeah, be careful"

At my suggestion, Mim was also supposed to rent the stall from Kimmus's Tail Pavilion. Terrier-Mass has also become familiar with his face, so if the edge connects from there to Milan-Mus, as far as I'm concerned, it feels innumerable.

And what the hell kind of dish does a mime with all this prep time put up for sale? I wasn't looking forward to it in the morning.

By the way, it seems that Westwind Pavilion intends to leave the stall tomorrow or the day after.

"Finally, the people of the woods will sell Gibba's food."

and stood next to me, ai-fa, pounding and crushing like that.

"I don't know if it's something that's been exchanged for a long time now at the inn, but you didn't actually see it being sold, so I still feel weird"

"Yeah. But the people in town will be used to that in the dining room of the inn, so I guess I won't be surprised any more now.... and I'm different from the people by the woods."

"... Still, you're a clean forest folk"

"You don't have to look at me like that, you know."

Still, even I said, at the time of opening, "Why are people selling Gibba's dishes and stuff like that if they're not from the woods? It's a wonder."

Whatever, following the four inns, Mim was set to sell Giva's dishes today. This also makes no difference that it is another big step.

"Ho. That's a lot of Giva dishes for sale."

And the voice of the wild man echoed from the front.

Seeing it, a much better fit Jagal customer stood in front of the stall.

Even bigger than the architect Aldas, who was once a courtesy. Wouldn't the volume alone be comparable to Dan-Rutim's? The brown hair and beard are shabby, the green eyes glow brightly, and the expression is calm but harsh. He hides his fleshy body perfectly with his traveling cape.

"Welcome. It's a little cold, but the meat from your wooden dish is free to taste."

When I responded that way, the customer narrowed his eyes and smiled.

And a straw eye-fa pokes me with his elbow.

"Asta, this is the man."

"Huh? Who's that guy?

"... I'm sorry, but I've lost track of my name too"

"No, it's just a pattern that I looked at once. People from different countries are hard to tell, and it's hard to forget."

He was a much more polite man of speech.

Since all the people of Jagal are exorbitant, I have not seen much of the people of the South speaking in this manner besides Rabbis, which is the offering of Dial.

"My name is Bozzle. Lord Asta is to be seen at Count Turan's residence in the castle town."

"Count Turan's residence?... Ah, that, then, you are!

"Yes, we hold the apprentice of the cook Varcus. I haven't seen Lord Asta face to face in a month."

Varcus had two other disciples besides Siri-Low. Long old men of the east, and men of the south. That's this bozzle.

"I'm very sorry for your loss. What the hell are you doing in the lodging town?

"I had a business meeting with a Jagal merchant. Not all merchants have a pass, so sometimes you need to leave the castle town."

That said, Bozzle smiled again.

"So, because of this, I wanted to take a look at Lord Asta's shop. No, I was surprised because I didn't think they would be able to take over the big store so far in Inn Town."

"Yeah, it was just from today that I expanded the store. And this half is a shop run by the Lew family of the forest people."

"Really? Then it was a good day to be present."

The bozzle nods and peeks into the wood plate.

"So, this is Giva's meat, right? From what I've seen, it seems to be a less elaborate dish."

"Yes, it's just a dish where you cook Giva's meat on an iron plate and sprinkle it with juice such as tau oil and meermoo. If you like, have a taste."

"I appreciate that. Ever since I spoke of Lord Asta's cooking, I've been interested in something called Gibba's meat."

That's how Bozzle said his western greeting, "I give," before throwing a small steak stabbed in a wooden skewer into his big mouth.

In the meantime, the order came in, so I'll cook you a new meat.

"... this is delicious," Bozzle said eventually, grinning at the full face.

"The lack of finishing made it possible to know the taste of Giva meat correctly. What part of this is this?

"This will be meat on your back"

"Though on my back. It seems harder flesh than carons, but it is moderately greasy and has a very powerful flavour. After all, wild beast meat has a strong flavor that can also smell."

