Luca the First God

March 30, 2013. On this day, a violent earthquake struck the Japanese chess world. The professional chess player lost to the computer for the first time in the public arena of the Second Battle of Electronic Kings. In the next five games, the professional chess player eventually loses a great deal between one win and three losses.

The press conference held after the match was as if it were an all-night meeting. Software developers later nostalgic that the losing professional chess player had tearful eyes and a pale expression that seemed to stop playing shogi.

Thus, it was thought that the computer chess software, which was recognized by professional chess players as the “enemy”, would no longer compete with professional chess players in public for the last time.

However, despite the fact that the third Denko Battle, which took place the following year, was still a disastrous loss of one win and four defeats on the professional side, it was always held in a gentle atmosphere.

Why was Shogi software the enemy of the second time accepted in just one year? After all, the defeat of professional chess players changed the way professional chess players viewed shogi software.

Whether you like it or not, if you have a strong chess player who can beat a professional, there is no way to learn from it. As some chess players began to study computer scores and produce results in professional chess games, the overall view changed.

Computers aren't enemies, they're machines that help people think. Humans and computers can coexist. Human consciousness has changed.

Years later, no one can beat a computer, even a professional chess player. But that's why it doesn't make sense for humans to point to shogi. As always, who is the strongest chess player among humans? I care, and because humans make mistakes, drama is born.

That's how humans and computers became respectful of each other.

In 2045. After Singularity.

Artificial intelligence, which simulates human thinking, has finally surpassed humans in all fields. Not only thought games like Acer Shogi, but also language translation, autonomous driving, medical diagnosis, soldering, legal advice, insurance proposals, etc., AI has entered all fields that until then were thought to be only possible for humans.

Rather, there is nothing more humans can do than AI. If I was interested, AI-operated robots could do all the work on the construction site, babysitting, elderly care, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, everything.

Even the research being done at universities around the world, aided by AI, is important, and humans no longer even need to come up with ideas. All factory lines were replaced by AI. Both state management and administrative services have become a go-ahead for what the AI thinks.

So far, the biggest bottleneck in economic activity was undoubtedly human. Society is better off with AI doing everything without human intervention. One day when such values spread all over the world, people finally stopped working.

If humans don't get in the way, AI keeps producing products day and night. In this way, mankind acquired the means to generate an inexhaustible GDP.

However, it was a story of some developed countries, many of which had not yet benefited from it. The reason is that even if AI did all the work for us due to wars, religions, economic disparities between countries, and the availability of resources, resources and energy could not be generated by AI, so in the end, the competition for resource acquisition between countries did not end.

In this regard, the oil-producing countries of the Middle East seemed to have an advantage. But even if you only have oil, you can't do anything without money. Money remained the most effective source of resources, with the dilemma that the more AI worked, the more money would be concentrated in cities and only developed countries would benefit.

Ultimately, as long as there are borders, humanity cannot distribute its resources equitably. If all countries had equal resources, the war would have been over sooner or later. But humans can't lose it. There are differences in language and lifestyles, but the biggest reason is that the planet's resources are too skewed.

However, as a result, the gap between developed and developing countries had widened, and developing countries with resources had suffered the most. The world seemed calm on the surface, but on the back it looked instantaneous.

That's when innovation happened.

There is a fundamental theory of quantum mechanics in chemistry. In biology, the laws of survival and mutation of the fittest still exist, and in geology, there is a basic theory called plate technique. But physics doesn't have it.

Ever since… Plato, Aristotle and Decalto, humans have been exploring the natural sciences about what matter is made of in this world. Newton, Maxwell and Einstein have been challenged by many scientists. However, we still haven't found a theory of everything that is sufficient to describe Morila's universe.

What we now know in the twenty-first century is that there are four forces in the world. Strong force, weak force, electromagnetic force, gravity. These four forces are believed to have been one before the birth of the universe.

Modern physics uses predominantly superstring theory to complete a grand unified theory of how these four forces were originally integrated. However, even if such a theory of everything is completed, I don't know if it is right or not because I can't wake up the big bang.

To substantiate this, particle accelerators such as LHCs are being used to explore particles in a smaller world (high energy zones) than electrons. For example, the Higgs particles of 2012 were discovered in the process.

In this way, humans kept turning accelerators day and night, and even after humans handed over their research to AI, those experiments continued. All to complete the theory of all things.

But then, AI discovered new particles, different from the four forces, in an energy zone that was not possible with the existing unified theory.

It was nothing but a sleepy discovery of water. Because the data from the accelerator is too vast to be exhausted by humans... it's a substitute for discovering nothing if you don't put some weight on it, even if you use a computer. However, because AI does not care, it happened to discover such things from randomly extracted data.

