It's all one flower.

212. State of the Autonomous Communities

A military helicopter of the Mission winds up ashes and lands on an industrial road in the Autonomous Region of Listver.

The factory complex along the shores of Lake Lacus is intact. Several plants were still operational, such as the desalination plant at Salt Lake.

On the western side of the road, the area where the barracks of the poor had so little foothold, had returned to the same place as that day thirty years earlier.

Senator Lacueus, the head of the investigation team, steps into a changed constituency and looks around.

A burnt concrete block, just rolling a little bit, covered a strip of ash and charcoal.

All the way south, in the area close to the eastern edge of the Kublum Mountains, a group of burnt remaining barracks was seen.

In front is a four-lane road that leads to the west estate district. The road became a fire belt, protecting that painting.

Leave a lookout and head over there with the captain, government officials and aerial photographers.

The sheeney green space, which stretched over the western slopes, was also burnt and painted black by less than a third.

The estate built on it, as well as the farmland occupying the western side of the autonomous community, is utterly intact and tolerates the survivors, he says.

Those who were the survivors of the employees and whose places of work were safe were packed into factory dormitories. The rest of them rent farmers' barns, etc., and are also out to help with farming.

Senator Laqueus listened to an explanation that one of the factory directors could roll up while waiting for the pick-up car.

People who cannot decide where to accept them still live their evacuation lives dispersed in public buildings and elsewhere.

And the twilight that was here was lost, and the wounds were also roasted.

The only [sorcerer's tears] left in the burn would have been recovered.

In front of his chest, Senator Laqueus drew an ellipse of the path of the holy star. Close your eyes gently and pray.

The wind smelled burnt and dry.

Open your eyes and see the remaining burnt Barack Zone from the road that became the fire zone.

They've taken the survivors here, too. There was a slight gap between the huts.

Slight building materials such as baked leftover tongue plates and concrete blocks are leaning against the neighboring barracks to block the way and create living space.

We don't build on spacious burn marks because we fear that buried human bones will bring in demons.

Thirty years ago, when I just moved here, that was a routine tea meal.

If anyone was gone, as something preyed upon by demons, I would never have looked.

Demons without entities cannot be defeated unless they are magical.

If demons eat people, empower them, gain entities and become warcraft, even a people without power will be able to defeat them.

Here, sacrifices were necessary to eliminate the danger.

Because the Warcraft, with a normal weapon that does not use magic, can simply destroy the flesh of this world and send it back to the ex-husband.

Get in the pick-up car and move to the government building of the autonomous community.

Just a short climb up the western hill spread a peaceful sight in front of him.

Beautiful city as if nothing had happened, flowing through the windows.

The park was lined with tents and containers, and burned people lived better than when they were in Barack Street.

A little free space in the estate district, or fallow land, was filled with tents that said so, and there was no place for a helicopter to land.

Pass to the reception room in the government building and settle down on the couch.

"Dr. Laqueus, you're safe."

"My condolences to my deceased companion for this disaster (on purpose). The district manager is safe and above all."

The model street greeting was there too, and the district manager cut it out restlessly.

"Quickly, I'd like to ask you..."

The east turned out to be a shame, but fortunately, the factory was almost safe.

Although there was work, there were extremely few people and most (mostly) homes were lost.

We discussed it in the survivors' representatives, and in an attempt to reborn it into a city that is also resistant to fire and natural disasters, we have a reconstruction plan, but it has no budget at all.

A company can't afford a bribe or a donation, but it's hard.

He didn't even get his hands on vanilla tea, and the mayor of the autonomous region rolled it up with a quick mouth.

"So, I'd like you to hang it in the center, too, from Dr. Lacueus."

Raqueus, the head of the investigation mission, is the only member of the National Assembly in the autonomous community of Listver.

The mayor of the Autonomous Region is a magnificent man, only fifteen or six years younger than Senator Laqueus.

It's a time of war now, and it won't be an election place nationally either. Unless there is anything on Senator Laqueus, we should see that there will be no re-election in the Autonomous Communities for the time being.

The district chief complained of the plight of the autonomous community with a fragrant voice. An official seconded by the central government records it.

Orphans are often more than junior high school students who have escaped on their own.

Originally, all the children who did not go to school and worked in the factory to support their families, still work in farmers and factories and paste in their mouths (creases).

Schools have been burned down, and their education is unbearable.

"There won't be any flammables in the school yard, but those who were evacuating..."

There is also a one-lane road around the school where cars pass. Didn't that make it a fire belt?

The school building was not just next to the road (by the side), and fruit trees were planted on the edge of the site (two).

"This is the guy who says" Fire Whirlwind "... if it is, will you see it later?

There was a storm like a tornado.

A barrack caught in a vortex of flames broke apart as it burned and danced through the universe, and the trees were uprooted, and the school building was destroyed and burned.

There's no way the people who were sheltering in the school yard could stand that. The surrounding area is a burning Barack City. The fire whirlwind ravaged the school yard and struck people with no escape, destroying everything.

Most of the survivors in the east were people who managed to escape into the Sheeney Green Space, as well as employees on night shifts, residents of districts close to the mountains.

Since the original population is unknown, it is also unknown how many lives have been lost. The estate district can't accommodate all of that.

"If we allow the construction of disorderly barracks, the same thing will happen again"

"Right."

"So we have a city plan. Fortunately, we don't have to lose our lives, so we have to create collective housing and jobs as soon as possible."

The district manager spread out the blue-baked drawings and placed the compiled plan files on top of them.