"Right. Did you like it?

"Yes, I'm satisfied. If it hadn't been forbidden from Castle Genos, I would have put up a formula to buy Giva meat even today."

Now that we are still at the stage of exploring market prices, it is forbidden for the people of Castle Town to be able to buy up Giva meat. It is the consideration of Candidate Genos, who fears a buyout by the nobility.

"Now, with all due respect, let me try some other dishes. Your dishes smell wonderful with vanilla."

"Yes, if that's the case, we wanted Valkas to have it someday."

How does Varcus feel about 'Giva Curry' when he can use vanilla so skilfully? That was something I wanted to know a long time ago.

The bozzle nods and heads to the right-hand side, lined with 'Giva Curry' and the Lew family stalls.

That and I misplaced it, and Mim and Barsha came back. Because today is your first business day, or Milan-Math is with you.

"Well, I'm sorry to disturb you next door"

After smiling and greeting him, Mim began to set up stalls.

So what was set on fire was a big pot with a lid.

There's no smell coming up to me because of the 'Giba-Man' stall in between.

"Hey, Mim, how many servings have you planted today?

"Yes, today was my first day, so I've been planting thirty meals for now"

"What! Only thirty meals!?

"Yes, I heard the story that if you sell 30 to 50 meals in Inari Town, it's superior, so I thought maybe this would be enough for a start."

That may be true, but this Giva dish is about to become commonplace.

Well, maybe you don't deserve to say this because it's me who prepared only ten meals on the first day, but in that way, you won't have to wait a moment to sell them out.

"But three servings are extra prepared for you to taste with Asta and the Lew family and your innkeeper's husband, so enjoy if you like"

"Oh well. Thanks for that."

And, state, then look back at Tool-din on the other side.

Watching Gaz's ladies work, Tour-Din smiled back as she hung on.

"I would like to pay for the copper coins tomorrow to make sure the taste of Mim's dishes"

"Right. Everyone else will want to eat it, so we'll have about ten extra servings made tomorrow."

Within that interchange of words, the bozzle came back with his legs up to the other stall.

"No, it's delicious with none left. My stomach is limited, so I worry about which one to eat."

I smile and state it that way, and then I look at you a little seriously.

"Especially your dish called Him... this is certainly a brilliant arrangement. It made me want to ask Tartumai what he thought as well as Vulcus"

"Oh, is that guy Sim's birth, after all?

"No, it looks like you were born in the west, but one of your parents seems to be a blood muscle in the east"

Then you mean the mixed blood of the west and east, just like Sanjula?

"Lord Asta, could you please let me bring the juice and him back to Castle Town? That way I won't fill my stomach with other dishes either. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to buy a lidded vessel from a mechanic."

"Yeah, it should be fine until night, so that's fine. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on the Vulcans."

"Then take it back to Tartumai and Siri-Low too. He seemed somewhat outraged at the tea party the other day, but I'm sure Siri-Low will be excited by Lord Asta's arrangements again."

That said, I laugh a little bit like a Jaguar.

"Speaking of which, it was a rough day that morning. Varcus, who couldn't make it to the tea party at work, totally shrunk..."

"Shh, shh? Is Varcus here?

"Yes, when Lord Asta was invited to Castle Town, I wondered why I couldn't rush and it had already teased me like a child"

My crude imagination couldn't imagine how the hell Varcus, who barely moves his expression, would shank or tease him.

"Now let me get my job done first and buy the dishes after I bought the utensils from the craftsman. Not every dish is going to sell out in a minute, is it?

"Yes, I'm preparing more today, so I think it's okay -"

I'm a little lost, but I decided to tell him that Mim existed.

It must also be on the edge of something to have met Bozzle in a place like this.

"Um, did you know that Bozzle is a guy named Michele?

"Michele?... Oh, until a few years ago, you're the one who was dubbed the Three Cooks alongside Varcus. They disappeared from Genos."