The particles found in that way were strange again. We can't find out if the discovery is real, if humans try, but if the AI does the same thing, we can find it again. Therefore, at first, it was thought to be an AI bug. But from all the tests, it was denied… The last conclusion was that the particles disappeared when humans tried to observe them.

Particles that disappear when humans try to observe. In other words, it seems that particles that interact with the human spirit, which offset energy when observed by humans, are constantly flying into this world.

Humans are influenced in some way by the particles, but they don't know what it is. However, there was only one thing I knew, and if I used it well, I could draw out the energy that was inexhaustible.

It was literally a particle of God that was very convenient for humans.

Without knowing what it was, humans thought of using the discovered fifth particle (Fifth Element) to eliminate global economic disparities. If the energy gained from exhaustion is used, there is no need for developed countries to monopolize resources by their economies.

But there was a problem with that. The fifth particle is sensitive to the human spirit, which means that we needed a lot of human brain to use it.

So humans came up with a way to cultivate the human brain using livestock. Genetically engineered animals make human brains and collect them in the course of the slaughterhouse. The sensing organs of the fifth particle are very few, and only that part can be harvested. Originally, there was no difference in animal brain cell tissue, so this method worked better than I thought.

The newly created livestock for brain cultivation was called Lucion simulating the Greek mythical half-human and half-beastern god. Because the fifth particle energy is like a battery, which can be increased in proportion to the number of brains, livestock ranches around the world soon became full of Lucion production.

It is controlled by AI and enjoyed by all mankind. There is no longer any need to worry about disputes over the acquisition of resources.

Thus, after a long history, mankind succeeded in creating a truly equal society.

The peace was maintained for several years.

However, humans who initially benefited from it will eventually be frustrated by the problems that lurk there. Free human beings want to complain about something, but human rights and animal welfare organizations should not have missed the inhumane act of having livestock cultivate the human brain.

The less dissatisfied I was with the status quo, the more such a voice grew. After all, the biggest voice in a peaceful world is always the voice of dissatisfaction.

Soon they began to say that Lucion was the same person if he had a human brain. Lucaon has feelings and is afraid like a human being.

And that was true. Rather, livestock don't originally have no emotions. Not only are emotions weak compared to humans, but brain tissue related to affective motion is well developed, and in some cases expressions can be distorted by pain.

It was therefore true that Lucaon was suffering. However, it was not possible to change the system that was now on track, and a skirmish began between the system and the anti-system.

At that time, Lucion, who was rescued from a livestock ranch, appeared in the media. And soon it will be discovered that its growing Lucion has the same intelligence as humans. He laughed and laughed as usual... and resented mankind, who created a pathetic existence like ourselves.

Later this turned out to be a different kind of chimera from Lucion, created by the opposition for the propaganda. But the general public, who knew nothing, was shocked to see him. And more and more, there was a growing demand for human rights for them as well.

Even though it meant the beginning of the dark age, the call to save Lucion grew louder and louder... and finally, the system couldn't resist that call.

After a while, as the dissidents demanded, the production of the fifth particle energy using Lucion was stopped. Some countries that did not follow were discriminated against. However, attempts to revert to an industrial form using fossil fuels would inevitably result in the suspension of various services in the process. But the people did not forgive it, as they wished.

The world was thus confused and skirmishes began to erupt everywhere. In some regions, it developed into a war. The turmoil in the Middle East region, particularly with a lot of oil, was just overwhelming. But that's not how humans looked at each other's struggles.

The liberated Lucayons continued to breed as humans continued their skirmishes. Originally, they were livestock, unlike humans, without education and unable to resist their reproductive instincts. It goes without saying what happens when you give freedom to something like that. Soon, ranches all over the world flared and hungry Lucayons were unleashed in the city.

And finally, the faction diagram of humanity and Lucion was reversed.

Originally, the number of livestock never exceeded the world population. Because it is controlled by humans and slaughtered, it goes without saying what happens if it continues to grow out of order.

A slightly intelligent animal, acting instinctively, wanders the city for food. Humans who wanted to protect their human rights tried to help them at first, but soon became physically impossible. It was the end of the fall that divided the food into livestock for eating.

However, the disorderly expansion of the Lucion population outpaces humanity and relentlessly plunges into urban areas. Eventually, the elimination of Lucion by mankind began, and it became a war.

Humanity, who was at peace, was disadvantaged, with tragic killings, especially in urban areas. They targeted non-combatants as a matter of course, as there was no humanitarian presence in Lucaon from the outset. To eat, of course.

Long battles continue and the population gradually decreases. The armies of the developed world, which were supposed to be the only dominant ones, were also defeated, and Lucion finally turned the people of the city into blood festivals, raiding television stations and jacking up the radio waves. And they cried out loudly.

"If we need a human brain to keep the world alive, we need to domesticate people!!
