It's all one flower.

300. Bridge's Defense Team

When I stopped in front of the Bridge Fortress, a few soldiers finally came out.

It's not modern military or camouflage clothing, it's wrapped in armor. When it comes to armor, it's not the metal armor that was once used in the countries of scientific civilization, but the magical armor that weaves a powerful defense technique into a thick cloth and sews it in with embroidery.

The magic warriors rush to the driver's seat in a light foothold.

"What's wrong?

"On the path of the woods, there's a Haunted Monster!

"Is it a demon? Is it a warcraft? How many and how big?

The soldiers prioritized your question over anyone else. The pharmacist (dull) Awellana was a little relieved but still has not healed the tremor in her legs.

The driver, Medvege, curled (mauled) up quickly with an excited voice.

"Two. After daylight, you're a warcraft. Both, deke more than this truck! He's black, he's got eyes and nose, he's got nothing. He and the other one, the whole thing's green and there's a red horn."

"Which area is it? Do you know the general location?

"I was going to Plame City, but I just sat around the corner, so I turned this way."

"I see. Is that it?

To the soldier's question, Medvege rides himself out the window and turns around.

"Wow! I followed you!

"Intercept, sir."

"Please evacuate to Bridge Head Fort."

The engine starts before the soldier instructs, and the truck advances.

The gate was opened and parked right in front of the bridge. Immediately after that, he makes a heavy noise behind him and the gate closes. The front of the truck was blocked by sturdy iron doors, separating the island of Nainia from the North Vietofi Bridge.

"What's going on with this truck, defense?

"Including the carrier, there's only [junction] and [exorcism]."

"Okay."

The soldier's footsteps went away.

Pharmacist Awellana returns from the attendant's office to the carrier to explain the situation. Everyone was concentrating their consciousness on the rear, leaning against each other in front of the carrier.

"Soldier, it looks like you're going to fight me, it's all right"

"Ugh... yeah"

Elantis nodded, but Amana stuck to Cruello and buried her face in the chest of her work clothes.

Everyone else was not relieved of the tension, and their ears were dazzled by the noise outside.

Something bumps into the fierce object and the roar of the beast, the bursting noise sounds intermittently.

Awellana hacked, grabbed her own stuff and went into the attendant's room.

... I can hear the battle... Mr. Medvege, "I'm following you"... not that you're fighting in the village!

Thoughts that had stopped because of fear turn.

Which of the two heads came? Did they both chase the truck and catch up?

That lump of darkness, as far as Awellana could see, was moving slowly. If you care about that, can you give the speed of the track?

In the unlikely event that the Bridge's defense team is wiped out, can we escape?

Now more than that, it's a prerequisite to have them repel the demons.

... Even if I don't have the strength to fight, I need a little support and good luck from the soldiers.

Anger flies around the truck and footsteps rush away.

The pharmacist (dull) Awellana removed the paper cup from the bag. It's a wound medicine that I used to make for one person at a time. Reach back and reach for the attendant room window.

Medvege's eyes in the back mirror are daunting.

"Give this to the soldier!

Awellana kneels at the edge of her desk and reaches out to her best, through a small window.

Farkill in the passenger seat took off his seat belt and rode himself out this way to receive it. The boy's face is pale too. Nod silently and open the passenger seat window.

"Soldiers! Wound medicine! Wound medicine, there is!

I rode myself out the window and screamed. Footsteps rush from right around the corner.

"Never mind."

Medvege says sorry.

"Something, I'm sorry. Because of our escape..."

"No, I'm glad it's not a neighboring city or village"

A soldier who received a paper cup smiled to reassure him and explained the situation in a calm voice.

"I've already called reinforcements. You're the only civilians in this hub right now. Later..."

The voice was blocked by the screams of the soldiers.

"I'm sorry, but I need you to evacuate to the bridge"

"What?"

Medvege and Farkill raise their voices at the same time. Awellana gazed at the driver's tense face over the back mirror.

... so, so strong?

"I smelled blood and a new hand came from the sky. The bridge is heavily guarded. Demons and Warcraft cannot enter."

"Come on, man, are you gonna be okay?

"The wounded are out, but for this matter, we can hold them until reinforcements arrive."

"... ok. Be safe."

"Care, don't bother"

Medvege hangs the engine. Farkill closed the window and retightened his seat belt.

The iron door behind the bridge head opens to the left and right. The three of them looking forward took their breath by accident.

A four-lane road led across the lake.

A pure white strut extends into the sky, from which a bunch of steel threads stretches out like fan bones. The stone material on both sides of the road and in the central separation zone was engraved with powerful words, of a size that could also be read at this distance.

Science and magic… The huge bridge that gathered the pieces of both wheels of technology was beautiful.

Without being used for nearly twenty years, I don't think it was exposed to the wind of Salt Lake. With the power of all kinds of protective techniques, recently, the best condition was preserved as if it had just been done.

Medvege steps on the accelerator.

"I can't take it, I'm going to the point where I can turn U-turn"

Gazing far away, I could see part of the bridge swelling to the side. This is where we left off in the event of an accident.

... from land, do you have to be so far away?

The island shadows are sumptuous across the horizon.

The opposite bank of this bridge is Lanterna Island. It's the territory of the Republic of Artel.

"Ah..."

Medvege raised a slight scream. Sweat permeates Awellana's palms. Farkill put an anxious face on the driver.

"Ah... oh, no, soldier, I closed the bridge door"

Farkill looked at the side mirror on the passenger's side, breathtaking.

We proceeded to evacuate the truck and turned U-turn. So I turn off the engine, and Medvege opens the carrier.

"I don't know anything about it, it's unnecessarily funny."

"Uncle, is it okay if I go out here?

Elantis leans out of the carriage with his face still clinging to manager Leno. The wind across the lake was strong and blew away the smell of sweat and heat caged in the carrier.

Cruillo answers instead, slapping Amana on the shoulder and letting her stand up.

"Earlier, soldier, you said the bridge was heavily guarded, and you'll be fine."

I pulled my sister's hand and got off the carrier.

Everyone else, surprised, descends on the North Vieetfi Bridge. Pharmacist Awellana also left the attendant's office.

For the first time in my life, I looked out onto the island of Negna.

... If it wasn't for this situation, I'd have been impressed.

The iron door on the side of the Kingdom of Lacrimalis on the North Vieetofi Bridge was firmly closed.

Nearly ten big bird-like objects fly over the bridgehead. It moves fast and I don't even know the exact number.

The city of the Kingdom of Lacrimalis looked gray along the shores of the island.

Beyond it is the dark green of the deep forest. In the western half, the Pravik Mountains lie. The Kublum Mountains to the north of it divided the island of Negna to the north and south, and the territory of the Republic of Nemoralis was invisible.

The early summer sky clears, and Lacus, the world's largest salt lake known as the Goddess's Tears, shines like a torch of crystal fragments in the sun.

"There's nothing we can do. Don't take it, let's eat."

Captain Solgnac tells me that the brothers and sisters of the bakery cursorily return to the carrier and begin to prepare for lunch.

Everyone else stared at the bridge.