"No, Michelle moved from Castle Town to Turan.... and from today on, Michelle's daughter is going to be selling food in this lodging town."

"Ugh," Bozzle circled his eyes.

"Was Lord Asta also made cordial with his lord Michelle? It's also... strange from the edge of a person."

"Yes, I really do too"

That's how I let him point me to the stall on the other side of "Giba-Man".

"It's that Michelle's daughter who's opening that stall over there. She didn't seem to have prepared too many quantities, so why don't you check the flavor within the moment?

"Hmmm......" Bozzle stroked the shaver's beard.

"By the way, what she uses is also Giva's meat.... and I think she's that young, incredibly powerful cook."

"Really? If Lord Asta says so much, I'm sure there's no mistake."

Bozzle smiled joyfully.

"Before we leave here, let me make sure it tastes good. It's just a Giva dish that's interesting enough for me."

When I saw Bozzle pointing his foot at you, I turned back to Ai-Fa.

"I-Fa, I'm sorry, but could you tell them to wait a little while when the customers arrive? I want to taste Mim's food before the store crowds."

"Hmm. Let it go."

I left a message for my parents, and I called Sheila-Lou from the Blue Sky Dining Room.

That's how you two rush, and Mim smiles back.

"Oh, Asta. The food has just warmed up. … and this customer has placed an order."

In front of the stall, the bozzle stood up with no eating faces. Mim's stalls won't serve tastings, so there's nothing else to buy to see the flavor.

Further beside the stall, Milan-Math also stands out hand-held.

"Then I'd like to start getting ready. The price will be two red copper coins."

"Yes. Okay, now"

After receiving the copper coin from the bozzle, Mim finally removed the lid of the iron pan.

Occasionally, the sweet fragrance spreads.

This smells like caron milk.

Speaking of which, inspired by his journey to Doug, Mim said he wanted to incorporate caron milk into his street food. That's why the opening of the stall was to be postponed until just before Easter.

In a large iron pan, the milky white soup boils down to Kopokopo.

It has a thick texture like stew and of course smells other than milk. It smells so sweet.

And from its surface, dozens of tree skewers were on his face.

The contents of the broth may be disturbing, but it is reminiscent of some kind of rice noodle.

"Please wait a moment"

Which baking poitan was 20 cm in diameter out of the bag, and Mim piled it onto the workbench.

That's how I grab one of the wood skewers, stir it a little, and then pull it up over the broth.

Apparently this was more viscous than stew, and the ingredients stabbed on the skewers also teased with milky white broth as a cheese fondue.

However, it is possible to discern ingredients somehow.

Stabbing there were Giva meat, Aria and Nennon.

There are three pieces of meat, one vegetable at a time, stabbed at each other like a skewer cutlet. The vegetables are chopped in rings and the meat is rolled in rolls.

Mim grabbed the baked Poitan dough and stuffed the skewered ingredients with it.

So, while gripping the ingredients for the dough basket, I pull out the skewers all the time.

The finished dish was a semi-circular dish at the time of the giant gyoza without a hint.

"Enjoy, please"

Give the product to the bozzle and then start making it for us this time.

You're going to get your hands on it right next to the simmering broth, but it doesn't look hot at all. Like me, I guess my hands are thickened with years of training.

"Asta and the others, please."

"Yeah, thanks"

I seriously observed the dish.

Wrapping meat and vegetables in fuwano or poitan dough is a staple of street snacks. There is absolutely nothing odd about it, in appearance or fragrance.

Still, with great expectations, I grabbed hold of the dish.

Poitan fabrics are dusty yet soft.

The texture is reminiscent of Fuwano. Must be mixing something else up in Guigo.

But more than that, the ingredients tasted more amazing.

Firstly, the viscosity of the white broth is incredible. It is as snug as a sliced gigo, and then the texture is smooth.

Taste is strong, after all, of caron milk.

Other sensations are the flavour of milk fat and tau oil-like salt gas - and the strong flavour of meat and vegetables.

Mim was good at techniques to bring out strong richness and flavor by adding vegetable sledding and bone stock to the broth. The technique was also used in many ways in this dish.

The closest dish I know could still have been a cream stew.

But after all, I guess the essential parts are different. Even similar, I didn't feel like calling this a cream stew.

And that incredible broth is still stuck in the ingredients.

The rolled giva meat has a wonderful sifted gelatinous texture. This is Giva rose meat. The sweet broth is also firmly smudged on the inside of its rounded meat.

The meat was thinly cut, but heavily wound, so the chewing was firm.

Eat with the soft aria and the deliciousness is doubled. The ratio of baked Poitan dough in a bite is just as good as it is calculated.

And when he ate the lid's mouth, there was another fine work set up there.

The second flesh was not a rose, but a mommy.

The bite is more robust than just now. It tastes like strong meat, unbeatable by thick broth.

After passing through Sweet and Soft Nennon that way no less than Aria, Roth is waiting for him.

It is firmer than rose meat, and more subtle than momomo meat, which is another delightful change.

It's two red copper coins, so the amount of meat would be 40 grams each. It's arranged for Castle Genos, so we can't move that amount.

This amount is not enough. I want to try more. It was a delicious dish that just made me think so.

Taste and swallow carefully until the last bite, then I turn back to mime.

"It was delicious. Eating Mim's dishes was incredibly crackling... but I can't compare the skill of handling Giva meat a month ago."

"Thank you. When it comes to Giva cooking, I'm most glad you said that to Asta"

Mim was laughing so proudly.

Staring back at that smile, Sheila-Lou also quietly states that it is "delicious".

"Really, Mim's arms always amaze me. How does this strange tongue of broth produce?

"This is using Fuwano, Poitan and Guigo. It took a lot of time to determine this amount"

"You must also be using different vegetables for flavoring. Besides, after all, are you using Kimmus' bones?

"Yes, I also use Kimmus and the bones on Caron's feet. I thought about using Giva's bones, but they were too flavorful to match well."

That is a project that is currently being refined by me and the Lew family.

Gibba bone soup is so smelly that it is still difficult to handle overnight.

"No, you're surprised. What a brilliant arrangement we've had so far... it was still the right thing to do in my shop without a stall or anything."

That's Milan-Mus, too, can't hide his surprise.

And Bozzle - he's been silent since just now, watching Mim smile.

You notice my gaze, and that bozzle finally breaks my face.

"Oh, yes, I was surprised, too. I was younger than Asta, and I never dreamed of having a cook like Asta.... Michelle must have been a reputable cook too."

"Huh? Do you know my father?

"Yes, I've lived in Genos for three years, so I never had a chance to speak of the dish, but I've heard of your fame."

"I'm sorry. Bozzle was from Castle Town, and he was part of a cook who knew Michelle's arm, so I told him about Michelle."

When I told him, Mim laughed "Really?" without giving in.

"I would be very happy if you had eaten for someone who knew my father as a cook. Please say hello to your companion."

"Let's tell him. Varcus must be delighted too. … and should want to eat your food"

Bozzles also seem to laugh more and more fun.

"But it seems difficult to bring this dish home. Sooner or later, from Varcus, words will be delivered asking for your food."

"Yes, I'll be waiting for you"

Mim was obvious, but maybe that means she'll be invited to Castle Town sooner or later.

But, well, nothing strange will happen. For me, even this mime is as amazing as Varcus. So you're still this young, so you're a cook with the greatest potential in potential.

(There is no more Cycleus who worked a vicious imitation on the cook. Then Mim should succeed Michelle's will and not be the cook in Castle Town)

Maybe it's a big favor to think about that around me, but it all depends on Michelle and Mim.

If you two want it, it's never an impossible story.

But now, above all, I wanted to be able to do business side by side with a girl as talented as Mim.
